I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The credit card machine in the second bay was taped over, forcing me to reverse out and move into the first bay. Unfortunately, there was a metal frame between the bays, and as I navigated, my car got damaged. I accept full responsibility. It’s concerning that they use a metal frame, which can easily cause damage, instead of safer alternatives (I.e. a cone). This situation could have been avoided with better planning and customer consideration. I would not recommend this car wash unless you want to risk getting your car damaged. Update: I emailed the company, 14 weeks no response.

I have always had a good experience here. Right now they are running a 50% off car wash club membership promo. And the typically run deals at different times of the year. The car wash brings my kids from a level 10 to a level 3 😁. And the vacuums work great. Customer service if amazing. There's always someone to help you. Saturdays are kinda busy. Mornings are the best times less people. The parking lot is always clean. And they provide clean towels and window cleaner.

This carwash was a Breath of Fresh Air. My first impression was the quality of the great smelling soap dispensing from the car as I drove through the wash. The stalls were fully supplied with clean rags. The property was well cleaned & maintenanced. Whistle Express has a pleasant Staff with kind employees! David is a good Manager, I can see he cares about his employees & his customers. I felt comfortable on the property, not harrassed or bothered by solicitors. It was inviting to see a young lady working the entrance. The young men were clean, well groomed & extremely polite. The bathroom was clean with GOOD SOAP. I don't take these things for granted. I asked for help & received kind & respectful responses. I thought the prices were great!! Not stacked with all kinds of unnecessary add-ons!!!! Thank you sincerely David, I will be returning. 5 Star Express Car Wash, was an amazing carwash experience. Our first time and the employees were very knowledgeable in the services provided. The highest package was the one we picked out, even when one smudge didn’t come off our vehicle 🚗 the employee let us run through this futuristic wash to get the smudge off and it did! Also, we received car scents. Thanks to our dearly beloved friend who informed us about this location, I would definitely like to inform all of this pristine car wash as well. When your vehicle is in need of clean, go down to 5 star Express and clean!

Excellent car wash. Love that they spray your car down and scrub before going through the wash. Nice powerful dryers and the wheel Scrubber is a nice touch. Then to top it off a great clean restroom 💙

This was my first time here--I ended up coming because my friend told me there was an airbrush machine to blow dust off your dashboard and in crevasses. This feature was veryyyy handy (cut down my wipe down time in half)! I came because I left my car under a tree at my complex with little fruit things that gunked the heck out of my car that no drive thru wash could clean. The manager must have felt so bad for me wiping my car with towel in hand in 30 degree weather, he offered me to go through the wash again. Another employee, before going back in the wash, took a brush to my car and scrubbed the car down for me. I felt so bad, but I feel so appreciative to both Slavet and David (I believe were their names). Needless to say, I will not be parking under that tree again and I will be returning (as well as recommending the location to all my friends)!

Whistle Express Car Wash is a convenient place if you’re looking for a quick wash without the hassle of waiting in line. I didn’t have to wait at all — I was in and out within two minutes, which is impressive. The setup is smooth, and the staff are friendly and ready to help if you need guidance. However, the wash itself could be better. It cleans the surface well enough for a light rinse, but it doesn’t always get the car fully spotless, especially around the lower panels and mirrors. It’s fine for a quick refresh, but not if you want a deep, detailed clean. The free vacuum area is a nice touch, though the suction power feels a bit weak compared to other places. You can still get the job done, but it takes longer to remove all the dirt and crumbs. Overall, it’s a good spot for a fast, no-wait car wash when you’re short on time. Just don’t expect a perfect finish. With a few improvements to the wash quality and vacuum pressure, this place could easily be one of the best express washes around.

After a hard travel and a long journey through the snowstorm, the quality of wash was above standards.
