⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at White Water Express Car Wash! One of the employees, Landen, really went above and beyond. He noticed from a distance that the car wash had missed a few spots on my tires. Without me even asking, he came over and made sure they were properly shined, taking care of the spots manually. It’s rare to see that kind of attention to detail and customer care these days. Thanks to Landen, I left with my car looking perfect! Highly recommend this location.

Landin was absolutely amazing he was very informative and helpful he kindly explained the different packages they had to offer. They have towels,glass, cleaner,multi purpose cleaner and did I mention vacuums all for free but for paying customers of course. I will definitely be returning soon.

My first time coming to this establishment so wasn’t sure to expect and i was nervous due to a bad experience from a different place but I was absolutely surprised and grateful to have had the amazing experience I did. The worker that helped me was named Malia. She was so amazing, so sweet, patient, and very informative, and treated me with such kindness and grace. I will definitely be coming back again because of her. She didn’t make me feel stupid like the other car wash I went to, she helped me understand what each package was and what would better suit me and my needs. Absolutely loved her greatest experience I’ve had so far.

She explained the wash options clearly, made sure everything was handled quickly, and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about customer service and doing the job right. My car came out looking spotless. If you get Kira helping you, you’re in good hands.

On Saturday, September 27th at 10:21 am I paid for a $25 premium protection car wash and added a $1 tip. At 10:25, in the middle of the cycle, the entire wash suddenly stopped while I was inside with my small child. It restarted two minutes later, but the brushes hit my car after it had already started drying, with no water running. This left visible scratches on my black SUV’s driver side rear door. This is the only car wash I ever use, and while I had noticed some small scratches before, this time it was obvious where the damage came from. I took photos immediately and reported it. The staff admitted they saw the scratches and even said cars sometimes don’t get fully cleaned when the wash stops. They offered to have new go back in for another wash, but why would I do that if the car wash just scratched my car? They filed a claim but told me upfront it would probably be denied. I was promised a copy of the claim by Monday, but no one contacted me. After leaving a message after calling and no one picking up and an email with no response, I had to go back in person the following Friday, only to be told my claim was denied. They claimed the scratches were already on my car and said “the tape shows it.” I asked for proof, even a still shot to be sent to me and they agreed. I confirmed my email, but nearly a week later I still haven’t received anything, because it is not true. I would never return here, and I strongly recommend others avoid this car wash. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility or even follow up with you. It's hard to see in the photos, but one picture shows you fingerprints that were not washed off the car because there was no water, only brushes, and the other picture was a shot of the scratches.

Best car wash I’ve been to in years — super quick, great quality, and affordable. Business is well managed. I swooped by WhiteWater Express today to clean the Tesla and was greeted at the gate by an employee named Kira — very nice and helpful (even in the 98-degree heat). After discussing options, we chose the Deluxe Wax in order to best clean my tires, which was only $20.00 today with the promotion. Once I made it through the conveyor belt, I whipped over to the vacuum area to clean my mats and detail the interior. Everything turned out excellent, no complaints. Definitely a 5 star business — quick service and employees seem happy. Might have to become a Member soon! 🏎️🫧🧽

The location is kept clean. There’s not trash overflowing from the cans by the vacuums. The few times I’ve had interactions with the employees, they’ve been pleasant. And they actually do a good job scrubbing the back of my vehicle before I enter the wash. There’s always plenty of towels stocked and there’s cleaning products available to use for free as well. Prices start at $10

This is my first time coming to this car wash and I loved it. The vacuums were really strong and not too big like other car washes I was able to get every debris out of my car on the inside. The $10 car wash option really left my car really clean I do not have to worry about paying a price like that at other places and not get my car as clean I need it. Even though I had a great experience I can only give a 4/5 stars because another customer and I hit car doors because the main vacuum space right next to the car wash entrance is really tight and small compared to the outside vacuum area that has very much space the the vacuums were out of order. If possible I hope they extend the vacuum space here or it’s going to cause a lot of car damage for people not watching out.
