It's a little too expensive for me especially since the chevaliest one they have is $12 for the first wash, and then it goes up from there.Definitely , not for me , definitely try other car washes that are better

This location at 4365 Matlock Rd., Arlington TX 76018 is the best car wash. There is another location on Collins which I would give may be two stars but this one here is the best it washes your car, so good great service they always have a little towels to clean your car and the staff is very friendly. Thank you Luis for the best experience. I will continue to come back to this location no matter how far I have to drive

My previous membership with a different car wash, can only aspire to be what Caliber Car Wash is. Caliber is excellent keeping up the equipment, providing glass cleaner, multipurpose cleaner and fresh towels. My only downgrade is the initial account set up which was confusing. Otherwise I am very pleased and wish I would have found them earlier.

This car wash is usually one of my favorites, but today it was dirty in the bathroom and there was some mud and mustard on the ground where I needed to vacuum on the passenger side of my car so I hope they clean this place up a little bit better!

I love your Car Wash tooo much but one thing i have noticed please remove or put two people on the car wash entrace.(the guy who spray some soapy water). Does thie mean my car is only dirty on the left side???? And also please fix ur machines they have been messing with my side mirrors everytime on wash area.

We bought a membership when we were visitng Dallas. Everywhere we've ever gone, cancelling is easy. I've been trying to cancel for over two months. It says a cancellation request was sent when I log in with my tag code but it never cancels. None of the numbers reach a human being to speak with. It's a shame because the car wash is pretty good, but be warned, unless you can go in person or replace your debit card, it is impossible to cancel. Answer to Response from the owner: I submitted yet another request earlier today via your website form and still have not received a reply.

Paid for ‘Caliber Wash’ which was $25. Mid way of the belt, the conveyer belt stopped for at least a minute. Didn’t even wash my front end. Can tell it’s completely dry and dirty. Vacuums weren’t strong, had to move to a different spot. Towels ran out. Not returning.

This is a drive-thru car wash, it’s very unlikely to find a better place to wash a vehicle. It has everything they could think of to have a vehicle sparkling and smelling new. From my own experience my car has never been cleaner. The tools provide ( vacuum, towels, cleaners, air hose, mat cleaner, air freshener, shade and most important- I felt safe here knowing someone is always watching. BTW- Luis at checkin made the experience worth the money. Update: Was having a sluggish morning, so I decided to move around a bit and wash my sedan. Now I can enjoy my day after this workout.

DO NOT get any kind of membership here! Especially at this Matlock location. I’ve had the worst experience and still trying to fight for my money back. I opted in to the membership and was told that it would be $10 monthly and that was a LIE because every month after that I was charged $22.99. After having the membership for a few months I decided to cancel; AFTER cancelling I CONTINUED to be charged monthly. I then decided to go up to Caliber to finally get the situation rectified and was told that my cc was being used under another persons account, so for the last 2 months I was basically paying for someone else’s membership!!! I had no idea who the person was and Caliber claims to have no idea what happened, so I believe it was an inside job. I ended up filing a fraud claim with Chase and only got half of my money back. If you’re thinking about getting a membership, don’t do it! They will steal your credit card info.

Had my car damaged during a drive through and manger in site was saying they're not responsible, didn't even provide a receipt. Worse place to wash your car at, unless you want it damaged.

Good spot. Tunnel wash really cleans my smaller sedan. I got one of their monthly membership deals and I've been happy with it. Vacuums are strong. They have the air hose which makes such a HUGE difference when your cleaning your floor mats. Nice place would highly recommend especially if you live in the area.

Wash here weekly . Doesn't clean your car well. So hopefully your car is not too dirty because it's not going to get all the dirt off... You will still have to wipe it down really good yourself, which is sad 😢

I don’t always plan when I’m going to wash my car, so getting here and having all the basics (towels/basic cleaners) makes it perfect for me, I took all the time to vacuum and clean my car and did not feel pressured to hurry (which has happened in other places). It makes it good enough to come here even though is not the closest home. Glad I stopped here!

Best car wash in the area hands down. They have everything you need including free air, cleaning supplies, towels, vacuums, and a lot of space to detail your car. The areas were really clean and well equipped with everything you need after you pull out of the wash. My truck is huge and the wash cleaned it nicely and I was able to detail the inside easily with everything they provided that was all included with the wash. Best part of the car wash for me personally was the staff! I was there early in the am to get ahead of the ridiculous Texas heat on a Thursday morning when they just opened for the day; the young man that said he was the manager was extremely welcoming and asked me if I needed anything. Also, the young lady that was directing cars into the wash was smiling and presented herself like she was happy to be there. Very rare customer service for a drive through car wash. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

The facility is well maintained. I used the car wash here and my car is super clean. The vacuum is very strong, it helps my floor carpet clean. I really love the courtesy drying towels by the vacuum area. They have a basket of clean towels and underneath that there is the dirty towel basket for customers to use and they replenish the towels quickly as soon as it start to run low. The site manager Jake and his team are doing phenomenal job to keep this facility the most preferred car wash in the area.

This particular branch is one of the best that I have seen from the franchize Everything works all the time I have been there Plus they charge you about $22 for a month of unlimited car washes. So, if you like your car clean it's one of the cheapest places to do so
