Horrible!!!! Do not waste your time or money. Worst I have. EVER experienced. Completely dissatisfied. I even asked them to go back and rewash my car cause it was still dirty. They said they would, but did not. Vacuum job inside would have been better by an 8 year old. Embarrassingly bad.

If you think all car washes are the same, think again. This place isn’t just a car wash—it’s a full-service, mini detailing experience that keeps your vehicle looking brand new. Forget the stereotypical car wash where sketchy employees pocket loose change from your ashtray. Here, the staff is made up of hardworking local kids whose parents are instilling real responsibility in them. And they don’t slack off—these kids hustle. If anything isn’t up to par, they’ll redo it on the spot, no questions asked. I’ve been a Circle Member for years, and it’s easily one of the best investments I’ve made. I’m here at least twice a week, and my car always looks pristine. Sure, you won’t find a bargain-bin $5 wash here, but there’s another place up the street for that. What you get instead is a state-of-the-art tunnel wash followed by a meticulous hand dry, vacuuming, rim cleaning, and detailing by a team of up to four people. While full service isn’t included with every wash, if you have my membership, it is—and it’s worth every penny. Still skeptical? Just look at the lineup. Ferraris, Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, Aston Martins—they all roll through here. Owners of cars like that don’t trust just any wash. Waterway is clearly doing something right. If you care about your car, give this place a shot. And be sure to ask the manager about the membership packages—they’re worth their weight in gold.

I've been coming here for 7 years. My membership is 65.00 a month. I didn't mind that at first because they always did a great job on both the interior and exterior. Over the past year not so much. The mats used to be included now they charge 6.00 if you want them sprayed off. You also have to beg them to spray off your vehicle before they run it through the machine. Even if you ask they don't always do it so they have to wash it again or I often times touch it up myself when I get home. The management gives you a lot of attitude when you ask them to make it right. Don't waste your money, there's other car washes in the area.

I was looking forward to a clean interior. Exterior was fine. Got "the whole thing" for 44 bucks today but it's like they didn't even touch the inside. Floor mats still dirty. Center console still dusty/dirty. Interior of windows not touched. Saw other workers pulling floor mats out of the car to clean them but my guys weren't even touching them. Complained to a manager about it and he had his guy "touch it up." Still nothing. I decided to just let it be as I didn't want to come across as a Karen. Extra star for nice manager who jump started my car. Guess I'll be working on cleaning the interior myself 😔

The interior cleaning is always subpar but I do it because it's a convenience. They also like to combat against cleaning the back hatch of an Armada even though it's part of the service of the membership and they never clean the third row seat area. Recently I decided to get the membership. Every time I go through the car wash my vanity plate in the front gets bent up 1/3 in, on both sides. So I decided to get a license plate border to combat that, since I would be going more frequently. One car wash in and the car wash ripped the whole entire plate off my car. There is minimal damage and they took an incident report and were supposed to get back to me about repairs. I'm not following up because the damage is minimal and honestly I would have been happy with a refund.

Had a very dirty car after driving cross country; the team was extremely thorough in removing all of the bugs from the front bumper and even gave me a free second wash (completely unprompted - and included a works wash even though I had only original got an express exterior wash) to ensure that my car got really clean. Highly recommend.

I got the whole thing package about a month ago. Mind you my vehicle wasn’t in bad condition at all. But it did need a good vacuum and wipe down inside. I had to pay $5 extra for them to power wash my plastic floor mats which is a bit ridiculous. They did an extremely sub par job on the vacuum and wipe down. There were still visible crumbs and residue on the hard surfaces. On the windshield there are stream marks from the towel they used to wipe it. It was clear they didn’t give any attention to detail or take their time. Overall this place is WAY overpriced for the quality of service you receive. You’re better off taking the time to just do it yourself.

Extremely professional staff. The wash is a good wash, and I’ve been coming here for two years and I’m in increasingly irritable at two things. The first is the fact that I’ve been turned away right a closing time when I’m a member and it’s literally 30 seconds to go through. Because of a meeting I have it will always be a few minutes before closing time that I can get there. Have some loyalty to your members! The second thing that irks me is the completely disorganized line that they are allowing where everyone tries to jump in front of each other. At busy times, you should only have one line open in that way they will get through in unorganized manner. Suggest that be NOT The unlimited line because people are starting to use that to pay and that’s totally unreasonable that I should have to wait when I’m a member.

I paid ~$60 for a wash and hand wax. I thought the staff was very professional and courteous. However, the quality of the wash wasn't great. There were still many dead bugs on the wide mirrors and front bumpers. Even after I pointed this out to the staff, they did not really make it much better. In addition, the interior had a number of stains/spots from the interior cleaning. There was also a large red scuff left on the door.

Terrible service! Been a blue club member five years and just called corporate for a refund for the balance of this year. I went for an exterior/interior clean plus $6 bucks to rinse my floor mats. The exterior was not towel dried, and I had to ask the attendant to dry the back of my car and rear window. The driver’s door handle still had salty road gunk on it so I asked the attendant for his towel to wipe it before getting back into my car. My leather seats in the back were all wet from the floor mats the attendant obviously placed on my backseat before putting them back on the floor board soaking wet. I had to ask the attendant for his towel again to dry my backseat. Get into the car and find two more towels sitting on the outside of my front window. Had to get back out to take those off. Driving home I realize the interior is just as dusty as before I brought it to WaterWay. Nothing in the interior had been cleaned. I called the manager (Dante) to complain and Dante said, “this is just the first time this has happened?” How many times should it happen before I complain Dante? Done! Don’t waste your money or your time.

They’re not responsible for any damages from the washes. One of my windshield was broken after getting a car wash. They said it’s not under coverage. The windshields aren’t expensive to be covered but they lost $35 monthly payments from me. Moreover, my car still has some stain after washes. So disappointed!!!

I was driving today when I hit a gallon of paint that fell out of the truck in front of me. I realized my car had a lot of paint on it so I went to the closest car wash I could find. I thought the prices were expensive but clearly didn’t have a choice. I’m leaving them 5 stars because they let me go through twice and the second time scrubbed my car down to get the excess paint off. Really appreciated them caring about getting my car clean when I was so distraught lol. Here’s a picture of the before. Don’t have an after but it’s completely clean!

Inside it was so tranquil. Warm and clean. It had such a nice hushed atmosphere like when you walk into a quiet museum. My wife and I felt that we should whisper. Such a pleasant change from the overly crowded in-your-face crappy food and junk snacks. You can watch the cars getting washed which the kids thought was the best! Outside it was so clean. An employee was walking around. He was neat and very presentable with his clean uniform tucked in. He greeted me as he walked by and was cleaning the pump guards. Overall this was a totally different experience at a gas station and I told my wife I’m now officially spoiled.

Not only do you they do a terrible job cleaning your car, their customer service is terrible. I paid for a full detail and my car was still filthy after they were done, as you can see from the pictures. I contacted Waterway about this and they had the general manger of this location contact me. All he did was offer me a couple free car washes. When I said I would prefer a refund because my car was not cleaned, he never replied. I contacted Waterway again and they never replied either.

Conveniently located automated car wash with towel dry service available for higher cost packages. Hot Wax Express is a good exterior wash, but you'll need to bring your own towel, as the automatic dryers leave water streaks.

I paid for "The Works" with an addition of cleaning the rubber floor mats, $51 total. The outside is clean enough, but I don't think they actually did anything on the inside except some vacuuming and the mats. There are still crumbs in cracks and cupholders, the dash wasn't wiped at all, etc. I tipped $20 thinking they must have done a good job since it took 20 mins and two people, but if I could I'd take back the entire tip and just have washed my whole car at home. A complete disappointment and waste of time.

Sunday 7/21 around 12:30pm. Absolute garbage carwash in and out. They couldn’t have done a worse job. I bought the top package, which is “the works.” I literally have to go home and redo the entire car. The least amount of effort was put into this and I will never be returning. All the way home I thought about turning around and going to ask for my money back, but I will just do this instead as it has a better impact. This place is trash and has gone extremely down the drain. Years ago you used to be able to come here and select an actual package (even this one) and get a good wash and detail inside. And for those who say well, why did you leave when it was like this? It’s because anyone who comes here knows that they rush you out of the line hand your keys back don’t ask you even how it looks just hand you your keys and walk away and you get barely even get a thank you for the tip you give for the trash work they did. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere or do it yourself. Again I’ll never return -not even for gas. Trash.

Awful awful experience, their machine ripped and ruined my cover tire and with the excuse that was a 3rd party item, they refuse to provide even a small refund. The car is not even clean !! $40 car wash for a very poor service. Warning, they do NOT care about you as customer. BAD BAD BAD The owner's canned reply asking me to “reach out” is laughable. With the volume of similar complaints over the past year, maybe it’s time to stop sending empty emails and start managing your staff. You’ve had enough warnings. Pictures speak volumes and mine show exactly what your service did. Take accountability. Customers deserve better than damage, deflection, and PR fluff
