Terrible! The wash machine malfunctioned and it scratched up my car. They refused to do anything about it. I took it to a body shop and had to pay to have it buffed out. It bent my rear license plate too! I'll never go there again.

I really like their service BUT THE APP DOES NOT WORK IN THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE, it works on the IPhone but it is NOT AVAILABLE in the play store. I have a picture of the bar code shown on my spouses phone, along with a pic of the license plate and a pic of my payment of 39.99. The gentleman that works there is very nice but I can tell he's a little worried about honoring my credentials. If this is not rectified by the next pay period I, unfortunately, will change car wash services.

Very thorough and took their time fixing things that the automatic car wash did not remove. The guy gave my wheels a good scrubbing before I went threw & spent longer then normal doing that! Will definitely be back. Spent $8 but tipped $5 to everyone

It was my first time. I went thru machine. The water is dripping not pouring at all. The soap was not on the vehicle at all. When I was wiping my car, the towels are super dirty. The owner of this carwash is scamming customers. I already canceled the membership after my first wash. Another illegal thing, the software app is keeping your info and your credit card info without your permission. The app should let you deactivate and delete your account and your credit card. It’s against Privacy Act Policy.

I visited this car wash for the very first time. Was reluctant to use my credit card, but did anyway. A day later was sent alerts by customer service regarding charges on my card. I have to get a new card, which is so inconvenient. The thing is, I was pleased with the car wash service. My car looked great. I will use them again, but I will pay in cash.

Great little spot. I’ve visited few times recently. I’ve done the lowest price ($6) wash and mid range ($10) wash. Happy with each. And always have a couple of $$ ready for the guys hand drying afterwards, they do a good job. I haven’t used the vacuums yet but will and will update. For me, location is convenient and I haven’t seen a lower price nearby. I may do a higher level wash next. Will update. UPDATE. Used vacuums here on one of my visits. Worked well and free to use. Prices up a buck or 2, depending on service level, as of late 2025.

I was amazed by the staff that I paid for full service 25$ which comes with interior vacuum after they said they will not clean the back trunk it should clean by our own. Which is not acceptable

I have a black car so it always needs to be cleaned. I have been trying local car washes from hand cleaned to fully automatic. This is one of the best I have visited. Reasonably priced, automatic wash does better than usual hand dry was good too. I only paid 15 including tip I was overall pleased with the outcome.

Very reasonable, quick and thorough. I was overly impressed with drying and tire shine service. The 2 gentleman spent alot of time and effort. They did at least 2 laps around and even got fresh towels half way through. My car was dry and didnt have drip trails all over the doors when i got home. The tire shine wasn't all over the side of my car like my old place who didn't give half a crap about my satisfaction and absolutely too expensive. I am absolutely considering buying the monthly package.
