You’ll regret it. Came here for a quick $10 basic wash to get the snow and salt off my car but I’m leaving disappointed and with a scratch! There was no pre-rinse and now my car has dirt mixed with soap spots on it. I also have a scratch down the driver side of my car that I now have to try to buff out. I thought I would get at least a clean car and no scratches for $10 but I guess not. I can go to competitors in Lakewood and Parma and pay $5 to $10 for a better wash with a pre-rinse and leave with zero scratches. For as fancy as the building and equipment looks I expected much better. Can’t believe my car is scratched.

Aiden, Jaclyn, James, and Patrick are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is something in the culture here that puts a smile on their faces, which translates to a smile on my face. Great experience with plenty of supplies and a fun atmosphere. Because of this, I am now a member and wouldn’t think of going somewhere else.

Male workers rude and lack urgency. Waited 25 minutes with five cars ahead of me cancelled my subscription immediately. Only to be told I can’t go back through the wash when I paid for the month. Inconsistent service to say the least. Wouldn’t go unless they are empty

The wash missed the back of my truck somehow or didn't do a good job. I wash regularly in areas I work around will be in the area a couple weeks not sure if I will return. Update I called and there we no signs posted or request to remove my hitch but that's why that happened. I was requested to return and explain the situation for another wash. It's the next day they were real friendly and allowed me to run through again definitely will be back why'll working in the area

I bought the $27 wash and as you can see in the photos, there are many areas in the front and rear of the SUV that were not even touched by the washing cloths. I realize that these are the most difficult to clean, but seriously, the centered from licence plate wasn't even touched.

Sgt. Clean is awesome!! They had everything I could need to clean my car — cleaner and washcloths, vacuums, spot to soap and rinse my floor mats, scrubber to get the bugs off the front of my car. The employees were very nice and super helpful!

We have been gold level members for three years and have always been extremely happy with the services provided by Sgt.’s Clean!! They have continually made improvements to their existing facilities and have opened new facilities as well. We’ve recently relocated to the Columbus area and are sad that Sgt.’s is not in the area.

Way overpriced and car wash does not do a great job even with the bug wash. Paying $27 and my truck not being clean is laughable. I also think this place is whats wrong with the car wash industry. It used to be much more personal with high school kids wiping down the door jams and owners actually caring if the customer was satisfied. This place is just straight production and they do not care about the quality of their service.

Venus took such great care of me! They were so kind and really made me feel so much less nervous as I went to this location for the first time. It’s always great when someone is so friendly and smiling despite how COLD it is outside. We need more people like that! Everyone at this location was very nice as well!

I’m a long-time monthly member and overall very happy with this car wash. The service is reliable and efficient, and the staff are consistently courteous and hardworking. Because I value this business, I want to raise a concern that has been bothering me. Seeing employees working outdoors in below-freezing temperatures with only minimal protection, such as a thin plastic canopy, is concerning. Cold exposure is not just uncomfortable; it is a legitimate workplace safety and health issue. I am sharing this as someone who wants to continue supporting this business and its employees. Investing in better shelter and cold-weather protections would show that the company values the people who keep the operation running. Taking care of staff ultimately strengthens the service customers rely on.

I'm a monthly member of this car wash in Westlake! I wanted to share an idea that could save us time going through the line! For people who don't have a membership or going through a single visit, you should have the employees go to those cars ahead of time to enter their info,instead of at the gate, so that they're not holding up the line for everyone else! The line was ridiculously long and we all had to wait for a couple of people who had to pay at the gate! Maybe get an iPad like Chick fil a, have them enter that before hand!

The holidays are difficult for some people, myself included. That being said, there are people out here who can make small interactions incredibly meaningful. This was the case when I went through the wash at Sgt Cleans with my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. The employee at the machine greeted me in an incredibly welcoming manner and fortified the fact that it was indeed, a happy Toyotathon this year. We both knew it was over, but who cares? Life is about the small things. I was almost moved to tears. I really needed that. The wash was great and the complimentary air freshener smells AMAZING too. Thank you Sgt Cleans and a happy Toyotathon to all next year!

I used to own a clunker. The closest I’ve come to a car wash in the past 20 years was seeing one on “Breaking Bad.” So, when I rolled up earlier today in my beloved newly-purchased soft-top Bronco - muddied thanks to some weekend off-roading - I was desperate and clueless. Captain Clean’s Liz & Jen saved the day: Patiently helping me to understand the various options and which wud work best for me and my muddy car was super cool and helpful. My truck emerged shiny and pristine, just off the showroom floor. A great investment: stress-free, effective and - gasp - fun! (They never had car wash fun on Breaking Bad’). :)

Update: Updating to three stars from one. Just received a call that they did process the refund and additionally they've issued a gift card for a future wash. I appreciate the generous offer and the follow-up. Hopefully the next car wash will be better. --- Update: I just called the location to request a refund and they told me they would check to see if the washer was operating correctly rather than giving me a refund. I don't care if it was working correctly or not, it didn't clean my car and I'm not satisfied. --- I don't usually like non-touchless car washes but I had a bunch of gunk on my car from it being parked on the street. So I paid $20 thinking the "touch" would clean it right if, but it didn't get any of it off. I would expect maybe a touchless car wash to miss it but with high-powered jets and sponges, I'm extremely disappointed that this didn't clean my car thoroughly. What a waste. Glad I didn't pay for their membership.
