My car was not that dirty and the machine charged me $20 when it stated only $5 I rinsed my car not even 5 minutes and it charges me $20 Ridiculous!!!

Like the carwash because it accepts credit cards. However the local wannabe landscape contractors continue to wash their sand, stone,mud off their equipment and not cleaning up behind themselves. Leaving a huge mud mess for the next patron to have to deal with! Clean up after yourselves children!!!

Washed my car here over the weekend and the total was about $4-5, but when I checked my account I noticed I was charged $20. When I called, no one answered. Is business really that slow that you need to scam your customers? I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

Total waste of $8. Touch free drive thru car wash didn't even get my whole car wet. Still have dirt the whole way around the bottom of my car. Also tried to use my credit card but the machine wouldn't work. That should have been my first sign.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! There wipe vending machine took our money but did not dispense the product. It cost $3.50 to wash four interior car floor mats. Two of the four vacuums also took our money and did not work. We called the provided phone number. It rang off the hook and disconnected on it's own. I will continue to call them for a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The worst value I've seen! I came back for a quick cheap wash and saw that the prices increased n after, my car was not even half clean. I paid for$10 deluxe wash n car was still filthy everywhere on the sides back n front! So I went in to the manual wash bay to wash the areas the ripoff wash didn't do. The timer is so quick, that working as fast as I could move it cost me at least $5-10 more of quarters just to go over the sides n front grille n rear. I'm never going to this car wash again, it would have been better use of time n money to just pay for a hand wash!

Update Oct. 23: My previous review (?) 4 months ago, (which I have edited out now) , was a long winded statement about how the card reader wouldn't read my card. Since then, I kept putting off washing the truck at home and then York Water imposed restrictions due to the drought. Thought I'd try this again and had success. Would only read my credit cards with the strip facing right and swiping up, not down, but it worked this time. This place was my only other option due to the bays with 10ft. clearance. My truck hadn't been washed for 5 months. I presoaked, brushed, hp rinsed, carnauba foamed, then spot free rinsed. Truck is nearly 8ft. tall with a high cap. I have to use a stepladder for the roof, so it took me about 20 minutes. I felt rushed because the display said there's a $15 charge limit, and as soon as you select what mode you want, stuff starts coming out and I'm panicking because I don't want to waste anything. 😀 I had to stop just shy of $15 on my first card, then used another to finish up. Not complaining, I need to be more efficient and I'm sure the charge limit is for people who forget to press the stop button. Everything I did didn't completely clean it but hey, 5 months of dirt and me rushing, it still looks way better now than before. Can't see any reason not to give 5 stars! To the owner, sorry for any wasted soap, wax, and especially water. Stuff is coming out not under my control while I'm moving my ladder around. I tried to move it as fast as I could.😜

I went there for the automatic cleaning and I paid $17. I thought it was going to clean my car and make it look like it was new again, but unfortunately it didn’t clean a single bit of dirt off my car. I now have to go to another car wash and pay another $20 just to actually get it clean correctly. This place are a complete waste of time. If I was you, I would go somewhere else.

I wanted touchless for my new vehicle and to flush the underbody from the salt on the road from plows. My first and last time using a touchless. I thought I would save myself from getting out in the cold 29 degree weather but next time I won't mind after paying $13 and still have ice attached to my car. I wasn't expecting it to get the dirt pieces that are still there after the wash but the ice would have been nice. Receipt for proof I went there.
