My daughter spilt a gallon of white paint on the passenger floor of her new Honda CRV. Others turned us down but they said yes and had the job done the same day. Can’t say enough good things about them. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Can’t even tell there was ever a problem. They’re the best.

The car I’m driving now is the first new car I ever purchased but through the years, although I consider myself to be reasonably neat, and no matter how often I cleaned it, it never looked new. I just had a fantastic experience at West Allis Car Wash on Hwy 100. They detailed my car in the same day. When I went to pick it up and they pointed to where my car was…. I truly did not recognize it as my own. I thought the car belonged to someone else. It looked like the day I bought it. Please patronize this great small business, your car will look like new and you’ll be glad you visited!

They do a great job, vacuum an inside windows. Nice to have a clean car, even in the winter. Might be one of the last places around, where they still towel dry.

Went there yesterday, had to have it vacuumed inside so paid the extra. Big need to as stuff was hauled in recently a few times in moving. The one star is for the outside wash looking nice BUT the vacuuming was never done. Floor mats were still covered with grass and dirt tracked in from before. The back area (of a Scion, smaller type with hatch)is filthy! The car was obviously not vacuumed. Called and the desk even asked if we were charged for that(they write up what you relay you want done when arriving so we were)..we will NOT be returning. Buyer beware!!! Do NOT get the vacuuming

I’ve been coming here for years, Every car I’ve had I’ve trusted them to wash it inside and out.. But the last Three trips here have been less than desirable! One time I came in they didn’t wipe off the center council in my truck which I paid two dollars extra to wash and the lady said I have to ask for that to be done…. So I asked them to add on the tire treatment and the gentleman put it on by hand, which looked great. This last time I went, I asked for the same thing and they told me it was just put on during the wash my tires look the same as when I brought it in… I’m not quite sure what the inconsistencies are from? But I hope they start doing better

I personally had a great experience. Cars exterior stayed clean longer than what you get at the gas station car wash. Made I sure I cleared the car out completely to get the best vacuum possible. They clean the inside of your windows, too, all while the car is actively going through the wash. This is labor intensive work and they should be appreciated, as this type of experience is quickly disappearing after covid.

This was the first time at this place since we purchased our EV two years ago. We've avoided going here out of fear that our infotainment screens would be damaged by their staff when cleaning the interior. Since it was winter, our vehicle was filthy, and the auto (no touch) washers in the area were all out of service, we game then a try (with much trepidation). We labeled the infotainment screens with post-its that said "do not clean" and sent the car through for a "super" wash ($28). The woman at the desk assured me that their default is to leave the infotainment screens untouched (unless asked to be cleaned) and that they only use microfiber cloths on the interior. Our vehicle was pretty well cleaned, but the top 2"inches on the rear tailgate window was left unclean, there was dust remaining on the steering column (suggesting it was poorly wiped or untouched), and there was a greasy film left on the front edge on the interior of the driver's window. I expected closer attention to detail for the price I paid.

Specificly asked for a vacuum, paid full service for car wash and vacuum. They didn't vacuum at all!! 2nd time here and same thing both times. I tip well. Don't tip until you see the lack of effort on their end. Never going back and don't recommend!

For the past 30 years I've been loyal to this car wash service. I believe in local business and supporting them. Even the few times when my windows were streaked I called, gave them the benefit of the doubt and still went back. Recently, my left windshield wiper came off in the car wash. I thought perhaps it was my end so replaced it. I mentioned it to the receptionist and the owner and they offered no apology or anything. Then, it happened again. I spoke with the owner and receptionist again (both of whom I've known and supported forever), and they offered no replacement for the 2nd time not even a free wash or an apology and of course, I still supported them. The owner said if I tell the guys at the beginning of the wash to lift the brush when they wash my vehicle they would do that and that should help the blade not brake off. Well, I went today and after 30 years of not having to remember this, I forgot to mention it and for a THIRD TIME MY WIPER CAME OFF IN THE WASH!! I wasn't happy, I talked the owner and asked if he would just give me the credit for a windshield vs having to go the dealer, get the replacement, and come all the way back with a receipt. He refused unless I produced a receipt! I showed him the missing blade. I told him that I obviously need to replace it.I reminded him I've been loyal for 30 years. He knew I wasn't trying to "rip him off". After all, this is the THIRD ONE THAT FELL OFF IN WEST ALLIS CAR WASH in the past couple of months and he knew this. You can't tell me that I'm the ONLY vehicle this is happening to. AND....this is a problem so why should the "customer" have to remember to tell them to "life a brush???" There was no apology. No offer for a free wash. Nothing for my inconvenience for $30 worth of replacement blades. No anything for my 30 years of loyalty!! The ONLY response was: "I told you to tell them to lift the brush to do your vehicle". I reminded him that I have been a 30 YEAR LOYAL CUSTOMER! STILL NOTHING. You know the old saying: First time shame on YOU, 2nd time shame on me!! Well, this was the 3rd time, a 30 year loyal customer, and he could have cared less! GOOD BYE WEST ALLIS CAR WASH. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent attention to detail and overall the fairest price car wash in the area. It’s worth the extra drive to come to this business because they are consistently providing good service to their customers. Very friendly and approachable staff, especially the lovely lady at the cashier! The only thing I wish was different is the business hours. They close by 5:30 on weekdays and I usually just miss them being open after commuting from work. Half the time, I end up going to a less favorable car wash that stays open until 6pm.

I spent over 30.00 on the rainx wash I would expect to get what I pay for. Dirt in the door jams and floor mats and other places very disappointed, been coming here for years never had it this bad.

Worse car wash I ever been. Paid $22. For full services wash and see the pictures of what I got. Told them twice to clean it again and they said it’s the best they can do. I will never recommend it.

I recently took my truck in, which had some stubborn leaf tannin stains on the roof that other washes just couldn't handle. I'd tried a touchless wash and even one with spinning rags, and no luck. But this place really impressed me. They assured me they could get it off with their regular wash, and sure enough, they did a wonderful job. I was really impressed with the care they took to get those stains out. Definitely recommend them if you've got a tough job!

I believe they did a fair job. I expected better. I was told that they clean inside whiping the fash yard, the door's arm rest etc. Wasn't done well. I had to do it myself. I paid to have it vacuumed and Matt's cleaned. The back matt wasn't moved and trash was left back the there. I had to do a lot of self drying. I paid for my Wife's vehicle, too. She also had to dry her vehicle herself. The wax looks nice, and the cleaning under the wheelbarrow nice. I paid $50, more than I usually spend to wash my Wife's and my vehicle. For $75, I e petted better. I went to go get better. Perhaps a sweet fluke that day. I intend to visit again to see.

First time customer and never again. How can I pay $23 for a car wash and the car got barely wet/soap. Paid for vacuum and wasnt. So as I attempted to walk back inside to mention the issue, I was approach by a guy I believe was the owner, asking what he could do I told him and he had me pull my car to the double doors, he then removed my rugs and vaccum. Also my vehicle was still visible of filth, which I got my own towel from the trunk to clean. Went back inside to ask for a receipt and was asked my payment method, which was debit card, the guy (possible owner) printed me a receipt of another customer and insist that it was mine even after me showing him the transaction and telling him the last 4 digits of my card. He seemed to be upset with me because I wasn’t satisfied with the service. So now as I’m sitting here almost an hour after the horrible service, I contact west allis police to come intervene so I can get the proper receipt and possibly a refund .

I have been coming to them for 3 years and the service I find has deteriorated. I am now paying $40 for a car wash that is supposed to provide some interior cleaning but yesterday once I got home I realized that the front end of my car was completely dirty. If you're going to charge $40 you should also make sure that the car is completely washed and cleaned.

Took my car here today 2/6/26 and paid for the regular wash which included vacuuming. They did a terrible job. I had about 10 people drying my car off in the end. Maybe they should put 3-4 of those people at the start of the wash to help vacuum and wash floor mats because they leave them soaking wet. I don’t recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING SERVICE EVERY TIME! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just have to take a moment to say WOW this car wash continues to exceed my expectations every single visit! From start to finish, the service is always professional, thorough, and done with real care. My car comes out looking brand new, inside and out, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the main manager, who is truly AMAZING. He always makes sure everything is done right, checks that the service meets the highest standards, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. That kind of leadership really shows in the quality of work the whole team delivers. And let’s talk about the tire shine it is ALWAYS on point! 🔥 The tires come out glossy, clean, and perfect every time, adding that extra finish that makes the whole car pop. It’s those details that make the difference, and this place absolutely understands that. The staff is friendly, respectful, and efficient, and the overall experience is smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a car wash that consistently delivers excellence like this, and I truly appreciate the hard work that goes into every wash. Tatyana loved it and will definitely continue coming back and recommending this place to others. Keep up the incredible work you’ve earned a loyal customer! 🚘✨🙌
