Been going here for years and they do a great job! The manager Dan is very conscientious and hard working. I was looking for a new car wash because the old cashier was so rude but to my relief the former cashier returned. I was so glad to see her.

If your car is fairly clean this place is good. They don't really do a thorough job when you pay for the extras. I purchased the top level service and paid $6.95 extra to have the interior wiped down. The wipe down was terrible and the wheel bright also was not noticeable. I had to spend an hour at home to get it to be satisfactory. I don't expect perfection but this was way beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and the detailed cars look very nice when completed. To improve, more attention to detail, especially when your charging extra for the service need to occur. I'll go back but next tme I'm not leaving until I'm satisfied.

got the$15 wash and vacc. first time had such high hopes based on reviews. the wash was nice but the vacuuming inside was very weak. obvious misses which was surprising cause they took plenty of time before sending the car through. had to vacuum when i got home and then i felt like it was worth it. it was meh at best.

I have been coming to Waterworks for about after year. The initial washes were good with proper attention to detail. My latest experiences have been less than stellar as that attention to detail is absent. I Took my wife’s vehicle recently and dirt spots were found on the hood and door after the wash. Secondly I recommend having unlimited option for those who use the car wash weekly. When I brought this up to staff members I was advised that this will not happen anytime soon. I have found a different car wash that provides unlimited option great money saver and makes sense for me. You guys lost a loyal customer.

I want to highlight an individual Demetrio. I come here and love this car wash because they clean the inside and shampoo your rugs and do a full wipe down at an additional cost but it’s worth it. Lately it’s been lacking and today it was totally unacceptable how my car was left. Dementrio came over to put my rugs in and immediately with a smile on his face took my car to be done the right way he was so pleasant and didn’t make me feel like the annoying customer pointing things out he acknowledged it wasn’t done right. And he did an awesome job!!!! I also want to mention the front of the house the woman at the front desk truly makes the place homey she’s a pleasure to see wveytime I come in

I found this place by accident when my usual car wash was closed. I needed my car cleaned before a road trip and this was the next closest option. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind and polite. I got the Deluxe option with an added trunk vacuum. They were quick and efficient and my car was spotless when it came back. I’ll definitely be using this car wash from now on.

I would rank this place ZERO stars. Awful, just awful. I visited yesterday for a car wash, 'The Ultimate' to be exact, and the end result was NOTHING near of what it should've been. Mind you, 'The Ultimate' is the second highest wash offered. See picture below for references, my jeep was left with streak marks, bug marks and all types of residue left over on the windshield, back, and siding. There is still residue/left over marks of the bird poop that was on my hood (hence, reason for car wash). I've never encountered such laziness and neglect of a job before in my life. The level of disrespect is unbelievable, let alone completely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend ever coming here for a wash, detailing, or even to purchase a car, as they are a apart of Armen Cadillac. I now have to bring my car elsewhere to be re-washed. I am completely unsatisfied and will not be back.

Paid for the "ultimate" car wash, after getting home, saw the the side skirt was still dirty, windshield wasn't clean, headlights still had bugs on them (literally says bug cleaning in the description). Wanted to try a new place, but wouldn't return after this experience.

I've only been to this place once but, I thought they did an excellent job on my car's exterior. I could tell because my wheels came out more clean than usual. Of course it wasn't perfect, I had to hit some spots with window cleaner afterwards but, my car had been filthy and they got mostly all the dirt off For 7.95 the exterior wash which is an absolute bargain.
