Was charged double when the first charge said processing error. What a joke. Now I can't find a contact number anywhere to get my money back. Soap would stop 1 min in, wouldn't stop when I pushed stop. Never again.

Wanted to get my wifes car clean after having some clear days. What a waste of time and money. Car was no cleaner then it went into their "high pressure" wash. Not worth the 10 bucks or whatever I wasted

Vehicle was only slightly dirty however the $12 touch-less automatic car failed to clean much off. The "wax" is only applied to your hood and roof, the "conditioner" is only applied from your windows and up. Makes it look like its doing an all over clean, but its not. Borderline theft if you ask me.

Quick, cheap, and easy to use. Vacuum is also cheap and lasts a decent amount of time. There's an attached pet wash area if you need to bathe your fur babies which is a nice amenity.

I use to like this car wash until the last few months ago. I’ve tried to go thru the automatic wash at least....well to many times to give them credit for and every time the credit card machine is out of service. Huge disappointment and I won’t stop here again.

Touch wash would be great if it was touch-less. The machine arm slammed against my vehicle scratching the whole rear panel. Extremely disappointed. I got a half soap scratched care and a waisted 10 bucks.

I just stopped to ronse the car off. It should have been $3 for the 4:28 seconds i used the washer but although i moved the dial to stop and continually pushed rhe stop button it disnt stop charging me until ovee 6 minutes. And I noticed the repairman at this particular bay the other day which is why i decided to stop.

One of the worst car washes I've had the displeasure of using! Don't bother trying to use the air dryer or the tire cleaner nozles as they DO NOT WORK and just waste your time which will cost you $$$$$! Was so freaking disappointed!

The credit card reader would not work. The change machine would not take $20 bills. Another customer suggested I ask for help at the office. I searched the whole place. There is no office. I only had three one dollar bills. Car was half washed. I have been here before and used the credit card. I won't be back. It further to Leaders Height, but at least that place accepts credit cards.

This place is genuinely without a doubt, THE WORST CAR WASH in existence. Absolutely no water pressure, you get more pressure from a garden hose. And as if that wasn't enough the nozzles on the hand wands are broken so the little pressure you do get goes all over the place. The automatic is equally useless since to has no water pressure either and it's the super cheap single arm setup. Do not ever go here or you will be wasting your money.

***USE AT YOUR OWN RISK*** Card reader wouldn’t work so I put in $10 cash for the automatic wash and it took my money and the wash didn’t worked. I called the number and the voicemail was full so you can’t leave a message. I wont be using this car wash again.

Nothing here ever works properly. I have been trying to use it recently for the dog wash, and most of the time the machine doesn’t work as intended or the washing fluids are empty. Waste of money and very disappointing. Edit 1/5/23: Tom texted me to follow up on my call to provide feedback and said they will provide me a refund for my most recent visit and experience. Updating to 2 stars.

Second time I've used the touchless car wash in the past few months and won't be going back. Paid $10 for a wash and it's still dirty. I drive a black SUV and it looks grey even after washing. Vacuums work great though.

Update: I was contacted and received my refund.***** Went today, deposited 3 $5.00 bills. Would not give me a car wash and would not give me my money back. Car in front of me got locked inside when machine broke down on her. I called the phone number listed on one of the bays on the wall and left a message. No one has called me back. After reading all of these negative reviews I doubt I’ll return.

Unfortunately not sure what's going on with this car wash. Been there a few times within the past 6months & it's gone down hill. The man who use to take care of it made sure it was clean & taken care of. It hasn't been like that when we've gone there. The bays are clumped with mud, the credit card machine wouldn't let you end the time or actually take the card at all & sometimes there's barely any soap. This is the most convenient car wash for us so it's a disappointment. I wish it would get back to the way it use to be cause we would rather use this car wash than any other.

Love going here for the dog wash! It's very convient with different types of shampoos for washing. There is also a dryer for after you are done washing. I have been there many times. I only had an issue once with The soap not working. I called The number and they refunded my money. The car wash is usually busy and the bays look clean when I have been there.

It washed all the dirt off my car. Good for not super dirty cars. I will have to manually wash the rest of it as it's still dirty even though I paid for the $8 wash. Vacuums are there for usage but I'm just going to buy a cheap $30 vacuum. The place is maintained and cleaned. Gotta drive slow or else you'll miss the entrance. Pays back in quarters if you need change or refund though. No problems at wash. It has enough space for I think like 5cars to wash manually. I will come back though if I'm in need to wash my car fast and look decent.

Went with my truck and my daughters car. Spent 14 each on the touchless wash. Daughters car is just as dirty as it was before the wash and the arm that sprays the soap damaged my truck leaving many long scratches along the right side, also my truck looks dirtier than it was before the wash. I will be calling the number and will not be happy when doing so. I bought this truck 3 months ago and am very mad that it has so much damage from a simple car wash. DO NOT GO HERE!
