Wash was okay but if plan to vacuum your car go else where I used 3 diffrent stations and only 1 vacuum head worked or had proper suction.

This place has really improved!!! Nicer staff they are helpful and friendly!! My only pet peave is that they are hesitant to stop non paying motorists from pulling up and cleaning out their cars using the vacuums for lengthy time periods.

Car wash itself was fine I guess but the vacuums are so subpar. Don't suck up anything. Go to Sgt Clean right down the road for a real car wash and vacuums that get up dog hair! Waste of money this place.

Stopped in to get our suv washed and wanted to pay with my TAP card and the machine wasn’t working to accept the tap feature and anytime I’d try to use the chip reader it would cancel the sale so ended up paying cash. So I get the vehicle washed and I come home to unload our groceries and get to looking at the car and there was so many spots that got missed you can clearly see where the brush was and wasn’t, over all not to happy about it and won’t go back as there are much better options with in eye site.

Went up to get a wash and AGAIN it was closed!! Supposed to be open until 8:00. It was 2:45! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Completely undependable.

This was the worst experience I ever encountered at a business. The pressure on the dryer was too high and it ripped my protective hood guard off of my truck and cracked it in two pieces, there was clearly a malfunction in the drying mechanism to use this amount of pressure to dry a vehicle. Beware and be warned I filed a claim for the damages and they denied my claim advising they are not responsible, even though I advised the claims rep of the dryer malfunction which a worker agreed it was blowing harder than usual.

Dryers are ALWAYS up too high. Brushes don't clean the car as good as it should. Have been noticing scratches after i leave lately. They never pre spray the car before it goes in. About to cancel my membership.

I was skeptical about going here with the very POOR ratings but I said let me see for myself.... Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service signed up for the trial and canceled before I even walked out!!!!! I have a broken windshield which is getting replaced and plain out dont want something in my windshield obstructing my view ...... The associate thought it was funny and laughed how professional is that ?????? Guess there is a reason that this location NEVER has people washing their cars when I pass it multiple times a day and I can see customer service is one of them Absolutely TERRIBLE

I have the highest price unlimited car wash since opening and it’s a little disappointing to be honest. All the garbage cans are always full and there’s always an attendant sitting inside on their phone doing absolutely nothing Broken vacuums and a bunch of minor stuff but still. I could go on but what’s the point Edit: supposed to open open 7 days a week @7am and here it is 815 and still not open. What’s the point of having an unlimited car wash pass if I can’t use it when I want to, according to your hours of operation. Also the thing don’t even get my car clean. I have to use the rags provided to wipe the dirt off or go through several times at the risk of damage.

If the cones are not blocking the entrance, it is open… even if the wash doors appear “closed”. Good streak free wash.

Went for the free car wash on opening weekend and the wash scratched my Hyundai Venue. Never saw these scratches before until after going through the wash. The employee their put a claim in and I haven't gotten a call for 4 weeks and then finally, got a letter from them...but all they said was they didnt find eveidence or no other complaints, so they aren't paying for it... Nothing about looking at cameras like they said they would do. They didn't even want to talk to me directly like a professional even after getting the letter... Don't go here if you want your car damaged and they can't do anything about it.

I am growing increasingly frustrated. I purchased the BEST monthly package. My vehicle is never fully clean. The employees seem too lazy to be bothered when bug blaster is to be sprayed upon entry. I try to support the business's in my area and assumed since this was newly built, I would get the best cleaning.i was wrong. I will be cancelling my monthly plan and going elsewhere.

Whats the point of the spray gun at the beginning if theyre not going to use it? My car is dirty from the winter roads and I would have expected them to at least use the sprayer to get the grime off first. There is still a layer of salt on the back of my trunk and lower trim which probably wouldn't be there had they rinsed the car first. Lesson learned I suppose...

Had the $34.99 monthly membership for nearly 2 yrs. The vacuums barely work and you have to move to 2 or 3 different spots to find one that actually works. They have 2 air pumps but one just removes air from your tires (I've told them several times) tried to use it today - useless as usual. There have been numerous times the car wash was not working or it was being serviced and I couldn't use it (like today) and the final straw that canceled my membership was when the power cut off and I was inside. My car desperately needed a wash today and all that happened is I was reminded why this place is a complete failure. The only good thing about the place is the employees. Spare yourself.
