Pretty unhappy with the service provided since they bought car wash in Medina and Brunswick yesterday I had to take my wife car through both car washes to get the top and the sides clean. This is becoming normal that the machinery does not work properly. We have monthly membership for two cars in our house and I’m starting to look for somewhere else to go.

This is one of the worst car washes! This station has been going downhill. It used to be great. The front end of my car and my windshield still covered in bugs. Can’t just drive away because there’s still so much water on the car that it spots the windows. Looks like I will be canceling my monthly subscription and finding a new car wash!

Horrible customer service! It was a snowy day and I went through the entire car wash and there was still plenty of snow on my car. I had to ask if I could go back through. The worker said sure. I didn't want a repeat performance so I asked him if he could use the high pressure hose to clear off the snow, he told me it was frozen and started the wash. I noticed a big brush to my right like you see in self serve car washes in such he could have knocked a lot of the snow off. I went through the car wash again and still snow on my hood, roof and trunk?? I was too upset to go through for a third time? I'll never use them again after strongly considering a membership. A waste of $33?? I feel robbed. For that price I was better off getting a membership and going through several times to get the snow off. Matter of fact I've never been to a car wash where the wash wouldn't knock the snow off... Terrible! I'll go back to Cleanland a few blocks away. 😞

Amazing car wash. Super clean. Spacious. Awesome amenities. Like vacuums and air compressors to blow off the water. Have towels in cleaning solutions for the inside. Even have a mat washer….. the wash is very good and the car looks super clean

Last two times I tried this car wash the turbo sweepers didn't work. Today 4/27/25 I tr8ed again. Car was washed. Guess what? Sweepers didn't work again. And $16 for a car wàsh you'd think their equipment would work. Do not recommend!!!!

My friend took her car there after only having it for 3 months last November. Her car was damaged, and there was a video showing when it happened. She filed a report with you and provided an estimate. She was then told she needed a 2nd estimate. Why should she be inconvenienced for something that you have on video happening by your equipment? To date' July 27th, nothing has been done for her. I personally will never use your car wash. This is terrible customer service. You should be ashamed!

Go elsewhere. The vacuums didn't work or were not turned on last time I was there. I came a week later after buying the unlimited wash monthly pass and they had closed at least an hour early. They blocked off the entrance with cones. I got ripped off but you don't have to.

i’ve never had such a positive experience washing my car! i never really saw the value in a car wash subscription but after coming here i will absolutely be recommending Whistle Express to everyone in the area! 10/10! Super friendly staff too!

The mat cleaner is currently not functioning. The wash options are unresponsive, and there is no water flow. I have used this mat cleaner in the past and it performed very well, but it has been out of order for the past six months. Also the enter gate was damaged my car by going down during my entrance. I emailed to the main office, sent pictures of it but didn't get any response.

Do NOT go to this carwash. For a steep price of $27 for their "BEST" wash I would have expected an almost flawless clean/shine/protection. Rather I get through the cleaning cycle and there's still dirt all over my car. The spin brushes did more damage to my vehicle than cleaning. I circled around to show the two techs working at the time, they re-ran my vehicle, but still the same issues after the second wash. The "wire" like brushes barely removed any dust and debris. Very disappointed. They charge you $$$ and then give you a basic wash anyways. $27 for water, bubbles that don't work, and a rotational brush. The only good service they offer is the vacuums. The microfiber towels were good but I did not like that I had to dry my vehicle myself. Probably there since you need to wipe the dirt off your vehicle yourself. For the money and cheaper you are better off taking your vehicle to the Wheely Clean Car Wash down the road. Picture 1, hood after first wash. Picture 2, hood after 2nd wash. I’ve in the last week used three local car washes, including The Wave car wash, And The Wave has been my favorite! They By far have the most amount of amenities, the most vacuum spots, a rug, washer, towels and spray as well as Two different kinds of vacuums and an air hose to finish detailing your car from bumper-to-bumper, making it look brand new! The staff from Melissa to Alex have been extremely kind, and helpful every time I’ve been there! Whether it be moving a cart closer to me for my convenience, or informing me more about their services, it’s been a pleasant experience and interaction every time! Recently bought my first truly new car and plan on keeping it at least 10 years and want to help keep it looking like new for years to come. And The Wave is helping me do so! Signed up for a promotional wash that was just too good to pass up. Will definitely be keeping my membership especially in the harsh salty Ohio winter months ahead!

Terrible wash result. After wash with "better" option, I immediately drove home (2 miles away) and road was clean. I noticed a lot of soap on the hood and around front wheel fender. A lot of dirt/salt were still on the side. I had to hand wash the car in the garage.

BEWARE!! Car wash equipment here will scratch your car. Came here to try the car wash after receiving a promotion for a discounted wash, ended up with hundreds of dollars in paint damage to the exterior of my car. It took weeks for the company to follow-up to tell me they were denying any responsibility for the damages despite video and photo record of a scratch-less car entering the car wash and emerging with scratches afterwards. It seems their brushes may have rocks stuck from previous washes or are configured in a way that causes scratches. Stay away and protect your vehicles.

This place is a JOKE! Went through for a simple car wash only to have my truck antenna ripped off. After wasting hours of time, filling out a claim, getting a quote and trying to get in touch with their customer service department, they’re now telling me they don’t feel responsible because the vehicle is more than 5 years old. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

This place stay closed! You would think that they would install heaters inside to keep they equipment from freezing but they just continue to reap all the membership money and just keep replying to they email if we have any concerns. Did I mention that they exit door is manual and I had to slam the brakes to keep from hitting the door? They for got to open the door and its not automated but the front door is. Smh. I honked the horn then one of the distracted employees who was clearly playing in they phone opened it. I gave this place too many chances because its so close to my house, but now me and my wife now go to cle wash behind speedway. They car wash work even when its below freezing and they have automatic doors! Screw this place! They will only listen when they see a community take they money back!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE- IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND WHEN MACHINES ARE DOWN!! I pulled in and selected my wash, then pulled up and the girls were having a problem getting the machines working (I was first customer as soon as they opened on 2.14.26 and the girl moved the cones so I could pull in and pay apparently before they tried starting the machines) which no big deal because I'll get my money back, right? Absolutely not a simple refund... the worker took my name number and last 4 digits of my card and promised a manager would contact me for a wash on another day or a refund....Nobody has called and I have reached out through the website AND the email that they keep saying to use in these review responses, and have not heard a single word. It is absolutely ridiculous that a customer needs to hunt down a refund when there was an issue with their machines.

I had a terrible experience at Whistle Express Carwash. I paid $20 and got a very poor wash — soap only hit about half of my car. The vacuums didn’t work, there were no clean rags available, and the mat cleaning machine wasn’t doing anything at all. To make it worse, the employees on site didn’t offer any help or even acknowledge the issues. For the price, this was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.

I actually left the engine & headlights on while vacuuming out my car, so my battery died! Luckily , the kindest older gentleman , I believe he is the manager , immediately pulled his huge pickup truck up next to mine and gave me a "jump". I was so grateful to him because I had a busy day and many errands to run! The very same gentleman has also showed kindness & helped my daughter out when she cleaned her car out at Whistle. This man is a lovely human being. Thanks Whistle! Best deal in town!

I got a membership here in the fall (2024) and loved it for the location (right by the school) and the vacuums being included. But then last week a roller brush knocked my mirror loose and then the air-dryer (which I always thought might blow off my wipers) did further loosen my mirror to where the housing was pulled away from the car and the mirror was popped out of the housing. After exiting I pulled over to the vacuum area and talked to an employee. He had me fill out an incident report and when I asked what would happen next he told me he didn't know. I asked to talk to a manager and one was not available - they had just quit and the next one wasn't due in until Friday (this was a Monday) so I was told to call Thursday and leave a message for them to call me (wouldn't you think they should be calling me?). So I call the number online and it doesn't work. Finally I find a number that works and leave a message. After no call back for a week I call the customer service number at 5:05pm and after being on hold for 30 min a message comes on telling me I've called after hours and need to leave a message. I left a message again and now after nearly another week of no response I've canceled my membership as well as my husband's and I'm posting this review in hopes that others will stay away from this carwash. To top this off, as of late only half the vacuums work as well. June 7th, reply to business response: Your response comes TWO MONTHS after your carwash damaged my car - that is absurd. I called your numbers repeatedly, with no help. I emailed through your app which barely works and was useless for my needs. I also emailed the email you mention and no one would help me. The only thing that got accomplished via that email was cancelling mine and my husband's account. I paid to have my car fixed and am not seeking reimbursement or anything...it's worth every penny to never have to deal with you guys again. I will never return to your establishment and I tell everyone I know to avoid Whistle at all costs.

Never had a bad experience here and have been going here since they opened! My son absolutely loves the light's and we love the train horn when it gets honked. 😁 Would definitely say a membership is worth every penny if you don’t have the free time to wash your own car like me.
