Great variety and prices. Wish they had more CBD type stuff and the staff didn’t really know much of what they had in stock. Just need food then your good to go.

Very nice staff. Went here instead of Milford location where I live due to the horrible staff there. I told the Dover location about it and they were very nice and offered me some help with my problem. Will definitely be back. I would recommend this place.

I saw a ad in the paper for this, they listed one of their specialties as fish so as a fish nerd I decided to check it out. The section was small with MANY items being just trash for fish, like 0.5 gallon aquariums. They should just stick to dogs and cats… Workers were also talking about vets making your pets sick on purpose so you come back. No they do not…very gross thing to say. 🤦 And they were just generally not interested in helping at all.

Very disappointed with customer service. The dog food we purchase monthly was not on the shelf. We asked if there was any in the back, the answer to which was “no.” We asked when it was coming in and was told the package changed so that was unknown. End of discussion so we leave. We checked the online store and multiple bags are indicated to be in stock. We checked two other Concord Pet stores not too far away, both had a bag. Why we could figure this out and the store employee not offer to assist in a search leaves me to believe our business is not a priority. We go out of our way to visit a local business when dog food can easily be ordered from a popular online company where it’s in stock and delivered to the door. SMH.

A nice pet supply store, you will most likely find pet supplies that you are looking for. Prices are moderate some pet foods may be a bit higher than a chain pet store, but not much to fuss about. The store associates are friendly and informative. Also this store typically carries a pet or two needing to find great pet homes. This store also offeres pet photos during the holiday season. Call store to find out more about this. I'll be returning for my pet needs!

I always enjoy going to Concord Pets in Dover Delaware. They are so helpful. They greet you up on coming in, inquire if you need any assistance and then provide feedback for some of the items you have questions about or, if they have samples, give them to you readily. Give them a try!

I have been to three other locations over the past two days and they were all out of the ziwi peak dog food in the large size 2 pound size. There is a sale going on right now which is great, but traveling to all the locations in delaware trying to find a place that still has it in stock has been rough. Not only was there a bag on the shelf, the employee at this location said they just got a shipment in and was able to get me two more bags from the back!!! This location has the most helpful staff; I'm only going to this location going forward. Super recommend this location!!!

I love going into here. The ones who work there are always happy and I'm telling you I almost always have so many questions. They help me find my answers while giving great tips and advice on my separation high anxiety lab. And I will admit sometimes I feel I can't take care of him anymore because he can be quite a handful but after speaking with them, I love him even more than I already did. They are great not just to me but also to my baby(dog). I will forever value them!
