The car wash is not bad however, when you finish washing your car, there’s only a limited vacuum hoses because they haven’t replaced the broken ones and they close too early and open too late

On July 3rd my wife took our car to the take 5 carwash in bellmead. While in the carwash one of the employees pushed our car into the back of a truck ripping our bumper straight off. My wife was shocked and all the employees downplayed the situation saying that " oh it's just the bumper". The next day we were called by Chris the manager and he said they checked the footage and that they were going to fix our car and that it was their fault 100%. Mistakes happen and they said they would take care of it so I wasn't worried about it. They asked me to pick any body shop I wanted, but said they were partnered with Maaco body shop. I was nice and went to their partnered shop Maaco. I go to Maaco and they quote me 2000 to get our bumper fixed. A few weeks later I call Maaco and they said the quote wasn't approved yet by the carwash. A month and a half goes by and I call and call and I can't get ahold of anyone. I finally get the district managers email Jeremy Bryan and he says that the quote was approved and to go to Maaco. I go sign papers and they say when the parts come in they'll start the bumper fix. Another month goes by and no phone call or update by Maaco. I call them and they say to come in Monday October 3rd. I bring the car in and they said it'll be ready by Friday. On Thursday they call and say there's more damage that they didn't expect so now I have to wait till their insurance approves the additional damages. Me and my family share one car and we are without a ride anywhere. I'm having to spend 40 a day in Uber rides. I've been offered no rental car while waiting for them to fix THEIR mistake. Jeremy Bryan the district manager won't reply to any of my emails. I haven't been provided with any insurance claim numbers or anything. They're supposed to provide me with all that information but have not. I never thought I would have to be dealing with this 4 month nightmare just for wanting a simple carwash. I wasn't going to write a review, I tried giving them a chance but they keep failing to take care of the situation that they're responsible for. I've never had to deal with this kind of stuff in my life. Don't ever go here. And yes I've tried calling to resolve this issue but nobody will contact me.

5 stars solely for Gary and the young lady that work there. They’re the best thing about this place. Very detail oriented and hard workers. In regard to the machines, vacuums have minimal suction and after 2 run throughs I still have spots untouched by the wash.

Would not recommend.. their washer broke my back windshield wiper. And they knew it, because As I was vacuuming my vehicle out. One of thr workers walked behind my vehicle.. and then turned around. I thought that was weird but he didn't say anything. Just smiled. Once I got home I noticed my wiper on thr back hanging. Which it was not before going to the car wash. ** Proceed at your own risk **. Do not recommend.

Literally the worst car wash in town. DO NOT GO. The car wash wasn’t working and I did not know this she still went ahead with the purchase and then when I told them I wanted a refund they said I would need to just come in for a wash another day. Not to mention she said there cheapest wash is $16??! I don’t recommend. What a waste.

I like this car wash . It’s very conveniently located for me. I can go there get my SUV washed and I can vacuum and clean the inside very easily and quickly . I like having the cleaning spray and the glass cleaning liquids. I just signed up for the membership. I can’t wait to be able to having my car cleaned and not be embarrassed by a dirty looking vehicle. I feel so good and proud of my vehicle being clean and smelling fresh. People notice.

I used to have a membership here because it’s a great car wash! The only problem is they’re always closed. The past 6-7 times I’ve gone (during store hours), they were closed. I just gave up and cancelled my membership. I’d love to come back if they’d keep a consistent schedule. I’m editing this review to say I’ve come back to this car wash and renewed my membership. I love it! The staff is very kind and helpful. I have had zero issues and I’m glad I gave it another chance!

Went through twice after paying for the $15 wash and even telling them my tires were not being shined and it they still didn’t get it right. Something like this seems to occur every time and my truck is never clean. The guys spraying at the entry NEVER clean my grill or running boards. Won’t be back until they get things fixed. Pictures are after two passes of the premium wash. No tire shine.

This car wash had no foaming soap through the wash ! Then the employee there had me pull in then reverse. The rollers didn’t even spin in the the wash. I vacuum then the two spots didn’t even have vacuum suction. The vacuums where so weak. The 3rd spot I used had a weak suction vacuums are terrible.

There vacuumed to vacuum out the car do not work barely.and I mean what I'm saying. Don't waste your money you will be disappointed. Price not good because you are cheated out of vacuuming you car.

The guys working there were great. The Vacuums were TRASH all of them. I moved twice to try to get a better vacuum no suction and just worn down. The area to vacuum has no cover 1st time I’ve seen that especially here in sunny Texas.

This place is a scam! I drove through the carwash, there was NO STAFF at the location. I put my credit card in the kiosk, purchased a carwash and drove through. Fast forward a month, now my credit card is being charged a monthly membership fee. I did not sign up for a membership. I have called 4 times to speak with customer service, and No One can help me. To cancel the membership, you must have a sticker number - I don't have a sticker number, I was never provided with a sticker. This should be illegal! I would never recommend a company that conducts business in such a shady manner.

If I could give no stars , I would. The absolute worst car wash in town. Crap people working there. They tried to start a fight with my fiance because the scanner wouldn't scan her tag. Damaged both driver and passenger doors. And then after calling for a refund was told to wait a week. And never received a phone call but was charged for another month of service. And then after calling 3 more times trying to speak to someone important. They refused to give me a date when I could be called back and said it would just be another week. Several weeks have gone by no phone call. I was charged again and just wanted my money back. That wasn't even going to cover the damages to my vehicle. Still no help from customer service but the second I say I'm done playing their game and just want to cancel and don't want a refund, it turns to "sure no problem we can handle that" but we won't be calling you back now since you're not a member. Absolute horrible customer service. Horrible car wash. And horrible people working there throughout the entirety of the company

Didn't even wash my car for 27 dollars. It's still filthy. Tires filthy, grill filthy, back end not touched. I did call yall wanted to offer me 2 free carwashes which does me NO GOOD when yall just wash it the same way! Then won't do refund because it was on the weekend. They are an outstanding place. Car wash does a great job, and they have clean station for the inside and windows to make sure you have the detailed style cleaning. Then they have vaccums they have a strong suction to make sure the dirt is out of the vehicle
