Hey Ricky Here!! I completely agree with the last review that was posted. WhiteWater is hands down the best car wash around, and every visit leaves my car spotless. Also, Logan deserves recognition he’s an outstanding worker who always makes sure customers are taken care of. Like the other review mentioned, the only downside is that we don’t have one in Clifton, TX. The wash here just doesn’t compare the jets are weak, and the soap doesn’t rinse properly. It would be such a win for our community if WhiteWater ever opened a location here.

I want to say how much I truly enjoy WhiteWater Car Wash. Every time I’ve used it, the experience has been excellent—the jets are powerful, the soap quality is top-notch, and my car always comes out spotless. The equipment and service really stand out compared to other car washes I’ve tried. Also, I want to recognize Logan—he is an outstanding worker who always goes out of his way to make sure I’m satisfied. His professionalism and customer service make the experience even better. The only downside for me is that the closest WhiteWater location is about 30 minutes away from my home in Clifton, TX. Unfortunately, the local option we have here just doesn’t compare—the jets are weak, the soap doesn’t rinse properly, and the overall wash quality isn’t great. It would mean so much to our community if WhiteWater Car Wash ever considered opening a location in Clifton. We truly need a reliable, high-quality car wash here, and I know many of us would appreciate and support it. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service—I just hope one day we can have the same experience closer to home.

first time to use this car wash. Decent car wash. unfortunately they were on top of me before I could even look at the wash menu. there is a help button if i needed assistance. Varry frustrating when you don't even get a minute to look at or process what you want to do.

Was a great experience. probably spend 2 hours vacuuming (dog hair was really stuck, even with the high powered vacuum). free cleaner which is nice, also had this carpet Machine that easily cleaned my carpets.

Great place. Friendly service. Andrew was a big help... Update: Andrew was a big help...at least right when we drove up - he promised if we left a review he would give us a free tire shine -we told him we were vacuuming first then going through the wash and he said just to pull back around when we came out of wash and he'd do it. When we came out of wash, he was no where to be seen. We even parked and waited a bit, and he never showed, so we never got our tire shine. Good customer service would have been to not only be there waiting but actively looking for "that one vehicle" that was already promised something.

Business clearly states they open at 7:30, but one employee arrived at 7:35 while a second arrived at 7:47 and then patiently and at their own pace (Slowly-Moving as if on vacation) started getting everything ready, turned on and open doors while patrons were waiting as if we didn't plan our day or had anything else to do. It is a shame how un-engaged, irresponsible and irrespectful of others' time employees can affect the quality of the services this business is offering. I was able to get into the washing station 35 minutes after opening/waiting at exactly 8:05. So disrespectful of others' time. Think hard before giving your business to places like this, and according to Google reviews, this is not an isolated incident which makes matters worse as it seems to be the way they like to operate. At least 5 or 6 cars started the line and left as I should have done to go somewhere else. And do you think any of the employees even apologized or said something? Of course not. Won't be coming here again.
