Brad at Watkins Collision was amazing! I had a small scratch on the tailgate of my 2015 Toyota Highlander, and I took it to Brad for an estimate. He was very friendly and professional, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. He also told me that he could have the repair done within a few days. I left my car with Brad, and he had it repaired and ready for me to pick up within three days. The repair was perfect, and you couldn't even tell that there had ever been a scratch there. I was very impressed with Brad's work and his customer service. I would highly recommend Brad at Watkins Collision to anyone who needs their car repaired. He is honest, reliable, and does great work.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. If they're looking for a logo that captures the work, that sums it up quickly. I had occasion to call Brad about a problem and he told me to come right over, two hours before he closed shop. He did the work, cleaned the car, and acted as if it was routine. It was extraordinary to me that someone would get me squared away right now (!) and in so doing, would be my go-to shop if any of my cars need work done in the future. I hope not, but if it happens, Watkins Collision will be doing the repair work.

I can't say enough about Watkins Collision. Brad and the crew did an amazing job on my vehicle. Not only were they amazing, but they finished my car four days earlier than expected. Brad was great and did an excellent job on my truck. He put nothing but OEM parts on my truck and went out of his way to give me any and all discounts that he could. We previously had a horrible experience with Kaizen with my daughter's car, which was a corporate shop that our insurance company steered us to. Watkins is independent and was a day and night difference in service and quality of repair. No, matter who your insurance or anybody else tells you to go to, refuse and go to Watkins.
