Worst detail I ever got and when I called to complain the owner (saul) stated he’s no miracle worker as to why he was not able to get stains off my seat. However I used another detail shop that clearly work miracles ..definitely would not recommend See my face book post for pictures

Really impressed with their level of detail. Had an interior/exterior clean, and received my car back in showroom level condition. I almost always do my own interiors but felt lazy this week. Up until now, I always did the interior cleaning in my 2013 SUV but decided to splurge and took it in for a complete detail and paint touch-up on a minor scratch. I cannot believe it's the same vehicle! The clay bar treatment removed a lot of years of road grime build-up; I'd forgotten how deep the finish appeared when it was new. They had suggested going to the dealer for a touch-up kit to fix a scratch. Incredibly professional job. A bit on the pricey end but worth every dollar! So impressed with Saul and his crew that we'll be taking the second car there in the very near future.

Bought my wife a car with one flaw in that the two front seats had the most stubborn ugly stains I could not remove. Saul said “we will make it much better” and quoted me less than half the price of another local shop. I was really hoping for more assurance but Saul proved to be someone who humbly delivers beyond expectations. When I came to pick it up I had my emotions in check thinking it will probably be “good enough” but there will still be remnants of the stains that will always bother me. When I looked inside I was shocked to see both seats literally looked brand new!!! My wife is sooo happy with the results and I am still in disbelief. I don’t know how he did it, but Saul definitely packs the gear and he is a pleasure to work with.

My car looks brand new! They went above and beyond by buffering out scratches I had on my front side caused by me hitting my garage as I exited. You can’t tell the scratches were there. I highly recommend this place! Well worth the money.

Had rear quarter panel scuff damage after a visit to Chicago (vehicle must have hit us obliquely, as we were parked on a busy street overnight). The proprietor looked at the damage, went to his shop for supplies and a few tools, and - within ten minutes - repaired most of the damage with only two small dings (paint chipped by the impact of the other vehicle) remaining. Nearly impossible to see there was any damage. Cost of repairs, nominal. Time spent, given we hadn't an appointment and this kind of repair could have taken more than an hour, elsewhere, ten minutes. High marks from this car owner! We'll be back! Thank you, "North Shore's Finest Auto Detailer!"

Website and Google say this place is open on Saturdays so we headed to Morth Shore's Finest Auto Detailing to have our car cleaned inside and out. The front door was wide open at 1:05pm, but the building was completely empty. We called the number whilst inside the lobby, but the recording - which says "leave us a message - terminated in a "this mailbox is full" automated response. We walked around the entire outside of the establishment, no one present. It's been 40 minutes, now, and other potential clients have come and gone. Door open, lobby fan on, valuables laying about...but no one home. Can't say we'll be back, because...why?
