Matt detailed my 2016 Street glide . The bike looks better then when I bought it off the showroom floor. He will be detailing my Car and truck next. Motor cycle has been posted on his site. Should be a 0 star. Made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon. Although I should have known better, I placed a deposit for the work to be done, said he needed it for some new equipment for the job. No call, no show, only responded to my texts after being close to an hour late. Refuses to refund "deposit". Use at your own risk. Definitely do not trust this person to have any sort of honor or integrity.

Worst Detail Job ever!!!! unprofessional as a business owner by being talked over, then being hung up on. I had to take the truck to the car wash to wipe down, vacuum out and run through the automatic car wash before our trip. Complete waste of $300 to have this business detail. And owner states he was pleased with the results 😳

Disclaimer - This rating is not because of the service performed. The detailing itself though was about a 2.5/5 stars. I asked for a full interior detailing. When I got my car back, there were some crevices that were not completely cleaned, the 2 small storage places near my radio were not fully cleaned out, the extra trunk space was not vacuumed, trash was left in my back seat, and he stole the change out of my car. All of these are documented in the photos pasted. He got the nasty lemonade smell out of my car so that is the only reason he didn't get a 1/5 stars on the detailing as it was not very precise. This review is based 95% on the customer service that I received and if I could put a 0/5 I would. First off, he double booked my original appointment and had to reschedule. This would normally be ok because life happens but he then proceeded to be rude and dismiss my inconvenience with a "My detailing prices are pretty reasonable already." Some background, I have just moved to Victoria and I do not know too many people here. In order to make the appointment work, I got a rental car totaling to $130 because I did not have the option to take off of work. I informed him of the massive inconvenience of having to get another rental car because that would be a total of $260 on rental cars while the detailing was originally $300. He proceeded to tell me that $130 was steep for a rental and that I could surely find a ride to work (work is 45 minutes to an hour away). He had a very bad attitude and was very rude to assume anything about my life circumstances. Instead of accommodating for his mess up, he tried to put all of the burden on me. He will not be getting my services again. I will be finding someone else to go to who will not be a massive inconvenience.
