My first time ever going here and won’t ever return. I wanted the $14 monthly subscription accidentally charged for a single wash ($14) the employee Jimmy was very nice but couldn’t refund stated a manager only could. I came back 3 days straight only to be told by the manager he couldn’t refund me and give me the membership I actually wanted. Tried calling customer service to no avail. Won’t ever return

I LOVE this car wash! Huge shout out to the very nice gentleman that prepped my truck before I drove through the wash, he definitely went above and beyond to ensure my truck came out shining like a new penny! The vacuums are great & I appreciate the option to use them for 2 minutes or 2 hours, if need be. My favorite amenity of of TAKE 5 Car Wash is the lint free microfiber towels that are provided for use. They have Window Cleaner as well as Armor All to use at liberty to clean the interior of your vehicle. My children and I love going to the car wash! (My husband , not so much because I put him to work 🤣) We have been and will continue to be committed customers to this location because of the wonderful customer service we receive 💙

I can quickly get my car washed at the Pooler location. The vacuums work well and there is always supplies available to clean interior/glass. I have noticed that the soap suds are not fully rinsed from the car. If I don’t stop at the vacuums and wipe everything down, there are soap stains on the car. The price of only $14.00 and convenience is the reason that I have not changed my membership.

I would recommend NOT to go to this car wash if you value your vehicle not being damaged by their equipment! I took my car to get washed on June 1st, 2024 around 1 in the afternoon. Upon pulling into the detailing area, firstly, maybe a handful of clean towels. Second, when inspecting my car, I found my rims were gouged DEEP into the material from the car wash itself. I had to call the pooler non emergency line because the attendants inside would just sit there and stare at me while I knocked on the office door. This happened on June 1st and an incident/property damage report was filled out with the car wash. It is now June 23rd and I STILL have not received word from the car wash. The customer service here is TERRIBLE and I am stuck driving around with gouged up rims because they can’t treat their customers right.

Their car wash tunnel equipment needs updating & maintenance. Its always missing parts of the car especially the lower half. The tire shine only works on the driver side most of the time & its more of a mess than a help. When you leave the tunnel you HAVE to put in at least another 15 minutes wiping down your vehicle in order for it to look like something was done.

Worst car wash ever. Got the basic car wash, back of my SUV is still dirty, the bottom sides of my car still dirty. Showed it to the attendant who said you have to upgrade to have the back washed, the brushes don’t reach. Never have I had to upgrade to get my entire car washed. They’re just trying to get more money out of you. Will never go back.

Switched to them from tidal wave because the pricing was better and the quality of their wash was so much better. I love using the one off pooler parkway because they are always super friendly and always helpful. They are never annoyed or discouraged if the car is super messy either which I love because we live on a dirt road and so my car is always a mess and they just crack jokes about it with it me where as other places got annoyed or irritated

Bought a membership, every time I go there is something broken. The last two times the blowers to dry your car don't work, before that the side scrubber weren't spinning. The towels that are supposed to be used to clean the inside or to wipe down the outside are now ALWAYS dirty! This place used to be good, now it sucks and I'm canceling my membership!

I’ve had take 5 membership for about two years now. I really like the one on pooler parkway a lot better than the one in rincon. Haven’t done the one in statesboro but if I’m out that way it’s nice to know I can use my membership out there too. I’m on the road a lot and practically live in my car so it’s necessary to have this membership 😂
