⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve lived in this area my whole life, and I can honestly say LUV Car Wash is one of the best additions to the community. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, fast, and top-notch. The facility is clean, well-kept, and you can tell they take real pride in the service they provide 🚗✨. I especially want to highlight the customer service I received from Brendan today. He went above and beyond—polite, professional, and very welcoming. He even made sure I left with an air freshener, which was a small gesture but left a big impression 👌. Employees like him deserve recognition (and honestly, a raise) because he represents exactly what great customer service should look like. The wash itself was excellent—my car came out spotless, shining like new, and the detailing features really made it feel worth every penny. I’ve been to other washes in town, but none match the consistency and attention to detail that LUV Car Wash delivers. It’s clear this company values both their customers and their staff 💯. Stopped by LUV Car Wash while I was in Richmond Hill, and honestly, I’m glad I did. Super easy experience from start to finish — the staff was friendly, explained the wash options without any pressure, and got me through quickly. The wash itself was great. My car came out spotless, including the tires and rims, which usually get missed at other places. Plus, they have free vacuums that actually have strong suction (huge win) and even provide towels and cleaners at the stations. One thing I really liked was the mat cleaner — took maybe two minutes, and my floor mats looked brand new. It’s little stuff like that that makes a difference. Overall, way better than the usual chain washes. If I lived closer, I’d definitely grab one of their unlimited wash plans. I’ll be back for sure!

I drive a lot for work using my personal vehicle. I often have an issue with bugs on the windshield, we have all been there. Of all my car wash stops this was the most fun. I think this young mans tag said, "LaQuan" he was very professional and courteous. I have never used Luv before and while he did try to upsell me, which is his job, I couldn't take any of the offers since i travel so extensively. All and all easy, amusing and smooth transaction.

Paid $22 for a car wash and came out with streaks all over my car. Asked if I could go back through to get everything that was missed, the kid came over and agreed that my car wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and said that his boss won’t allow anyone to go back through. So not only did he have a terrible attitude, it’s very apparent that this happens frequently. Terrible customer service!! Definitely do not recommend

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They will damage your car and not pay for it. This is the worst car wash ever! I went here and the machine damaged my vehicle. I reported it . Called the cops and took it to corporate office. The corporate office of Luv refused to accept responsibility for damaging my car. This is so wrong and messed up! I came and spent 10 dollars and the horrible machine damaged my car. They are trying to stick with policy and not convey my car cause it’s 7 and not 5 years old. I will be suing this company and the local on site manager Mr. Ryan. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times, visited the car wash in person, and left voicemails about the damage they caused to my tail light — and still haven’t received a single response regarding my claim. The lack of accountability and communication is completely unacceptable. They’re quick to take your membership payment but vanish the second there’s a problem. If you care about your car and basic customer service, go somewhere else.
