They don't know how to vacuum nor clean your windows or anything else they do chop chop job and charge you $13.17 and you have to sit there and tell them what to do or do it yourself because they don't have a vacuum period they don't have a lift seats back and forth nothing they are lazy and they don't care never going back don't recommend it

Leaves the car with soap and don't vacuum well or clean the mirror or Windows good. Also keep an eye out for a short Spanish guy that dose the drying of the car he will go thru ur stuff if ur not watching them they took a few items each I went there so be careful with ur items.

While the owner is hands on and very friendly....hence the one star, this place leaves much to be desired, the don't pre-soak your vehicle at first arrival, the guys washing your car are just going through the motions because it is what they are being paid to do, so much so that upon further inspection after the wash there were still areas of the vehicle still covered in dirt. The guys drying the cars are using the same towels from one vehicle to another, rims still dirty, wheel wells still caked up with dirt and debris. And to make matter worse, the guys drying your cars off are in regular street clothes with the potential to scratch your cars paint.....very dissatisfied with thier service, not even worth the $13 I was charged.

This place has gone Covid crazy with their prices. It's as if they make them up on a daily basis. Never again will they get my money. I don't like to be taken advantage of. We are all in Covid together and each of our dollars are going to our families. Don't Rob The People.

They stole all the loose change out the ash tray and the armrest. Manager suggested it happened somewhere else. While approaching 2 guys in his crew that was my car. Sad thing is I would have given it to them if asked. It's when people think they can take is what gets me. It's just sad. But I will tell all that will listen from Facebook to the gram shouldn't steal from anybody let alone a customer.

I have been coming here to get my car washed for years I have tried every other car wash in jersey city and there is no place like this one. They do a very good job and really leave your car clean and shiny! Very great experience.

The service is not very good, they do not wash well and the same towels they use to dry the rims and tires, those same towels are used for the interior and to dry the car.

I took the car today for a car wash. Both sides of the car had stains and roof is not cleaned properly either m. Sometimes these guys do a good job, but most often I had to wash myself after them. They want to speed the process but this way quality goes down. I think I would find another car wash.

I would give - negative ratings if possible. Really bad service, they don’t even clean properly. As I was driving in I saw how they are washing the car in front of me it’s really bad, they don’t even put enough soap they just do it really quickly. I would never go back to this place. They use wet towels to dry the car I got new car and I saw all scratches on my hood. I came out with water marks all over and I had to wipe it off myself. Forget about interior vacuum it’s really bad and I don’t what towels they used but it stinks. Horrible service. Avoid going in there
