After reading all the reviews mine is certainly aligned with 90% of them. I was in last nite at 3.00 pm. Purchased muffins and a clearance cross body bag may or may not have been in right spot. The supervisor? Was asked about it he had a bad attitude to begin with i ended up bringing the entire box to front. I stood my ground and then was litterally laughed at at my face by him i asked to speak to manager. He laughed again i eventually spoke to the manager not much of a personality but at least he took care of the problem but the rude supervisor right in front of him accused my husband of knowing it wasnt right price because he walked out out NO he walked out because he was ready to call police on this punk. Management get rid of this employee it

This store is by far the worst in the company. Management does not care that Inspire Energy walks around the store harassing customers. This happens every time you shop. We fell for the offer at one point and Inspire caused our electric bill to be $100s of dollars higher each month. As soon as we cancelled, bill went back to normal. When the manager was unavailable, a PC Lead named Selvin couldn’t be bothered to put his phone down to speak with us for 2 min regarding our concerns. When confronted about it, he replied “I have calls to make”. Glad to know that customers who spend $1000s of dollars at this store are treated this way. Absolute joke!

We were just in to renew our membership and were treated horribly. Doug D. should take a course on customer service, the whole time he was rude and acted like we were bothering him. He ended up cancelling our membership because we didn't want the + membership and just wanted the regular one. Edit - I want to point out that I was able to solve the issue through the phone with Melanie. She was absolutely amazing and helped me in no time with no problem.

Not worth the membership. I often find the same or better prices at Market Basket and without having to deal with any coupons. My main reason was the gas station access and I even applied for the BJ's credit card, for the 10c per gallon discount but I still can get the exact same gas price on some other stations in Fitchburg and without the 5 to 10 minute lines. It's great that you get many 2 or 3 dollar coupons but clearly on overpriced items. If you pay attention, prices don't justify a membership and we won't be renewing.

Worst BJ'S ever! I grabbed a cake & wanted to have a staff write on it. I waited for 10 minutes by the bakery for staff then decided to call from my phone. They transfer me to the bakery and then I get hung up on. So I call member services, same thing, I call they hang up on me. I had to go up front & ask one of the cashiers if I could have somebody from the bakery he gets on the radio and calls the manager who then rudely says we don't have anybody here today or tomorrow in the bakery or the deli! Unbelievable!

We stopped here for gas on a Friday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that the line for gas was pretty short. I got gas while my husband went into the store to get a couple of items. He took a little longer than I did getting the gas. The store had exactly what we were looking for and checkout went smoothly. It was a fairly quick shopping experience.

Don't use the fuel if you don't physically have the card. Terrible customer service. Staff seems like they don't really care to be there. Way to make your paying members feel great. (Sarcasm)

So didn't know that my membership expired and the attendant at the gas pumps was very rude. When I brought this up to a manager all he did was give me a number for customer service. Then I go through a self checkout line and yes I wasn't paying attention and all of there self checkouts are card only. Since I was paying cash I had to have an employee void it out. That took over 10 minutes and me telling another customer that it was not working to get someone to do something. Customer/membership support is non existent here. I don't know if BJ'S stopped doing there survey at the bottom of there receipts or it's by choice of the store manager. If it's by choice of the store manager then this store manager doesn't do it because they know they will lose there job. In one month I could train my 10 year old daughter to run that place better then the current manager.

I like this club, I liked one of the outdoor furniture set but they ran out of them and discontinued the model but their store manager gave me a 50% discount on the floor model and it is in pretty decent shape.

This is false advertising. I bought this TV that is listed with a 4 yr warranty. The receipt from the register indicated a 3yr warranty. Before leaving the store I checked with a manager who assured me several times that when I went online to register the TV. I would get the 4 yes. NOPE! Did not happen. Contacted LG directly and they will sell me an additional warranty. I alerted both the BJ's store and LG about this in March. They are still advertising it.

Raw chicken do not buy if you want to be sick, also my brother bought “fresh” salmon from the same location, expiration date two months out got sick the next day. Says “fully cooked” On package of chicken. the top of the chicken was really dark and looked cooked so my husband and I started eating the white meat breast part. As I go in for the wings I noticed they were raw so I checked the drums and they were really raw. My husband was eating the top of the chicken when I realized we were eating raw chicken and he looked at the breast and it was also pink at the core of the chicken not cooked properly. We have gotten sick from it and highly advise anyone not to buy the rotisserie chickens or if you are going to buy it make sure to double check it before eating. (Although I don’t trust anything from the deli/ prepared foods anymore)

Love BJ’s but damn, y’all really passed on a $900 TV sale without putting in any effort. All I asked for was a box or something of similar size to ensure that the approximate 1/2” of questionable measurement would work for fitment into my car! Even if it didn’t fit, I would have still bought it and arranged for a larger vehicle to pick it up, but due to the lack of effort by the employee, Amazon now got my business. I was hoping to keep the purchase to a brick & mortar store that is local. I really see why Amazon & on-line ordering is putting the brick & mortar shops to sleep. On-line inventory is endless so to the edge that a brick & mortar shop has is touch n feel and it’s PEOPLE… BJ’s-Leominster… your people failed you and now I’m even more reluctant to give you any other business outside of this particular purchase. Do better.

Meh. Seriously every time I come here I wish it was Costco. They have 1000 cheeses I don't want but not the cheese I do want. I simply wanted a ball of mozzarella that was not fresh but something I could grate to put on pizza. Nope. Can't get it here. Low moisture whole milk mozzarella. Why is that so hard BJ's?? Do people in leominster not make pizza? They had a higher moisture one. I did buy it once. It leaves a puddle of water on your pizza. No thanks! I just feel like it's behind the times with everything. A large section of it with garbagey junk food. It's hard to find things. I tried to find coconut water. I walked around for 7 mi couldn't find it nor could I find anyone to ask. They have an app. Why can't they just have it on the app? Tell you where something is? And the stupid coupons you have to scroll through the Dead Sea scrolls to see what you do want and what you don't want. I think they should just give you the stupid discount if it's on sale and you're buying it I just basically hate everything about this place.

Employees need more training in business operations. The people handling Member Service phone calls in Leominster on 10/9/2025 between 2:08PM - 2:16PM are AWFUL at assisting members with services and hang up on people. I had to call corporate for a small issue and they assisted me in less than 2 minutes. I want to avoid this location for the rest of my life.

I placed an Order October 31st on the BJ's website. It was the Leominster Mass Location . And I chose Today for the Delivery Date . I didn't realize until later in the Afternoon that one Item is Missing . I never received the Willow Chicken Salad !! But my Credit Card was charged for this Item . I tried to call them but nobody bothered to pick up the Phone !! I guess I will Double Check my Online Orders more Thoroughly from now on . Or maybe I will never order Online Again ! AND I MIGHT NOT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP .

I was aggressively approached by a young thin member that immediately thought my hat was a target and got it wrong over and over when I simply explained it was a hunting company that makes clothing. He was so angry in the way he talked that I felt unsafe and I was with my family. This made my whole experience in your store feel like I should leave and I was not welcome there even though I pay for your membership. He was a horrible person that expressed hatred towards me and I didn’t feel safe at all. We paid and I expressed on my way out to him that I didn’t enjoy my experience at your store. This is digesting behavior and I will not be a member again
