Terrible terrible terrible wash job. Complete waste of money. Should have checked the car before I left but was in a hurry. Spent $10 and it only cleaned the sides. Didn't even touch the hood, top or trunk. Worst car wash I've ever paid for. I want my money back!! Edit 05/02/23 Received a refund from Fins but never got any response from them in Facebook, messenger or email. Will not ever use them again.

I have loved going to Fins on New Garden for several weeks. I have been so impressed with their washes that I signed up for the top tier monthly wash club. I haven't had a single issue when taking my vehicle. Unfortunately, I decided to take my wife's 4runner through the wash this afternoon. This is probably the third or fourth time this vehicle has used Fins car wash. This time, however; one of the brushes completely knocked off her rear wiper arm. The impact sheared the stud on the rear wiper motor completely off of her 4runner. Then gentleman that retrieved (and returned) the wiper arm from the wash to me was very friendly, polite, and apologetic. He went through all of the steps of filing a claim on his tablet and told me that "someone will be in touch in a couple of days." Even though I provided my email, I did not receive a copy of the claim or any correspondence from Fins via email. Although the young man was being as helpful as possible, he was not able to give me any insight of how situations such as these are typically resolved or any idea what to expect (if anything). I will update my review once I hear from Fins claim department...or if I do not hear from them over the course of the next few days.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN TO THIS CARWASH! I took my brand new van to this carwash for the first time on the 15th of Jan 2025.... the wash left scratches all over the body of my van. Showed the damage to the then manager and he took photos and details of the damage and said he would file a claim and let me know..didn't hear back for a week, so I went there to inquire (as they don't take the call if you call them on the numbers provided on the website). I was told they fired the guy (who was the manager) who took my details, and I need to come back to show the damages again to someone else. I was told I would be contacted in 48 hours. Again, no one contacted for 3 days and went again today to get an update and I was told they are not responsible! What I can say is ALL the damages to my new van happened due to the wash I had from this place (Whistle Express, New Garden Rd) and they didn't take the responsibility! IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!

Nice little ride through car wash. You stop at a kiosk to select what you want and to pay. They have people on hand if you have questions. Once you ride through, you have the option of parking and using their clean rags, cleaner spray and vacuums. They have plenty of cleaning stations, so there was no wait. We got the $10 basic wash and added the $3 tire gloss. The gloss didn’t happen but we showed our receipt and they applied by hand for us. The wash is decent, we still had bugs on the glass and bumper but that’s to be expected. The car next to us was blasting very profane music, so that was annoying. All in all, we would return.

I had a payment issue, first time in over two years. Came in to mgmt and it was cleared up quickly. Devin apologized for the problem and asked what could be done differently. Nice young man. This location is always on point with great service!

Several issues have been present for months. Several of the vacuums have very little suction and have been this way for some time. The clean towels offered for wiping windows are always damp which makes it impossible to get a streak-free finish. For the price of the membership for "do it myself" detailing, the basic tools should be reliably available. When staff is notified of these issues, they do not seem to care. I like the convenience of a quick drive through wash/wax/vacuum, but the tool and amenities never seem to be completely present and/or are broken. Please fix these issues!

On hold with for 12 minutes for billing get disconnected after talking with a childlike wizz in customer service. Even though I had just gave them our cell # no call back. Double billed in month December by Fins and Whistle Stop. Wife asked prior to this issue if that was going to be a thing with changeover and they reassured 'No'. Well looky here what in fact happened. Just got through a near collision event in there New Garden, Greensboro, NC location. When everything works correctly its an ok place but its so automated and understaffered that it can be a bad deal.

I don't know why I paid $18 for a car wash with tire shine, and my tires are not shiny. I couldn't even use any chemicals from the desk to shine them because the employees said that other patrons steal the stuff. Stick with the $12 wash.

Justin is hands down one of the hardest-working guys at this car wash. From the second you pull in, he’s locked in, friendly, professional, and actually cares about doing the job right. My car came out looking brand new, and you can tell Justin puts real pride into his work. He moves fast, pays attention to the details most people miss, and keeps the vibe positive the whole time. If Justin’s on shift, you already know your car is in good hands. Dude’s a straight-up asset to the team.

Attached photo is of the front of my vehicle AFTER the wash. Got some bugs the night before driving home and thought I should get it washed. It came out about as it went in! I asked for and received a second wash for free, but that still didnt actually clean fairly fresh bugs off of my car. Good customer service, but just not a good effective wash, even for $24!
