Ribs would have been good, had they agreed to make them. Second time I ordered them and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. Reasonable ,I say fine. So they change story to "just got off the truck we can't make them." Obviously, they did'nt want to bother. The first time I ordered them I got the same impression, so I said if it was so much trouble, it should not be on the menu. I was told, " we can't prepare for everything". I agree, but maybe just your advertised menu items might be a good start. Typical apathetic service. Won't be back.

Newbie Trucker here! Never heard of this place before. However, you saved my night for a place to park to shut down plus the place is 5 miles from the shipper to pick up my load. The place is dope. Mannnnnnnnnnnn the pina cola, y'all done showed out lol. I like that you have a lot of food choices. 4 stars because i wish y'all had showers for truckers. Still a dope spot tho. Please bring more of these cross country. So good for the truckers.

Every time I come here, the workers are always more concerned with socializing with each other than focusing on the orders on the board. It takes 15+ minutes for them to make a single wrap. I only get a 30 minute break, and this is the closest food place to my job smh

Everytime I go here to get DEF for my truck this woman with green hair comes out and writes my license plate down like I’m trying to steal $15 worth of DEF or something. She doesn’t do it to anyone else and no other Rutters does this either. I can’t wait until the Wawa next door opens.

It's a typical Rutter's. What made this location 4 stars and not 3 for average was the friendly staff. We were greeted when we walked in and while waiting for my family to pick out their items a staff member struck up a conversation about baseball and was genuinely interested. We just came from a little league game and I had my coach shirt on. Our visit time was around 8:15pm.

The food was horrible and specifically said no lettuce and guess what.. lettuce added. Over cooked food !! Husbands hot dogs were way overdone. Couldn’t eat they were hard. I will NOT eat here again. I will say this better step up you’re game with WAWA coming next door.!!

Don’t come here for food! Wait almost 20 mins to get my food, and it was just one breakfast sandwich. I’m appalled by this service when they are 3 or 4 people working in the kitchen. I bought gas at the same time I paid for my food thinking it would be ready quickly and by the time I went to pump gas, I couldn’t cuz the food took so long and had to go back in to paid for gas again!

Nice inside and clean restrooms. Checkout with Tim was rough though... I had an armful of snacks at checkout. I worked in customer service so i understand how mind numbing a job can be, but i honestly felt bad for needing to check out. I felt like an incocience. The cashier waved my boyfriends ID in his face when he was done checking it. It was just an uncomfortable experience. Everyone else was very nice and approachable. The employee who handed us our slushies checked our receipts and everything. Just unfortunate customer service at the register..

This rutters always has quick service and good food. Today I decided to leave a review because Kenny in the kitchen area put a ton of care into preparing 4 different sliders for me to perfection. The attention to detail I saw is a vast improvement over other made-to-order food offerings in the area from competitors. Thank you!!!

They must think people only drink coffee in the "mornings", NEVER any fresh coffee at night. NEWS FLASH: some of us work 3rd shift! And there are numerous warehouses in the area. I guess we don't deserve fresh coffee???

Excellent Customer Service! Went in at 3:45pm to get my online order. Everything was great, food was done when they said it would be. The employees on this shift were friendly and helpful!

Ordered food and a coffee drink and it took them forever, I even was asked to see my receipt so they could finish making the order due to them being so slow and inefficient in the kitchen that they had to bump the order off orderpoint system so that it didn't show they took too long to make my order. By the time I got my food order, my frozen drink was half melted..... May want to train employees on speed and efficiency for this shift because they were neither fast nor efficient and waiting so long for orders when there other places nearby that you will lose money and customer's easily to. Do better....

First time here.... Has a few semi spots, not many though.... I wouldn't rely on it for a late nite spot cuz I hear it fills up quick and early.... I got here early and deliver 4 miles away tomorrow.... Had about 5 spots open at 2pm..... Walked in to check it out.... Seems pretty decent.... Plenty of stuff to buy.... Has a kitchen that has burgers, subs, chicken, salads, sides ect.... Sells booze in the cooler, if that's your thing.... Has 4 fuel isles for trucks.... Maybe 10-12 parking spots..... About 4 bobtail spots.... Would definitely come back, but not late nite.... If people do the "make your own spot" thing, it could make it hard to get out.... Not a very big parking lot.... It's clean, has food and has parking.... So it's 5 stars in my book..... UPDATE!!!!!! I ordered food a few hours after parking here..... A double burger with all the fixins' and fries.... It was very good.... Hot too.... I was reading previous reviews, and you all must have bad luck or something, cuz my dinner was awesome..... Those lady's did a great job.... They were nice n friendly too.....

I just ordered a cheeseburger on rye pastrami she made this sandwich so perfect thank you I also order a chicken salad wrap perfect thank you in a peanut butter shake that actually tastes like peanut butter thank you I'm a truck driver an employee that make the food the way it should be are few and I like to say I appreciate it thank you

When you order food from the kiosk you have tons of choices. The people make it fresh. This is kind of like Sheetz. On the first day I got a hamburger so big that I couldn't fit my mouth around it. It was two third-pound patties with an onion ring and short rib and lettuce tomato and mushrooms and onion. The choices are really vast. I also get french fries. The hamburger and the french fries were very good and I was extremely impressed with the marinara sauce that I got with the fries. On day two I got a miniature Pizza which was also excellent and there are lots of choices to top it also My only criticism is that the food is quite expensive

Everywhere, but Rutters has Red Bull two for $5 not Rutters. Ask if they could break a $20 bill they didn’t have change to do that. Their gas prices are always above everybody else’s. And just give back the old bonus cards. Nobody wants your stupid app.

Plenty of room to park large car and trailer, hot food is good priced rite, very good selection in store for snacks and drinks, clean bathroom. Friendly people. Easy in and easy out, 5 diesel pumps. I would give it a solid 8.75 out of 10, will stop by again.
