The vacuums are very weak or straight up don’t work, the glass cleaner left marks all over my windows, and they stopped offering free air fresheners. The kiosk to pay for a wash was also broken so they had to manually ring me up for a wash, which took way too long. The price for a wash keeps increasing while everything in this dump gets worse. Not worth the money.

The staff went above and beyond. I had dog vomit all over my back seat and they were so helpful. Everything was stocked, string vacuums, good tunnel wash, clean dry towels, and the mat machines worked. Thanks!

Came by to do a quick vacuum for my truck because of all of the beach sand that accumulated inside! Customer service was incredible. Jay went out his way to help me with all of my car cleaning needs and made sure I knew I could ask for assistance at any time. I don’t normally come down to folly unless I’m heading to the beach, and I will certainly be making the stop again next time my car needs to freshen up!

This was my first visit and it was wonderful! I was told the details of a monthly membership so I joined. The wash bay had equipment and products that truly cleaned the car. The supplies of spray cleaner, window cleaner aalong with clean rags made finishing the details so easy. And, Jay provided above and beyond service by helping me with the car mats by personally washing them since the mat machine was broken. Also, he assisted me in a second wash! Way to go Jay and Whistle Express!

Stay far away. This is a scam and this car wash does not function correctly. The tracks are messed up to begin with my car. Did not get rinsed or dried properly now I just have mud and soap and water on the car. I asked for a refund inside. No refund possible unless I email corporate. I was given a phone number that is disconnected. The phone number is also disconnected on main website. There's also fishing hooks all over the pavement and the old air fresheners from the previous business that used to cost half as much is still being passed out. The place was wrecked inside. Trash all over the pavement as well.
