Update: The vacuums we’re replaced and now they are amazing. They have to be the strongest in the area. The value of this wash is unparalleled in the area. Great wash, vacuums, air hoses and a towels. The membership is a must if you want to keep your car clean. Very nice. The vacuum that I used was not very powerful. It could not pull loose salt off of the floor mats. I will try again and see if it was just the one. My car was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Inexpensive if you do the monthly subscription, but you get what you pay for. My truck never comes out completely clean. Today was the worst though. Gave the attendant a larger than normal tip hoping he and his partner would take a little more time than their usual 2 second half-hearted swipe with the hose. No luck. See the pictures for the caked-on mud and dirt left after the wash. The goal seems to be cramming through as many cars bumper-to-bumper style as possible, completely disregarding the end result. I used to go to Wash World at Jolly & Okemos; they always took the extra time to spray off bugs and mud. I always tip well, so maybe that helps. I can't entirely blame the attendants though; with all of the flashing lights, colored foams, and loud spraying sounds, I would expect that the wash tunnel itself would do a better job than it does. I subscribe to the highest level wash: 'Ceramic Gold' or whatever. If this is the best wash product, I can't imagine how bad the lower tier washes are. The place looks fancy, and the tunnel has lots of flashing colored lights, but in my experience they fail to get my truck as clean as their competition does.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is beyond courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. If you asked, they will happily spray off car mats for you or wheel wells. Any specific thing you need on your vehicle before they send you through the wash they will do manually. The facility has always been clean with well stocked cleaning supplies. Unlike Tommy's car wash, their vacuums always work and I've never seen an overflowing trash can. Check them out!

I wash my cars here daily and Martin is always the first person I see once I get there. He does a fantastic job of keeping my vehicles clean and looking great. He is one of the few employees here that actually uses the brushes to pre clean the front of my cars to get all the bugs and road tar off. The $39.99 monthly membership pays for itself after just 2 washes. Its a great value considering how much other carwashes cost. You have a customer for life!

I liked Whitewater in the beginning but now that my paint is scratched to hell, I will never go back. Just bought my truck not even 30 days ago with near perfect paint on it. Now it has scratches ALL OVER IT. I'm not talking swirl marks, I'm talking actual scratches. Where the primer can be seen in the scratch. I do NOT recommend. There's probably at least $1,000 dollars worth of damage to the truck now. I am very meticulous about cosmetic defects on cars and the truck had only 1 scratch on the whole thing when I bought it. Update January 2026: I submitted an online form to request someone to call me (at the time when it happened) to speak about it and still haven't heard anything.

The entire team was super kind and helpful. Everyone always has a very sweet disposition and the last time I went they gave my dog a treat! It’s the small things that make a difference (even for a simple wash haha).
