They are NOT punctual at all. I had a 930am appt and was told it would only take an 1 1/2. 2 1/2 hours later they told me the problem and still had not done the oil change and the tire rotation. The lady in the waiting room had an 8am appt and was still there at 930am. Our time is important too and when you say it will only take a certain amount of time you need to stand by that. Or have communication with the customer about what is taking so long. As a woman, I do not take disrespect from men, especially when it comes to the auto industry. The men here tried to charge me for an hour worth of labor, to diagnose a problem, that I walked into the building telling them what the problem was. I needed to know how much it was to fix the problem and it took them 3 hours to tell me! I would NEVER recommend Western Slope Auto/Toyota/Ford. I will have my car fixed out of town and next time I buy a car, it definitely will not be from here. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

One Saturday, we drove through the lot and saw the Lincoln corsair. Next business day we drove out and test drove it. We worked with CHICAGO Dan. He showed us the features and made the process quick and easy to secure the sale of that beautiful car. The car delivered looks and performance that I wanted. It's my first new car, and it's the perfect size for me. I am learning the different features with Dan's help. The free car wash for life is an awesome perk to keep my black beauty looking great. Overall, our experience at Grand Junction's Western Slope Ford/Lincoln dealer was top-notch.
