I found Waxing Poetic from an advanced search of local car detailing businesses near Leominster and this was one of the first search results. I emailed to get a quote, which was reasonable, and called to set up an appointment shortly after. The owner even gave me a reminder call the day before my appointment. The location was convenient and easy to find. I dropped my car off for a full interior and exterior cleaning for the day. I was expecting to have some of the stains on the seats and floor gone but the results were beyond my expectations. All of the stains had disappeared, thanks to the steam cleaning! The mats looked brand new, every surface was free of dust and streaks, and he even put in a floor mat protector because it was raining that day. Toby was very personable and walked me through the results. I would highly recommend Waxing Poetic to anyone looking to get their vehicle spotless for a reasonable price.

This place is awesome. They’ve done their magic on a few of my vehicles and I am always impressed. Today Toby detailed my wife’s new (2023) Yukon. I have to say, I don’t believe it looked this good when we drove it off of the showroom floor. I got home from work, walked up my driveway and did a double take. Had a mishap with my brand new car that resulted in some serious scratches to the lift gate, body shop wanted a fortune to respray the panel and I was going to just live with it, but the shop recommended I try Waxing Poetic if I wanted a cheaper solution. So glad they did, Toby was able to buff out the clear coat for one problem area, and for the more serious ones was able to touch them up to an almost perfect state! Saved me a ton of money, his attention to detail was great and he even took the initiative on his own to remove the stains on my license plates and replace the rusty screws there, which was actually a project I was planning to do also. I came away feeling he really cares about getting your car to look its best! Highly recommended!

Toby may be a little more expensive than the Groupon shiners, but he is 1000% better. Dings are filled in with touch-up paint (and disappear), your automobile will be immaculate inside and so shiny on the outside that other drivers will need sunglasses on a cloudy day!

I am a car guy and have taken my cars to many detailers over the years, I also worked at a Lincoln Mercury dealership back in the day. Poetic Professional Auto Detailing (Toby) attention to detail is second to none. Look at the he photo showing the difference that his paint correction process makes, night and day difference. Be sure to book early, as he books out a month or two when the weather improves.

The best detailer in the central MA area hands down. I had my Autozam AZ-1 detailed June 2025 inside and out and also had a ceramic coating applied. That was the best decision I've made in a long time. The car today September 2025 looks the same way it came out of his bay.
