Place has gone downhill. Vacuums are fake, haven't worked the last few times I've been here. Real shame, this place used to be great.

Best car wash in town!!! Sunday evening was a busy time here. But the staff handled it well and got everyone in and out. My only complaint is the big huge red balls they have to guide you in the right track are way to close. I seen a F150 have a hard time getting around the curve. The lady in front of actually put her car in reverse and almost hit me to move out of his way. But other than that the car wash washes my car great every time. Theres different levels of washes you can get. I got the $15 wash which includes the works and a self serve vacuum when finished. Theres also a machine for washing floor mats for free. Every vaccum I've ever used words great. There could be a bit more suction but for free I will take it. My car hasnt looked better from any car wash in town.

Deon with Whistle Express was excellent! He was very professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, and even provided cleaning supplies as needed. I really appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be returning on a regular basis!

Hello my name is Vincent Smiley and my car was damaged in your car wash on Monday June 3rd. The car wash attendant sent my car thru the wash without turning on the water thus causing the brushes to slam down on my car resulting in multiple dents on my passenger side roof and a cracked windshield. I spoke with both managers of that location (Wyatt and Kevin Smith) and filed a claim with Wyatt. I have also requested video footage of the incident for proof of my disposition. I've tried to get corporate phone numbers so I would have a person of contact but both the managers told me that they don't have anyone's phone numbers only email. They have also informed me that there is no real sense of urgency in making repairs to damaged vehicles. That being said I would like to expedite this claim so I may make the necessary repairs to my vehicle as the crack in my windshield is expanding almost daily. ***7/22/24 Update: So today is July 22 and I have been fighting with this car wash since 6/3/24 trying to get the $3300.00 plus worth of damages they have done to my car repaired. A month ago Josh Hagan informed me that my estimates have been approved and that they would send me a check to make the necessary repairs to my car, however upon contacting him today he is now saying that the check has allegedly been sent to my collision center. I just spoke with my collision center and they haven't received any check for the repair of my vehicle. That being said I am now escalating the situation and handing it over to my civil law attorney. The moral of this story is DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

Trace was amazing! Actually every guy that was working yesterday was amazing!!! They made sure I was satisfied with my wash, before I left the premises. Had a few laughs as well. Love that car wash.

My car was damaged after being pulled into the car in front of me 3 times due to that car having derailed. I had to honk the horn for 12 seconds before they shut off the machine. They have no fail safes to prevent this from happening. They refuse to cover damages caused by their failing to align the car properly and failing to stop the machine in time.

I belonged to the car wash that was there before for years and loved it never had any problems. Somehow, since it has “upgraded” to whistle express, every time I have been has been a terrible experience. When it first opened I said I wanted the $20 membership, but the lady signed me up for the $30 instead. About a month ago I went and by the time all the soap got rinsed off my car I saw my car was touching the car in front of me, when we started at the beginning I was a full six feet away from them. Today I went thru drove home and my car is filthy it’s covered in bird poop still and now has like a soap scum in places where it barely rinsed or dried my car. I feel like all the car wash does is drop loads of soap and doesn’t do anything besides that. This car wash has been an absolute let down. I’d give it no stars if I could.

This place is a local treasure! Pricing is fair, they are incredibly efficient getting everyone through the wash, and their additional perks (rubber/plastic mat washing area, high power vacuums, restrooms) are well-maintained. I also really appreciate the humorous informational signs while waiting to go into the car wash! Overall a welcoming place to go maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

I had a great time with this car wash. I went just to try it out but I will definitely be doing the monthly membership from now on. They have complimentary car freshener, glass cleaner, interior vacuums, interior spray cleaner, and towels.

UPDATE:: So not only was I charged for the membership in January that was canceled in November, I was also charged for it in December. I had to actually cancel my card over this. So the location owner called me and wanted more info on this situation but I was at work. Gave a quick run down and then had to get off the phone, but I did let him know that I’ve been charged 29.98 twice after my membership was canceled and the $18 promo charge…that I never got a chance to use. Well, after coming in during his supposed hours he was unexpectedly off or left early. Jan 16 I received a email about how to receive a check because the refund was approved, which as far as I knew was still pending from the $18 charge. About ten days later I received a check for $29.98 Cool, still out $47.98. BEWARE!!!! They offer a membership at the kiosk, THEY DO NOT HONOR MEMEBERSHIP PURCHASES AT THE KIOSK!! 1) DO NOT BUY AT KIOSK!! Memberships are only valid if bought through the iPad and the attendant. Not sure why it can’t be bought through the kiosk but and have not given an answer as to why, but it is NOT a valid purchase, even though they take the money. 2) Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! My initial purchase was November 13th. After multiple calls and being hung up on, eventually I spoke with Jen who told me NOT to call back because it might reset my refund request, which MUST be authorized by “higher ups”. So after more than a month, I received a email stating they would send a check for the refunded amount, $18, still have not received it. (Trace and Deonte were helpful in providing what they can, that is a customer service number. Trace verified that a account has been opened up in my name but no vehicle information.) 3) Today, 2 months later, they have automatically taken 28.98. No idea why, I haven’t been to whistle since November, AND my member ship was canceled. So….whistle….what next?

July 3, 2025- After starting years ago and coming here at least weekly, I have knocked another star off. The next step will be canceling the $50 plan and spending it elsewhere. I have been very generous in letting you know what's up. REFOLDING DIRTY TOWELS AND LETTING US WIPE OUR CARS IS VERY BAD!! This is the 2nd time at this location!! Having to walk all over the lot to find supplies, as they are not being stocked - I have a nasty film all over my windows and body that needs to be redone. Don't have time for this. I LOVE this place & come here every week with my monthly $35 EZ-Pass.😊 (Edited - no longer $35, now it $50!) Each employee I have encountered has been kind, courteous, friendly, and hardworking. There is always someone around to make sure things are working properly, processes are moving smoothly, and the place is kept clean. 4 stars. If they supplied microfiber towels and had mini air compressors at each vac station (even if just for the monthly members), like Cheetah Wash does for everyone, I would give them 10 stars. Those air compressors make a difference. May 10, 2025 - Hurstbourne location 11 am - No clean towels anywhere. Dirty overflowing, no garbage bags in cans. Vacs are not fully working. Low pressure May 29th - Hurstbourne location 1:20 pm—The folded towels in the clean bin were NOT CLEAN. I smeared something all over my car. I got another folded towel and smeared guts all over it, which was very hard to remove! FOR $50 a month, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! Dropped one star today.

It was my first time here I pulled up looked at the menu and asked the young tall very thin young man was the tire shine working? He assured me with a smile that it was absolutely working without a doubt.... so I paid the extra money after being assured that the tire shine was working after all it's one thing to have your car clean but if your tires aren't shining brightly and looking great... it does make a difference. The car came clean, but no tire shine though. I took my concern to one of the attendants attention, he looked at the tires and said there's a machine inside you can buy tire shine from,....well, well I paid for tire shine so he went up to the tall skinny very very thin young man and spoke to him came back and said " we don't have the bottle here today with tire shine in it sorry" , so, I went up to the very thin tall young man and I said you assured me that the Tire Shine was working but it's not, I have no tire shine on my tires.... he finished up what he was doing, went into the office area and he spent what seemed like 10 to 15 minutes walking around in there, he came out with a bottle of something and walked over, without saying a word and sprayed it on my tires very sparingly and told me this is what I put on my mother's car tires and that was it...I will not be going back there anymore. I can get a simple wash and a free vacuum at a number of other places in town for a better price.

Car wash was satisfactory and clean. There were clean towels and spray for detailing. Unfortunately this car wash is not touch less and the attendant could not confirm me that when I asked and explained him about that. Very unresponsive. Overall average experience. Recommended if you are looking for a regular car wash.

Price increase of 20% for a basic wash. Back of car was covered in suds that did not rinse off in the car wash. Bird poop on trunk did not wash off even a little. "Clean towels" for drying were completely wet and I got the very last 2. First bay I pulled into, both vacuum hoses did not work. Very disappointed.

Used to go here alot but when ownership changed it went downhill. Went here today but will not be back. There is a line for just members which leaves a second and only choice line really backed up while very few cars are on the members only side. Inside the wash the multicolored soap is not working. Soap only came out of one of the soap holes out of three dispensers, you can see it on your left, so when i exited it was mediocre at best. When you get to pay screen entering the wash none of the options shows undercarriage wash. When i asked the guy he acted like he didnt understand my english but kept pointing to the $18 and above prices on the screen. I have my doubts it did anything and the back of suv looked totally unwashed. I think for $18 i will definitely go elsewhere.

Been coming to this car wash ever since it was Thomas car wash before it was great since it became whistle it's not so good. Its been months going through the car wash I still have soap all over the back of my car not even washed at all I still have the salt on the back of my car from the snow plus before after going through the car wash it had a buffer at the end that would dry your car they remove that too they work great before they become whistle and replaced everything they should have just left the wash section alone and kept it the way it was.

I literally just got the car wash for over $20 (no receipt), drove about 2 miles from this Hurstbourne and Taylorsville location to home, and noticed the back of my car, which doesn’t look like it’s been through a wash. I was already trying to figure how to justify a 20 dollar car wash to my husband who swears by doing it yourself. I want my money back.
