Since my regular place burned down, I've been looking for a full service carwash in my area. I thought Whitehall was one, but it was outside only. I appreciate they washed my car even if it was a couple minutes past closing. They do towel dry by hand. I asked & paid for the wheels to be cleaned a shine coat, but I don't think they are using the right brand of shine because my wheels looked dull.

Y’all don’t have to worry about me ever coming back to this little car wash. Rude guys when you enter and exit. One guy wearing large headphones in particular upon exit kept tapping on my window pointing, like excuse me sir use your words I don’t know what you want !! My wash was rushed and the entire staff seemed annoyed. Me and my Tesla won’t be back.

Edit to owner response- as I said, it was my 1st time, as I stated to the person taking payment. At that time, that should’ve been explained if I said I’ve never been here rather than reading 10 diff tacky signs. This was immediately after the wash, when I pulled over in the lot across. Power wash clearly did nothing and beyond that, the actual CAR WASH should’ve cleaned it better. Again, the mechanics in there didn’t move so you should clearly state it’s a RINSE not WASH for basic. And idc about the towel dry especially on a clearly not cleaned anyways car lol. For under $10 I get better washes at blue hippo or even giant eagle or anywhere LOL which is where I’ll go instead. But your rude response will definitely not get my business again but instead will get my word of mouth to others to not go :) What am I missing? As in, What’s good about this place? Besides the hand towel dry. I guess you have to pay for full prices to have a full car wash. It was my 1st time and I just wanted to get a quick wash to get the salt off my car. I went with a basic (half the price of their other wash) and it literally only washed half the car (just the top). The sponges don’t even move or spin in the wash on the basic. As they were wiping dry, the lady asked for my receipt and saw it was basic. She yelled to the crew that it’s only basic and signaled them to stop drying. So I guess that’s not included either. Yall should mention to customers that basic is basically just a rinse if that’s what it is. I even told him that was my first time.
