Fraud Issues! Used the car wash one time, and charged it to my credit card. They then started charging my credit card for the last four months without my consent for a monthly membership that I never signed up for. Have contacted them after each charge--and they just give me the run-around. Essentially, they are stealing money from me, that I never agreed to. I had to cancel the credit card to finally stop the fraudulent charges! Do not go there.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I had a membership with them for several months then I cancelled. I found out months after I was still charged for 6 months. I have all the proof needed to prove this and go to the Car wash itself. Turns out NO ONE can help you there. They only want to get your membership. They provided me the phone number for their headquarter. Guess what? The lady can only open a ticket for your case. NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL TOU BACK OR EMAIL. We kept calling and emailing. Email is only some AI which makes no sense what the reply to you. One day they decided to send us. Check for 2 months worth instead of 6 months they owe me. THERE’s no way to negotiate with anyone. CRAZY!!!! I’m here to alert everyone of their HORRIBLE MALPRACTICE! Now here I go to BBB and Nextdoor. Perhaps even I’ll take it to the local news!! I bet there’s more in the same boat as me.

I went in to Take 5 today for the first time and it was one of my best experiences at a cat wash! The associate Drew helped me by thoroughly explaining the different wash options and made me feel welcome. The whole experience was great and I would definitely recommend going!

I live right down the street from this car wash! I go once or twice a month, the towels are stocked, the bottles are full, they include cleaner for inside the widows and cleaner for wipe down the indie, I love that they offer this! Mike and Gabby do a fantastic job! They have been friendly every time I have seen them, they are both hard workers and always very helpful! I Will continue to be a client!

5-Star is definitely a 5 star company with 5 star quality! I’ve been going here for many years and my car always looks great after running through their wash. They also provide vacuums, glass cleaner, interior cleaner and microfiber cloths to wipe your car down. It’s all included and the service is always friendly. They provide a great value too! It’s very reasonably priced!

$562.00 in damage. Guy at body shop says he hears this all the time from Take 5 customers. Small print says it’s my fault. Take 5 takes zero responsibility. If they told me that immediately I would have dealt with it. Instead they give you a baloney number to call and never return the call. The response to this review will have the same baloney phone number that leads you to a call center out of the country. Overly aggressive brushes that leave scratches and other damage. Not worth it when there are so many other places. And their vacuums aren’t very powerful but that’s the least of the issues.

Just stopped here for a car wash after a road trip to Durango with my Bronco aka the bug magnet. Drew and Laura took extra care and attention to my car even stopping my car ahead of time to give it an extra scrub on the front where I had swaths of bugs. They were super nice and the car wash is always a fun treat when I can. Will definitely be coming back and hope to see Drew and Laura there again!

Been a loyal customer for long time and been sending people their way as well, today went to car wash trying to enjoy the beautiful day outta nowhere a lady who told me she was side manager name Annacel ( forgive me if i spelled it wrong) telling me I need my sticker on my windscreen, I said I do not want to put it on any of my windows, she was telling me the policy witch is ok, with horrible attitude telling me either that or cancel my membership, never had an issue with anyone there always joyful and showing respect to the hard working people there, till today and the gentleman next to her they had 0 customer service manners, never let me finish Any Sentence kept on interrupting my conversation, left me no choice had to start recording just in case any argument in the future, will need to report a extremely rude and poor customer service experience and they cancelled me without letting me finished what I was saying, which is from the beginning I asked everything. I will need to tell all the family friends tand my client to cancel as well, sad nowadays customer service is dead. Good luck when you need anything at a customer service place.

I was hoping that the new equipment would have eliminated the zebra strips of dirt and would actually wash the bird crap off the hood of my car. The owners probably paid hundreds of thousands of dollars on this new equipment, but it’s just not adjusted properly yet. Back to hand washing again I guess. How frustrating when all you need is a quick, quality car wash close to home! You should offer quality control towel-offs of the cars coming out of the wash for free for a period of time to determine where your new equipment is falling short, and then actually follow through and have the necessary adjustments made. I have been going to this car wash under different owners since 2002.

Used to be a pretty decent Car Wash, but due to new management, good employees leaving and a takeover by a different car wash company, service and quality has gone downhill in the past month. 15 minutes out in the street waiting in line for a car wash that only has one tunnel open and with different gate locations. The new owners should have done their homework better and left the gates where they were and got the number one register working or install the new one on the other side of the gate instead of having everybody bottleneck into a dual gate system that my pickup truck won't even fit through in 1 turn anymore. They should have stayed closed until all construction was done. The new layout will be their downfall and unfortunately good employees will take the rap for that.

I have had an annual membership at the Highland Ranch University car wash since it opened. When it was sold the 1st time it was fine, no real change in quality or service. Since the most recent change f ownership it is quite frankly the worst experience you could imagine while trying to simply get your car washed by a drive thru, non-human contact, machine. Up until the new change, members oils drive up, the arm would open after wading the window tag and you can head on in to the wash. I went there a little over a month ago and it was under construction. Went a few days later and was told to go the Town Center car wash as that one is working. Sure, by now I really needed a car wash. One that had been prepaid for with my annual membership. Within the last few days they have opened I have tried to get in, but I really don’t want to wait 30+ minutes to get a car wash in what used to takes literally seconds to do. The lines are so long you can’t get to Ace, it;’s an issue on many levels.

I went through the car wash and when it was done there was still water on the car so I was wiping it dry with a towel and saw all these scratches. There are some really deep spots on the front where the paint is completely gone. There are also scratches on both sides of the car. The worker also told my friend that was with me at the time that the nicer cars like range rovers get scratched and are the ones that usually do get scratched in the carwash. My car is a range rover. The scratches are pretty visible all around and I’m sure there are more if I looked more closely but from a first glance I noticed all these on the pictures right away.

I come here all the time and always leave with a great experience. The membership for unlimited washes is absolutely worth it. They always give great customer service and even helped me when I had to bring in a large truck rather than my small car. The vacuums are amazing as well and they have trash cans at the vacuums! Will always stay a member.

December 19, 2025 I entered the wash tunnel. Pretty quickly the moving belt sent my directly into the car that entered before me, plus 4 other cars ahead of them. All cars crashed together, and bounced against bumpers non stop without any sort of emergency stop triggering the car wash belt to stop. The car wash belt tried to keep us all moving forward. We looked like bumper cars. I signaled with my horn however an employee did not stop the system. I was stunned by the no response effort of the car wash employees. I looked into my rear view mirror and watched a huge white suv approach my small car. That suv crashed into me forcing my car into and against the car in front of me, and then pushed that car into the person in front of them causing all car bumpers to hit repeatedly together. Still nothing triggered the car wash system to stop. I then honked my horn non stop. Finally an employee stopped the system. It took a several minutes to resolve the situation before all cars were allowed to exit. One of the young male employees attempted to get the cars to move forward. He was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. There was damage to my car. Cost for repair over $2k. After exiting the car wash tunnel I requested to speak to a manager. The new assistant manager of three days called the manager. She was told by the manager I had to approach the other drivers in the tunnel for resolution for the damage to my car. He said the car wash wash not responsible for the damage to my car just because the system didn’t have an emergency shut off, and the system did not stop while each car continuously bounced off of each other. He told me I needed to find the white suv that hit me, and that car collisions between cars inside the tunnel had to be taken care of between customers. They gave me a plate number to contact the driver that hit me. He stated the car wash was not responsible for the tunnel collisions with all cars involved even though the belt moving us forward did not stop during the pile up of cars. I met with the manager the next day. I asked several questions for my clarification. With not even an apology from him. Until I asked. The next day December 20th I cancelled my membership. To date the car wash continues to charge my credit card. Unfortunately, I need to make contact with someone at the car wash again. I thought the termination of my membership was taken care of on December 20th.

This car wash is terrible. Very poor wash quality and very abrasive on your paint as the first applicator drags dirt across your car paint before your car is rinsed off. Service is very poor. Expect to wait a long time for a very poor quality wash. The wheel wash cylinders are broken.
