Thought this would be a great place to get my car washed and vacuumed, payed $36 for the exterior and interior clean, an extra $8 to clean the mats. Well, they didn’t vacuum underneath the mats and my backseat is still covered in crumbs that obviously weren’t vacuumed. That was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I had to stop at a gas station to finish vacuuming my car! Seriously?

I paid $35 for a full service but they left the interior dirty. Im not sure how it works but I thought they would clean inside other than the dust. I drive kids in my car and they leave some food stains or crumbs that were left right there, not too bad but still they left the stains there. I guess Id rather pay $16 somewhere else for self wash and do it myself.

Wasted my money coming here. Got The Whole Thing, got talked into the upgrade for X washed at increased cost against my better judgement. Used it twice, both times utterly disappointing for $65. Both times the person cleaning my car refuted that the service came with a wax, so I never got it (see photo). Second time my windshield literally still had visible dirt on the outside when my car was called as being ready. That got wiped off with a dry rag. Seats and mats got vacuumed but dash was not wiped down, nor inside door handles, nor cupholders. Got the screen on the infotainment, though! They knocked the lens filter off my dashcam and I found it lying on the floor of my car. Console had lint from the rags all over it. A nice new scratch on the hood that isn't worth trying to fight about because it will just be denied. Needles to say I won't be using the remainder of my washes

I didn’t expect much from this company as is because of the reviews but I didn’t expect them to be this bad. I got a whole thing wash and paid more for the mats and they didn’t even complete every mat. The wipe down was not a wipe down but really just one wipe. Every surface still has residue and dust. At the start, I asked which wash does actual vacuuming (not just a quick pretend of vacuuming) and they said all so I went for the whole thing. Thats not the case. They did not vacuum either.

NEVER GOING BACK! Paid $54 for both exterior and interior. They didn’t even open the back of my car to vacuum. When I mentioned I had paid extra for the service, the guy working on my car — and even the one working on the car next to mine — laughed at me in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional and absolutely NOT worth it!

I go to this car wash frequently because it is close to my house. I went recently to specifically get my interior wiped down and vacuumed. I was told my car was ready, I tip $5 and drive away. As I'm driving away, the sun hits my dashboard and it's covered in dust still!

I paid for the "Whole Thing" service plus rubber mat wash ($50 plus) on Sunday 8/29 and noticed when I got home that inside the doors and hatchback were still very dirty, plus the rubber mat in the rear area did not get washed. Luckily I was given a coupon for another Whole Thing wash, so I went back today and stressed to them what didn't get cleaned. They put a paper on my dash stating QC inside doors and rear area. I briefly looked inside my door and it looked clean, but as I got home, noticed all of the other areas did not get cleaned very well. If I decided to use this location again, I'm going to have to do a complete walk around to make sure I'm getting what I paid for.

Obvious major damage to my vehicle. When we immediately showed it to the manager, Brian Blair, he said imposible, didn't even go and check his "equipment" to see if it was not calibrated correctly or was malfunctioning. When I went to see and video he threatened me and called the cops. Look at the pictures and make your own call. DON'T risk it, go someplace else ..This Car wash has been consistently going down hill the last few years. I had gift cards i have been trying to use up..regret not just throwing them away. Look at Yelp and BBB reviews...beware.

I nevvvver write reviews, but this place is so bad that it’s inspired me to warn folks. $50 for a deluxe detail and it doesn’t even look like they wiped any surfaces! Definitely am exterior only shop, don’t waste your money on a detail. Didn’t vacuum the seats, obviously, given the leftover pet hair. Just all around not great :/

Avoid this place and find a different car wash. Went here today to get my truck washed, and was severely disappointed in the quality of the wash. It’s frustrating when you spend $50 for a full service wash, and you have to finish cleaning up the rest of what you paid for at home. It looked as if they just took a dirty rag and spread around all the dirt. Vacuuming was incomplete, and there were areas in my car it didn’t even look like they touched. My running board was still caked with mud. If you are going to charge such outrageous prices for a car wash, I expect to get the same amount of quality for what I am paying for.

Hate to leave bad reviews but this just was not worth it. The people were really nice. Spent $58 and tipped. There were visible marks on the doors and seats that just needed to be wiped down. I just dont think they really care.

This is a picture of my dash AFTER I paid for the Whole Thing. They didn’t even wipe down my dash or anything on the front. The rest of the car looks pretty decent but for this to not even be touched is disappointing. I wouldn’t pay $65 (with tip) for this again.

Prices up.. quality down… I have gone to Water way for quite a long time and although I have heard poor reviews over the last 6 months, I had great service up until the last few visits but this one was really the worst. I bought the standard detail with the mats. I bought my car three months ago and barely drive it. It sits in a garage most of the time so it doesn’t not have a lot of dirt or wear. I was shocked when I started to drive away as I don’t know what they spent 15 minutes wiping down. I have leather seats so they shouldn’t have needed to do much but it looked like they didn’t do anything at all. I took it back for a second wipe down and I’m still not impressed. I had considered buying a membership to keep my new car pristine but I won’t be doing that. Since the prices have raised, the quality has gone down. So not only am I paying more, I’m tipping more so I might as well cough up an extra $30 and go to a more professional and reputable place where it will be consistent. Photos are all post wash like they never touched the car. It didn’t look that great the second time either.

Sigh… fool me once and all. This is the second time I’ve been to a Waterway Car wash. And in both cases, the kids working there were super polite, but the work done was terrible. Both inside and out. Sorry to have to say it, but y’all need to learn how to clean a car for that price.

What a ripoff. Paid $58 for a full carwash, interior and exterior and power wash the mats. The mats were soaking wet with mud still on them when I got in. The entire car was half cleaned. Had to go wash and clean the inside myself at a regular self-service wash afterward. Total scam. Never go here

Never coming back! I made the mistake of giving them a second chance after a bad first experience, and I regret it even more now. I paid over $43 for “interior” and exterior cleaning, plus extra for the mats and trunk — and they didn’t even vacuum! If I could give zero stars, I would. When I politely asked if they could clean the door pockets (since I paid for an interior cleaning), they told me that would require spending at least $50. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I paid $50 for a car wash that was supposed to include detailed cleaning of the tires and interiors, but I was quite disappointed with the results. The tire rims were still dirty, and the interior door panels still had visible mud. Honestly, I feel that if I had vacuumed and cleaned the car myself, it would have looked much better. Definitely not worth the price.

Extremely disappointed. I paid $50 and did not notice until I drove off because I was in a hurry to get to another appointment what poor of a job they did. Yes, they vacuumed (kinda, still hair on my seats) but the interior doesn’t even look like it was cleaned. There is so much dust left and crumbs. My doors don’t even look touched. Not acceptable. I would like the GM to contact me about this for a refund.

Got a Carwash done here and I gotta say, $50 for a full clean is overpriced for the final result. I was reading the reviews and thought I would be able to give a 5 star but unfortunately, not. The amount of dust still leftover, not to mention the spots where it looked like nothing happened, didn't make me happy. The customer service is good don't get me wrong, but I would not spend this amount of money again for having to clean the rest of my car myself. Not to mention, allot more scratches all over my paint that before.
