Just read the other reviews. Walgreens is probably one of the worst companies. I feel bad for the staff, they do their best. But Walgreens needs to hire more people and approve their processes.

The staff are kind and are try but the Walgreens process is horrendous. Most times, medication is never ready. It is typical to have to wait 30 minutes or come back several times.

I have been waiting over 72 hours for 6 common antibiotic pills and they still say they are not ready. The claim to be overwhelmed with business from people getting vaccines, although I see zero people here getting vaccines. If they aren’t able to fill prescriptions, they should say so and stop accepting scripts from doctors, allowing customers to go elsewhere.

I have been so nice and patient with these pharmacists but today completely changed how I feel about them.. the fact that I stayed on the line for more than 30 min and they instantly hung up when it got to my turn is completely disrespectful and unacceptable🤷🏼♂️

This is consistently the worst pharmacy ever. They always take forever and get things messed up. My prescriptions should have been done a week ago but they keep saying they are not ready. Now they are closed for Labor Day weekend and I will have terrible side effects due to their constant mistakes. I would give zero stars if I could!

This store always looks like the in the midst of a pandemic or apocalypse with so many empty shelves, always out of stock on many products. As far as I know the supply chain excuse has been over for a couple of years. Is Walgreen's on its last legs? Don't get me started on the pharmacy here. S l o w e s t one in the West. I gave up and do mail order or use Safeway.

They took 12 days to fill prescriptions. Could never get through on the phone, went to the store and they said they would be ready the next day. They weren't, so went to the store again and waited 45 minutes to pick them up -- while they filled them. During that 45 minutes only two other customers got their prescriptions, while 10 stood in line waiting for someone to come to the counter to help them. I don't know what the problems are, but things need to change if they want to stay in business.

Made an appointment, used their QR code sign to check in (got confirmation), waited 1 hr (someone else in line was going on a 2 hr wait)... when I asked the rep for an update, they seemed surprised, as if our check-in just vanished into the void. We watched as the same thing happened to the 2 hr wait person, AND we watched another very frustrated person waiting a long time just give up and leave. The reps didn't even seem have us on their radar until that moment, and THEN took at least 5-10 minutes to get us set up in their computer even though we'd just pre-completed multiple online forms. They all seemed burnt out, and didn't care (probably not motivated to care because they appeared short staffed). A little communication goes a long way, for instance: 'sorry for the wait folks, we're short staffed,' or 'I'm going to walk over here and do a thing while you wait and keep you updated on what I'm doing so you don't sit there for another 30 minutes wondering and have to ask for the 3rd time,' or have a process to actually follow through on the damn check-in, or just stop taking appointments or walk-ins!!

Andrea the pharmacy tech seems like she actually cares. She gets a full 5 stars! She was friendly, patient, thorough, and an active listener. When the pharmacy was out of my medication, she presented me with options and information to help me plan the best route to getting my medicine. I had talked to her on the phone and she was great then, and she helped me at checkout as well. I gave 4 stars because I tried getting it transferred last week via the mobile app twice and didn’t get a response, and trying to phone in is a nightmare of AI menus and avoidance. I think Corporate just needs to hire more employees and pay them better.

Waited on hold for over 65 minutes to ask the pharmacy a question and ultimately gave up. I called five other pharmacies the same day and never waited more than five minutes. I’ve had terrible experiences with wait times in store too. I only bothered calling to see if they had a drug in stock that is out everywhere else. Their on hold message is excruciating to listen to as well btw.

Came into the store where it said all the items I was looking for were available. Not one was out. I asked the man at the register and he said “nope not enough people to unpack boxes. And we have no idea what’s in the boxes.” I then asked if I ordered for pick up if it would be packed at any point. In a super condescending tone he told me, “Absolutely not. That’s corporate America for you. Next.” The worst expensive I’ve ever had in a Walgreens. He has no business talking to any customer. Older guy with buzz cut.

The employees seem like they're spread thin but doing the best they can. So this review isn't about the pharmacy's customer service. From what I've observed, it seems there's either a major issue with being short-staffed or with the medication supply chain, or perhaps both. Management should work on improving this and communicating with customers.

Do not go to this pharmacy. I had a prescription sent in for a vaccine. I made an appointment for said vaccine. They said they didn’t have it in stock after waiting an hour and a half. I made another appointment. They called and said I needed to reschedule because the vaccine wouldn’t be in stock in time. I was also assured that if I made a 3rd appointment this wouldn’t happen again. I made a 3rd appointment, waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that the vaccine expires in 10 days so they therefore could not give it to me. I asked if they could send my vaccine prescription to Safeway and suddenly my prescription had been “deleted”. I will never go to another Walgreens again. What a joke. In the waiting room I was also in the company of others who had been waiting literal hours.

The employees at Walgreens have ALWAYS been so warm and welcoming to us. Today, it was Shantae, who always takes a moment from a busy day to say hello❤️. And…we loved the heart that Yvette drew on our receipt. We feel so special❤️❤️❤️. THE BEST OF THE BEST❤️❤️❤️❤️

One star because that is the lowest possible. Owing to a host of unfortunate circumstances, I was trying to establish over the phone whether a prescription I REALLY needed had been sent to the Franklin Ave. Walgreens and if it had been filled. I live 50 miles away and couldn't really to drive all the way to Bend to discover that there were problems. I have now spent - on two phone calls - a total of an HOUR and FORTYFIVE MINUTES on hold ostensibly behind the "one caller" that is ahead of me (40 minutes behind that One Caller on this current call). I am now engaged in a science experiment to see if they ever answer the phone in the next 90 minutes before the Walgreens Pharmacy closes. I try never to use Walgreens pharmacy because it is impossible to talk on the phone to a person there; this nonsense has redoubled my resolve to never use them again...

My review is for Alfonse. He was so kind and helpful with my FedEx pick up order. This is not an easy location to work at. The employees are doing the best they can. Alfonse went above and beyond. I had three large boxes and he grabbed a cart and helped me to my vehicle with them. Thank you!

If zero stars could be given I would have chosen zero stars. This walgreens is the slowest store with the most inept employees. If you're going to get a prescription filled, be sure to call in the script, don't rely on your doctor's office sending over the script and them actually filling it. Extremely long wait times with horrible customer service. Garage.

I always order ornaments every year and this year was a joke. Both walgreens in bend couldnt fufill the order and took days to let me know they cancelled the order. I also called the other walgreens on hwy 20 and they said the could fufill the order but then cancelled it the next day. I hope next year there better prepared.

I understand that the people who work here are doing the best they can. But I would recommend you not use this pharmacy. I needed a prescription filled on Friday, they said it would be ready Monday, it was an urgent thing. Monday, it wasn't ready and they weren't sure when it would be. Also spent 65 minutes on hold, pretty sure there is no one answering phones. My doctor couldn't believe I didn't have the prescription yet, they resent the prescription to Walmart first thing Tuesday morning, and one hour later I was notified that it was ready for pick up. Word on the street is if you ask Walgreens to transfer your prescription to another pharmacy, it simply won't happen.
