I purchased a vehicle here and was treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel like I was being treated with anything but respect by everyone at the dealership. The price was fair, and our salesman, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and its details. I made a great choice by coming to this dealership, and I got a great value and a pleasant experience.

I had a brand-new transmission installed in April, and now, just six months later, I’m experiencing the exact same transmission issues all over again. I dropped my car off and waited about two weeks without any meaningful updates or communication. At that time, I told them I didn’t need a rental, but about a week and a half later my situation changed. I called to request a rental—which is covered under my warranty—and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I’ve called numerous times since then and still haven’t received a return call or any clear update on my vehicle. I’ve made it very clear that I rely on my car for daily transportation, yet my concerns have been ignored. To make matters worse, the first time I had my transmission replaced, the rental car they gave me was filthy inside—completely unacceptable for a professional business. Considering my warranty includes rental coverage, there’s no excuse for being left without a vehicle or having to deal with such poor service. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. Once I finally get my car back, I’ll be looking for a new vehicle altogether because I refuse to continue dealing with this level of negligence and disregard for customers. * That said, I did just speak with a supervisor who apologized and arranged for me to get into a rental car. I do appreciate the call and the effort to make things right, but it doesn’t change the fact that this situation should never have happened in the first place.*

I traded my 2015 4WD Ford Escape SE with 27K miles for a 2017 AWD Hyundai Tucson with 110K miles and they worked out a trade-in value and final sale amount that saw me pay less than $2K for the trade. I was very pleased and am very much enjoying my 2017 Hyundai Tucson as everything works and there are no active recalls, which could not be said for my Escape. They were also quick to find a recall and set up an appointment to remedy the recall, right away. Thanks Red Rock Hyundai for the newer ride with all the bells and whistles working and for working with me on the trade.

I scheduled my 8,000 mile EV service here for my leased Ioniq 5. I also had them put on my winter tires. The technician greeted me promptly for my appointment and brought my car right in, but the appointment took more than 2 hours, much of that time my car sat unattended. There also was some unneeded confusion about what to do with my summer tires, which are less than a year old and in very good condition, and I definitely wanted to keep them from the start. The technician quoted me $120 for the tire installation, but it was actually $139 with taxes and credit card fees. In my opinion, labor should not be taxed and charging a credit card fee seems a bit off for a car dealership. It wasn't terrible overall, but it could have been better.

I cannot express the level of integrity my salesman Eli provided. He was very down to earth and easy going making this sale very painless. This is the person you want to buy your next car from. I had the opportunity to purchase a new Santa Fe from Red Rock Hyundai. The experience was nothing less than incredible. Shawn went out of his way to find us the perfect vehicle. He even had the new vehicle delivered to our doorstep. The guys at the service center were super awesome and didn't pressure me into getting anything else i didn't need compared to other dealerships service centers. Austin was great! He listened to my concern about a noise in my car and said everything was fine and explained what it was. Tim, the sales rep that sold me the car was fantastic! Was very patient and honest. Amber in sales was great. Its the after the sale that was the problem. I had someone go pick up the vehicle for me. Drive it less than 200 miles and the engine was misfiring. Car needs all new spark plugs immediately after the purchase. Also was sold a service contract. Negotiated the pirce and all the finance manager did was take it from full coverage just to power train to get the price where it needed to be. I trusted i was getting the full warranty but that is not the case. I do this for a living but knew better than to trust the finance guy. Update: after further review, the dealership is just blaming it on being a used unit. There is no responsibility to them since its used. The service department noted everything and the shop supervisor supposably test drove it, herself/himself. No way that is true either. I do not recommend purchasing anything used from this dealership to anyone. The car was also suppose to have a full tank of gas which it did not. The car came with 1/4 even though a full tank was promised. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Dear Hyundai; Joe Monitello needs to be acknowledged as an aggressive, but professional salesman, that had one goal in mind, and that was to introduce to us, an electric car, that was by far, better than all the other cars, and trucks we have leased in the past 30 years. Joe did an amazing job completing the sale, and made sure everything was done properly. He also took care of us after the sale. I had a part missing from my car & he not only ordered the part, but let me know when the part was supposed to be coming in. Joe, you went above, and beyond your job description, making our first time experience with Hyundai a wonderful one, and giving us the satisfaction and desire, to purchase again in the future. P.S. Billy in finance also made the whole process of buying a vehicle fun and very pleasurable!
