The wash scratched my new car. Manager wasn’t around to speak. Assistant advised that “dirt can scratch your car in the wash” but they weren’t responsible. They don’t pre-spray your vehicle so it almost always comes out dirty. Customer service was not helpful. Do yourself a favor and don’t exit on Bowen for this one.

Johnny and Antonio went above and beyond to help me out. I came in around 7:30am for a detailing to ship my car overseas at 10am. Anyone who’s ever done that knows that the VPC can be very picky with cleanliness. Johnny and Antonio prioritized my truck so that I could make my appointment on time, and they did an amazing job. They were respectful, responsive, and worked diligently, getting me in and out in about an hour. They saved me so much headache and stress, I couldn’t be more grateful. Make sure you tip these two well if you have the pleasure of working with them!

My wife got a carwash here last week and they did a good job, but the keys were misplaced and my wife realized she didn't have them when she got home. The staff responded promptly by filing an incident and checking everything over. They took care of us and replaced the keys. Andres and Chuy were wonderful and kind to work with in resolving the issue. Recommend Wash Masters. It it run by good people.

Wash Masters is a popular spot—and it’s easy to see why. The automated car wash did an above-decent job on our SUV, leaving it looking fresh and clean. But what really sets this place apart is the vacuum area. The suction is powerful enough to handle small items and tight crevices, and the setup includes damp microfiber towels for both the exterior and interior—a thoughtful touch that you don’t find at many car washes. The waiting area is another plus, making it a comfortable place to hang out while your car gets cleaned. They also play music, which I personally enjoyed, but I’d suggest lowering the volume or offering a more neutral selection to suit a wider range of preferences (but if all your customers are me, then pump up the jam!). Overall, Wash Masters offers several features that outshine bigger car wash chains. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure I understood all the options before I paid. The wash itself was quick but thorough — my car came out spotless, including the wheels and windows. I also appreciated how clean and organized the facility was. The vacuums had great suction, and there were plenty of towels and cleaning supplies available for the finishing touches. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends! Washed cars occasionally must line up while waiting for a "self serve" slot. Yesterday all "detail" slots and one additional "self serve" slot were vacant. I asked why the self serve slot wasn't being used. I was told it was for detailing. Huh? That spot didn't have any detailing equipment. Others and I have used this spot for serve serve. While the line was backed up I got out, grabbed a cloth and wiped my car. I approached a man who said he was the manager. I asked why the one self serve slot was closed. He said it shouldn't be. Still stuck in line I saw the self serve spot finally open. This should have happened earlier to speed up the process. As I drove out the employee in charge of the slots made a grand bow to me. It definitely was a mocking gesture rather than "we're sorry for the inconvenience." The long wait in line, not opening the slot and the employee's attitude made me consider cancelling my subscription. However, the vast majority of the time this car wash is amazing. The employees are friendly and polite. I also love the convenience of the unlimited car wash monthly payment option. Suggestion: When cars are really backed up open the closed self serve slot and maybe one of the empty detail slots.

I got a coupon from the Toyota dealership I go to. I’ve come a few times and every time has been pleasant. The employees are nice and have a parking system they implement when it’s busy. There’s a chance they may be low on towels if you go on Saturday morning because it’s super busy. Also, the manager Andres (I think I spelled it right) resolved a payment issue swiftly after I talked to him directly.

This is my favorite local car was! They have a self serve detailing station, with very powerful vacuums and ever have clean towels available to clean your cars. I drive a white car and everytime I get my car wash everything is SPARKLING, even the rims of my tires. Place is clean and very friendly and helpful staff especially Ivan who is phenomenal and Brodie as well. Will be back again and again until I move!

Wash Masters always does a great job, but this time they truly went above and beyond. After one of my kids got sick in my car, the team was incredibly kind and thorough, and made sure I was happy before I left. They gave me a fair price, explained everything clearly, and even told me to come back if I noticed any smells after it dried. I’m very grateful for their care today. Highly recommend!

So I ended my carwash membership in Plano when I moved to Dallas in June and have been looking for a replacement ever since. I had a free wash from the dealership be was offered a month trial for $25 (charged at $40 monthly somehow) I like to wash my car at least 2x a week normally and I wanted a place that sis the interior as well. So next month I'll be switching to the military deal for $29 which will probably also be around $40 with fees and taxes. They did an amazing job! If tips are not shared the young lady that took the tip should be ashamed of herself if she didn't clean my vehicle.

I have been going to this carwash since last 3 to 4 years.And also have had membership too,occasionally. Last week on 11 February, at approximately 4:23 pm ,while i was half way through the wash, my truck stopped moving forward due to some malfunction in wash system and got hit by a RAM truck in the back. I honked and the wash system was stopped completely. We were told to exit and stand to side. The guy who hit me in back was nice to wait . He told GIO that his truck is old . Even though he had some new damages with old ones. He asked GIO to take care of my truck damages, since it was new. He then left . GIO looked at my truck and already undermined the damages by saying that it was fine . I told him that my truck was garage kept . And that the scratches and holes were new on the back bumper. I asked him multiple times to report the accident and have it looked in cameras. He finally took my information and told me that someone will get in touch with me ,with in 24-48 hours ,after viewing the cameras. I have followed on it and even went back and talked to Ivan. I was again told that someone will get in touch with me in 24-48 hours. It has been a week and no one has got in touch with me yet. I have called couple times and the answering message says that someone will get in touch with me with in 24 to 48 hours. I am not trying to be rude here but I just want Washmasters to accept the damage liability.And have my truck look how it was before the damages. Is that too much to ask for ???? And I have brought business to this Washmasters. My family has membership too because of me. Washmaster owners ,please don't treat your frequent customers this way. Also just a suggestion, please don't cramp the cars and trucks too close to each other . When malfunction happens they get hit like mine did. That day they were just few feet apart because of being busy.

First off this is my first time here, I signed up for the monthly subscription and only paid $5 which was nice. The men were very nice and helpful. The car wash was great. The detailing part I could’ve done better on my own. I’m 8 months pregnant and still would’ve put more effort than the ladies who were supposed to detail the inside did. I had a couple bags of clothes that could’ve easily been moved in my backseat to VACCUM the seats. Because I have dogs that were in the vehicle there is still hair all over it. The service was extremely fast but I obviously see why they just wiped stuff down. I left without double checking their work because they were extremely busy and I felt I did not need to. They didn’t even move my seats back just left everything for me to fix smh. There are still spills from drinks that are on the door panels. Extremely disappointed with the ladies lazy work. 0/5. If you come here make sure they do it right the first time before you leave don’t make my mistake.
