We paid $34. for “The Works” and we were extremely disappointed. I told the manager on duty and she asked a guy to make us happy. He did his best but the interior windows were still not clean and the wipe down inside must have been done with a dry rag. Don’t waste your money on the works bc you still get the 3 minute vacuum and little interest in a quality clean job.

The kid in me just lights up every time we come here. I get excited watching our truck through the windows. I love the store, I am a HUGE FAN of antiques, and this little shop is like a little piece of happiness. Then it's on to the outside where the guys take their time and dry the truck by hand, to a mirror shine. Prices are really great and the customer service is awesome. Great job

Paid for the works (31$) and a (5$) up charge due to dirt on my tires so (38$). When I leave and get home I see so many things that weren’t done that I paid for to. Very disappointed in my services today. Here are a few of the photos I took after.

Awesome experience. I'm in Dover, Delaware visiting parents. I usually get my car washed back home in NYC. Ummm...no comparison. The Westside crew I had was courteous, quick, and thourough. I didn't give my 🚗 car the 'once over' until I drove to a local park to do my morning run/workout. Every time I did a lap, my car caught my eye 🌟 gleaming in the sunlight. The inside looked like they had completely replaced it. The charcoal grey mats were once again charcoal grey, and all crevices were crystal clear of 'stuff' 😏! My dog is a long-haired black and white dog Papillon, so my interior can sometimes look like I had a herd of 🐐 goats riding shotgun --- not now! I'll DEFINITELY be back on my next visit to Dover!

This car wash is friendly and welcoming but the only reason it's getting a 2 star rating is that I asked for just a simple wash and they sent me into the car wash machine. When I was done, I stepped out of my car, I look at the wash and it's all stretched up. I'm not sure what caused these scratches but they need to do maintenance on the car wash machine because something is causing scratches. Will recommend to only REQUEST HAND WASH ONLY because the washing machine will just scratch up and brutalize your car. Mind you know that I just got this new car with no scratches in 2021. I will definitely not be returning back again.

I been going here for years Saturday was the first time I have ever had a issue I always go to them with my rental cars they always do great but this time I had to go behind them I called and told them what happened and i could not bring the car back because it was a rental ART told me to come in for a free wash on any car so went yesterday to have my car washed and they denied me my free wash because it was not the rental rental was due back at 10 this happened around 930 Not happy and might not go back they were more worried about getting a smoke break in instead of doing their job Pictures are how they cleaned the rental Redid it myself

Just the best little Carwash west of Dover. It’s worth the trip here to see the amazing inside customer area that contains so many auto antiques and kitschy things. Old gas related artifacts and there’s a statue of Dino the dinosaur too! The car wash prices are reasonable and the workers try very hard to make your car shine. It’s a winning place that’s clean, well stocked and efficient.

I have a golden retriever I like to adventure with, so you can imagine my car gets embarrassingly dirty pretty quickly. I dropped him off at dog daycare across the street and came straight for the car wash, lol. I got a “mini detail” and it was only $75. They got all of the hair up, cleaned my sticky & hairy cupholders, and got his million nose prints off of the windshield. It’s not perfect, but I didn’t pay for “perfect” (so take the bad reviews with a grain of salt - people pay for a $25 wash and leave a bad review that the car wasn’t spotless - sad!). I would trust them with any of the more expensive detail services (or normal washes) because they did such a good job with such a cheap service! They only took 50 minutes as well and it looks so great and smells better. I will definitely be visiting them again.

This was the first time I used this place and not only was it clean and well kept but everyone here was polite. There’s plenty to purchase and things to do with your time while you’re waiting. The decor is pleasant with beautiful flowers, plants and is perfect for what they do as there are cars and car memorabilia all around including the indoor chairs which are vehicle seats! I got the mini detail, and although it was much more than a normal car wash it was worth every penny. Several people work on your car at every point of it being in the wash, dry and detailing area, they all work together as a team and get your car cleaner than it’s ever been before. I was having this car done for my son as it’s his car and I know for a fact it’s never been cleaner. I wish I could tip everyone of them $100 bucks a piece because they all deserve it. They worked hard, diligently and were very thorough. They got my door jams, in between my seats, my trunk area and everything in between. Last but not at least, IF you feel they forgot something they offer courtesy towels and cleaning products as well as a self-serve vacuum area for you to do what you may need or want to do. This is my first time here but definitely not my last as I will be returning many times over. You will not be disappointed by visiting.

Where to begin. Been coming to Vic's since i was teenager and it still is the best car wash in town. The guys are always careful and the car and truck come out looking great. Vic has always taken good car of his people and that reflects in their professionalism. There is something to be said about watching your vehicle get pulled through a wash and then hand dried. Keep up the good work, you are a picture of small business success!

VERY disappointed in this place. First issue was that the guy asking me what I’d like done, cut me off before I could even finish telling him, then while attempting to get his attention after that he continued to rush past me; didn’t get to ask for everything I was going to request. Which truly wasn’t much. Just the works and a ceramic coat. Second issue and my main issue is that I paid for their “The works” package and came back to a still dirty looking car…They rush their work and don’t do a good job. I do not recommend this place at all. If you want to go somewhere that takes their time and truly does a good job, I recommend going elsewhere.

Came here to wash the salt off my Ferrari and I absolutely love the scratches and stuff it made on the paint. It added character because this is a beater car of mine and I don’t really care about the way it looks . The rougher the better honestly. I try to beat the piss out of this car and people ask why I do this when I own a Ferrari and it’s because I have 20 of them so what is the big deal about beating one of them up . At least it looks used and not like a garage princess. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!!!
