READ THE DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER. READ THE DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER. READ THE DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER. READ THE DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER. READ THE DAMAGE LIABILITY WAIVER. The car wash broke 2 of my tmps valve stems which is not covered by their damage liability waiver. 2 flat tires later I'm referred to the sign. $75 tow home and 320 to replace the tire pressure monitoring systems and they gave me 3 free car washes. Never again will I return here so the washes are obsolete.

horrible service.....my car was damaged and they are refusing to fix the damage to my mirror. I was referred to the "sign" that says not responsible for damages...… was a membership holder for the ultra wash monthly.... I canceled my membership ASAP I want noting to do with this company. They don't know how to handle customer damages! RUUUUUUNNNN FAAAAARR AWAY ....OTHER COMPANIES ARE MUCH BETTER....DO NOT USE SCRUB A DUB!!!!

Unbeatable prices for an unbeatable carwash. I also really enjoy the free vacuums as well. The vacuums do not have immense power but for free I can’t knock them! Their subscription options are also great if you tend to dirty up your car.

Workers didn’t open garage door. My car was slammed into the door by the automatic system 5 times bending the garage door locking me in causing me to be late to work. They assured me a manager will call me, it’s been two days without a call. I’ve called corporate they told me a manger will call me. After the second call corporate once again told me they would take care of it. Going above and beyond, giving me an alt number to get in touch just in case the manager didn’t get to me. 5 minutes later I got a call from the manager very apologetic telling me they would take care of it and the next steps to getting my car fixed. Overall a very inconvenient problem as I just got the car. But staff was very apologetic and as helpful as they could be. As far as corporate goes they get things done. This company cares for their customers. I’ll keep this post updated for the after pictures and confirmation that my car was repaired.
