You get what you pay for. It's a quick service team that doesn't always clean everything so you need to stand there and keep an eye out to let them know if they've missed anything. Before you drive out, make sure you take a good look and ask them to "re-clean" if you're not satisfied. If you are looking for a professional company and service, this is not the place. For 12 bucks you get a quick exterior , interior vacuum and tire hand wash. Worth the price for me since I don't have to bring all these supplies and cleaning tools outside and do it myself. Definitely will go again for a quick clean.

I got my exterior washed here. After the wash was finished my car was still visibly dirty. I mentioned this to the clerk and he had the guys wash the spots again. It was still dirty, complete disregard for their work. Also would have expected to have my rims washed but was left with them still dirty. Poor service here. Avoid.

It was $12 for a wash that included exterior foam hand wash, tire shine, and quick interior incl mats. There were some missed spots particularly towards the lower body, tires weren't cleaned as well, and post-wash water marks remained. But for the money I think that is what I expected.

They do a very nice job on exterior (basically a hand wash) and interior (they use armour) and take credit cards and allow you to place tip on credit card which is wonderful. I highly recommend them. The only thing I suggest is to clean out the car before you arrive as there is limited room and time to do so when on the premise.

I've taken my car more than once and I'll tell you: it's terrible. I'll never go back. They don't wash properly and last time they left my car all stained with soap.

Affordable car wash. They charged $11 for suv exterior wash which is affordable in my opinion. They hand wash since they don’t have the same equipments as others but they charge you less than competitors (what do you expect) I drove in thru the wash station myself since they don’t have the automatic rail system. The driveway is really narrow so be careful not to hit anything. Gets the job done.

For regular wash they are great since the price is very affordable. Much better than an automated car wash. If you are expecting a very detailed and excellent service then go somewhere else but you will pay twice. Again, for their price point they offer a decent service. I read other reviews and people seem to expect the best service out of town paying $10 for the service. Be realistic with your expectations and you will be happy.

It's been 2 years . I tried it again because it's so very convenient. But they still suck . I have been using this place for a while and they seem to get worse every time. They put so much product on the tire that as soon as you drive off the car is covered with the tire shine. If you try to ask them to use less or to wipe it off, no one speaks English and they just look at you like you are an idiot. I would be fine with paying twice as much if they would actually rinse all of the soap off the car, and do a halfway decent job of washing it. They do not. I continued to go back because it's very close to home and I suppose it's better than nothing but anytime I have the time I go somewhere else. This time I said something to the cashier and of course they always say you can drive back around and get back in line, but I just want it done right the first time. He told me we are not machines. Exactly! You have eyes and a brain if there is soap left on the car keep rinsing!

This place has a convenient location but very poorly equipped. Nobody in the front knows how to communicate in English. I was splashed with soap and water all over and the person in the Register told me it’s my responsibility. ??

This car wash has a great location, and the process is really simple. You don't need to turn off the engine or get out of the car—just follow the staff’s instructions while you stay inside. What's even better is that their basic hand wash costs only $8. Rare to find out in Jersey City area.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They barely dried my car after the wash and then they scratched the back of my BMW. The scratch is over 16inches! You can also see the water spots that were left over.

Don’t go in there if you care about your time and money and of top of that your car I had to wash my rims all over again, there was parts on my car that were still dirty and on top of all that a part of my trunk has round scratches that’s definitely caused by the car wash. If I could I would give them 0

I was just reading some of the reviews and I'm very surprised at how little people know about getting there car washed 😐 I have been coming here for over 15 years, I bring my cars, trucks/van, and SUV's. I only bring it here because they do a good job, Hand car wash! The rims, the roof of the car and the interior, car mats. If I do see something I would like a little extra attention to I ask and they gladly oblige my request. That said its a car wash not detailing. I don't expect them to clean out my cup holders, etc... I suggest if you want a more thorough job done that you make sure you remove all the little things out of your cup holders and such things, also back seats and trunk this way they are abl to get the places you may want without having to handle your personal items. I also drive through slowly after they wash and rinse the car. I leave there happy that my car is much cleaner then when I got there. 😁 last word is if you think you can do better for less then $20 let me know and you can clean my car too!

Came here for the first and last time. My car door has visible bird droppings and it was still there after the “wash”. I have a sedan I could possibly understand if I had a large car but a sedan and you still can’t wash it properly? I’m glad I have a rule of only tipping in cash AFTER service is done.

Horrible service literally just left 3 mins ago paid for services that were not given and this seems to happen here often. Car was washed horribly still has dirt on carpet and spatters on steering wheel and windows are done carelessly here.

I just paid $20 for a wash, AND left a tip… and see for yourself. Unacceptable honestly. I specifically asked them if they were going to vacuum my trunk, the man rudely replied yes… does my trunk look vacuumed?
