Insane prices now: $19, $29, and $39. Got the $29 wash and car was still dirty, wheels untouched, and they did not even lay a brush on the car to get bugs off before it went through. Half of the vacuums were out of service and a quarter of the other side were nonfunctional. Avoid at all cost.

Best car wash in Chattanooga! As a mom of 4 boys, my car is nasty!! This place is the best! They anticipate my “needs” yes, even at a car wash! It’s the little things!! They fill out the kiosk for me, they wash my mats AND bring them back. Hunter, an employee even offered to wash my mats before I asked. He took them, brought them back and laid them in the sun so they would dry quickly. They have window cleaner AND interior car cleaner. They have two sizes of vacuum nozzles! They play good music. All the employees are polite, smile and super helpful. This place makes me enjoy washing and cleaning out my car.

One of the cleanest and professional washes in town! Always has everything you need readily available. Katelyn (the manager) is always smiling and the hardest working there! You can tell that she truly takes pride in what she does and does it well. Seeing the way she takes her time with the customers to make sure their experience is top notch is refreshing. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! I took my SUV in for a quick car wash, and not only did I leave with the $24 wash I paid for, but I also left with a crack down the windshield of my vehicle. I immediately filed a complaint, and the company immediately hid behind a vague policy stating they’re not responsible for any damage if your car is FIVE years old or older and the fact that it’s simply “not feasible” for their equipment to cause the damage to my vehicle. My vehicle was in excellent condition before entering their wash, with no chip or crack in the windshield, and the crack appeared immediately afterward—clearly caused by their equipment. (Photo taken from the vacuum area immediately after coming out of the wash.) Instead of taking accountability or even reviewing video footage, the staff dismissed me and my claim and pointed to the fine print of their arbitrary policy. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business take no responsibility and rely on blanket disclaimers to avoid doing the right thing. If a car wash can’t operate safely without damaging vehicles—regardless of age—it shouldn’t be in business. I won’t be back and strongly recommend others look elsewhere. June 5, 2025 EDIT: You are correct, it is frustrating considering I have already reached out, spoken to your staff, and even spoke directly with your district operating partner, Mr. Merritt. My claim was dismissed without any real consideration, and I was simply referred to your blanket policy. Unless you're prepared to take responsibility and pay for the damage your equipment caused to my windshield, there's nothing more to discuss. You already have my contact information. If you're genuinely interested in "working towards a resolution," you all have shown your ability to reach me via email and telephone. Please do not hesitate to do so again.

Really appreciate the staff here. Especially Kyle. Still had some equipment in the bed of my truck that I thought I removed and he caught it. Also referred me to get a detail. So glad I did. If I could leave a zero star review I would’ve. I paid $18 for my car to be washed and after it was through the car wash, my car was NOT clean. The free vacuums, no wonder they are free, my fiancé said his vacuum had barely had any power or suction and when I went to hand him my vacuum it fell apart. We looked around and the cars around us were also filthy. Oh and not to mention couldn’t find any of the free towels they talked about too. Will not be giving my money to this car wash again and would not recommend.

This place used to be a heck of a lot better but it still does a great job cleaning the outside of the car. Inside though is a little bit of a stretch, the vacuums are decent but it does seem like they are always half stuffed with trash so they don’t seem to work as well as some others. They have a decent spray and towel area to wipe down the inside of the car. The only real obstacle here is that they don’t have a mat cleaner, so carpet or plastic you can’t really get those too clean or clean at all actually. Very convenient location though for sure.

hands down the worst car wash i've ever had, i've been here once before, it wasn't great, but since they are local and close to me, i thought i would give them another try. Ok, so i understand i went on a Monday afternoon after a snow event and the streets were salted...not upset it was busy. But...they were out of air fresheners, not because of being busy, but the attendant told me that they've been out for a couple of weeks...ok whatever. I paid $18 for a mediocre wash, again whatever. But...there were only 2 towels left, one i grabbed was soaking wet, tried to "dry" my car off. well i got some water off but had to keep wringing it out. Still, whatever, they're busy. Then i went to the vacuums, the left side didn't work AT ALL! and the right side one had barely suction, i was able to get some potato chip dust out, but that was all, it wouldn't even pick up sand and some small rock/ dirt particles. Then i went to use the drier towel on my inside windows, it was fine, i didn't have another towel to do my dash, windows were more important. Then i leave and the smell in my car is one of laundry being left in the washer for too long...seriously, So maybe this location needs to realize that after a weekend of salted roads, maybe they should have more than 3 kids working??? Also, only started videoing at the end where i was trying to vacuum
