The idiots in the car in front of me kept hitting their brakes causing the machine to shut down. Only car wash I've ever been through where they couldn't wash bird shit off and wouldn't let me go back through

Best car wash franchise in Columbus. If it's not Moo-Moo, it's a joke of a wash. The only gripe I have is the drying process. The drying technology is great, but we're missing the drying detail. I suggest an option to pull into a reserved spot within the vacuum area for a hand-drying microfiber service. The Moo-Moo staff would be able to generate hundreds of dollars per day in tip money, and I'd use the hand-drying service every single time. Tipping between $1-$5, just based on my MOOd.

I didn't wanna do business with these people anymore , but they'll try your card @ 4 in the morning ... For 2 weeks after you've let your membership expire . They have 3 lanes for 1 tunnel , which makes 0 sense because it's not any faster ? I have to wait 20 minutes just to get the wrong car wash . Don't give them your $ .

I had a poor experience at the Moo Moo Car Wash on Hamilton Road in Groveport. The employees seemed disinterested and angry, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the water used for washing cars often had an unpleasant smell, raising concerns about cleanliness. Due to these issues, I now prefer driving to the Grove City and Reynoldsburg locations, which offer better service and quality. I do not recommend the Hamilton Road location.

The underbody wash is a joke. 3rd time I've tried this location to remove salt. Doesn't even come close to washing the underbody.

I only needed to vacuum my car and they were nice enough to swipe their badge and let me thru to do so for free. Awesome vacuums, they've got two different shaped nozzles on the hoses. One pointy for cracks n crevices and they other is flat, to clean carpets and what-not. They let me stay as long as I liked too.

There are 4 to 5 wraparounds that are not properly touching vehicles. I have to run my truck through the wash twice. It started off with 1 wraparound down and now there is more. The air pump is always out of order as well. I pay monthly for the top package. The price has went up, we receive less and now our vehicles are not properly being cleaned.

This location deserves even less than one star is causing a traffic safety issue there's not enough road for everybody to be hanging all the way out to Hamilton road blocking from the other businesses, it needs to be shut down and relocated

Hey MooMoo whatever kid you have working at your entrance telling members to go in the wrong lanes. Needs a refresher course . Ive been going to this location for a year. Never had to deal with such an incompetent employee 11-14-25 at Noon today. Get that kid some training or have him picking up trash he almost caused a wreck also telling people to go in different lines for no reason .

Joan is the least effective employee. I understand his pay is low, but he might be better suited for a role that involves less interaction with others.

They treat you like shit on top of all that the car still dirty and I talked to the manager because the car almost hit my card and the manager had enough to laugh in my face and say OK whatever as I’m five months pregnant and my daughter was in the car with me and they scan the membership the thing hit the car as well when it came down and all they did was put a thumbs up that it was OK

Moo Moo loves to put up shop by apartment complexes and this one is no different. I have the misfortune of renting an apartment right behind this Moo Moo and from 7 am tilll 10 pm all you can hear is the freaking blower blowing. There is no peaceful evening on the porch, no reprieve whatsoever from the horrible loud sound of the blowers. How absolutely rude and unaware and horrible they are for doing this to residence or apartment buildings. They should be shut down not only because of the sound, but because of the complete traffic jam they cause almost daily as well. It is hell trying to get to my apartment everyday. In the winter, the water from all the wet cars makes a sheet of ice on the road too. This is such an irresponsible, only for the money company, I have zero respect for them or anyone who does business with them. They need to live in my apartment for a day and see how they like the NONSTOP loud blower noise 15 hours a day!!!!!!!!!!!!

Canceling my subscription at the end of the month. Laughably over priced. I even spoke to the head of HR who told me these were basically money printing machines at this point. Too much traffic not enough help. They need to hire at least three more people just to run the gates correctly. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Got rear-ended here a week or two ago in the tunnel, but just wanted to put a good word in for a kid named Sam. Corporate wasn't much help and basically gave me an upgraded wash for two or three months oh yeah I'm sure that really makes up for the $500 or probably $2,000 bumper. The line is always backed up around the road the gates never operate sequentially one line is always allowed to go and get hung up I've been here for probably a half hour now and this happens almost every week I'm probably going to cancel my subscription because I'm done with this nonsense. The employees don't know how to evenly or can't evenly disperse the vehicles which honestly they should just leave the gates open at that point and let everyone through if your Gates can't function adequately or if your system doesn't work you should have to pay the cost for your negligence in operating your potential clients time. It's really just embarrassing at this point three gates and you're lucky if two of them work. Not worth 40 not even worth 20 a month 2 days later stuck in line for 20 minutes again no help to be seen anywhere.

nothing wrong with the car wash itself but horrible location traffic congestion increased by probably 100% it's insane why they packed all those restaurants in front of a large apt complex right around the car wash. My friend said that the price went up like 30 to 40% also. mostly pleasant staff with an occasional dog treat but you should probably ask before you stick your hand in the window lol free vacuum is okay but it's kind of weak doesn't suction all that well. needs more ways to get out appears to be only one way out and that's the way you went in smh. Good luck

This was my first visit, and my last visit. The employee who signed me up was kind and explained everything well, but once I pulled into the wash, the attendant (Joan) began shouting instructions. I put my car in neutral as directed, but he screamed at me to take my foot off the brake, which was unnecessary and unprofessional especially when I explained it was my first time! After that, there was an issue with aligning my car on the track. He came back to my window and, in a rude tone, told me to put my car in neutral. I explained that it already was. He then claimed I had “neutral hold” on and pointed at my dashboard, but I could not see what he was referring to. When I asked how to remove it, he responded, “I don’t know, it’s not my car — you figure it out.” Meanwhile, cars behind me were honking, adding even more pressure. I had to pull out my phone and Google instructions while sitting there. After reading everything multiple times, I confirmed my car was not on a neutral hold. I explained several times that what he was seeing was likely my cruise control light. Only after he removed his headphone and actually listened did he realize he was mistaken. He then reset the system on his end, put my car on the tracks again, and it worked immediately. I left a voicemail for management and never heard back. Due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, I will be canceling my membership. No one should be treated this way. I will also have my staff family and friends cancel their subscription and I will set them up with a different company.
