Love it!! Second time at this place. They did not disappoint. It’s been about a week and I work on a truck yard so it’s dusty. The God honest truth my car still looks amazing from top to bottom. I am very satisfied with the wash that I received and the service from staff. They put in the effort. A very friendly place. I would definitely recommend. I will continue to go back.

Avoid at All Costs — This Car Wash Lies, Blames You, and Won’t Take Responsibility I want everyone to know how shady and careless Whistle Car Wash in Pooler, GA really is. I took my car there — a car that’s less than a year old and only drives within Savannah city — and came out with deep scratches on the wheel area. There was zero mud on my car, ever. Right after the wash, an employee admitted their machine likely caused the damage and gave me a damage report. After that? Total silence. I had to go there three times in person because the manager never once bothered to call me back. Instead, their poor front-line staff kept apologizing for things they didn’t even do. When they finally gave me an answer, they twisted their story again and again: 1️⃣ First, they admitted it was their machine. 2️⃣ Then they claimed they “checked the footage” but refused to show me the full video — instead they sent me a few blurry photos that prove nothing. 3️⃣ Then they left me a voicemail blaming “mud” that never existed. And if they’re so sure it’s not their fault, why haven’t they responded to the BBB? Because they know they have no real defense and hope you’ll just give up. This business is a scam for anyone who cares about their car. They damage vehicles, deny it, and hide behind excuses. Do NOT trust them with your vehicle — ever. I hope this helps others avoid the same headache I went through.

I’m I’m not usually impressed by much but I must say this facility Caught me off guard. The manager who I believe his name is George or Jorge. If he isn’t a manager or lead of some sort, I seriously recommend that he’d be elevated to that position. He was amazing with helping me with my questions. I am going to be returning with my daughter to sign her up for a membership, but he also explained everything To me and my wife who had many many questions. But as I’m Using the facilities equipment, I see him cleaning the parking lot also fixing the equipment Then rushing over to attend to a customer and then going back to help another customer within a span of maybe two minutes. All doing it with a smile and even came over and rehashed with me about my experience. I promised him I would be returning to sign my daughter up for a membership seeing how I have a facility near my home that I use and I have not seen a Whistle Express anywhere near where I stay, but my daughter lives in Pooler and I hope that he gets some credit for the experience. Give the man a raise. I say anytime I come back to this area. I plan on stopping if I have a dirty vehicle.

Hayes and the team made my weekend! I come to Pooler to help my aging parents and I always try to clean their vehicles when I come. I was exhausted from the weekend and Hayes was kind and gave the best customer service I have received in a long time. He truly has no idea how much his patience and kindness meant to me. Every time I come I will now use this place just because of how him and the team made me feel. And the facility was very clean as well! Thanks again! And keep doing what you do! It will pay off. 🥰

I had a great experience at Whistle Express! Apart from washing my car, Mr. Genesis went above and beyond — he went the extra mile when I was wondering if my oil change was still good, and he checked it within seconds. That kind of service really stands out! The entire team is excellent and always working hard, especially from Thursday to Saturday when it gets really busy. Extremely Disappointed — Avoid if You Value Your Vehicle I recently visited Whistle Car Wash in Pooler, GA, and unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating and costly experience. During my wash, my vehicle was damaged, specifically on the roof. When I brought it to their attention, the manager, Genesis, openly admitted that one of their machines was malfunctioning and likely caused the damage. I submitted a formal damage claim, thinking the company would stand by its services — especially after acknowledging the issue. Instead, I was told they would not take responsibility because my vehicle is older than five years. This was shocking, considering they admitted fault. 🚩 Key Issues: • Their own employee admitted the machine was not working properly and could cause damage. • My vehicle’s age was used as an excuse to deny coverage, despite the fact that age has nothing to do with mechanical failure on their part. • No resolution, no repairs, and no accountability. This kind of policy loophole is unacceptable. If your car is more than five years old, they’re essentially telling you that you assume all risk — even if their equipment is to blame. ❗ Final Thoughts: Whistle Car Wash may seem convenient, but convenience isn’t worth the risk of damage, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend choosing another wash that stands behind their equipment and takes customer claims seriously — regardless of your car’s age.

I figured I would try this car wash out since it opened earlier than others and I wanted to beat the heat with detailing my vehicle. It left scratches all down the side of my vehicle from back to front and after submitting a claim with them and hearing back 4 days later they’re claiming that the scratches are pre existing. I will not ever recommend this place and I will not ever go back. Absolutely ridiculous. I have read other people’s comments about how their vehicles have been damaged and I agree especially with one person that this place should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. That’s what I intend to do and I strongly encourage anyone else who has had damages and zero accountability taken by whistle express to do the same. Another thing to consider is filing an insurance claim and letting them fight it for you. I certainly will.

I'm here to leave a review for Devon, he was an extremely hard worker, attentive to detail, and he spoke with respect the entire time. I was honestly surprised a car wash could have this great of service normally they just act as if they aren't interested in being there and don't try to make you feel welcomed. I am going to make this my go to car wash center I've told all my friends and family about whistle car wash and hopefully they get Devon also!
