Normally this place is great. Today, even though they weren't busy, they didn't spray down my car with a pressure washer to prep it for the car wash. Didn't even try to cut down and spray off all the ice that had accumulated on my car. There were plenty of people working the wash, but I guess they just didn't care.

This is the best business model ever. For a 30$ monthly membership, I can get unlimited wash, dries and vacuuming as needed. This saves time, money and keeps my car in amazing shape. Highly recommend!

I got the $14 dollar, tier 2 wash, in my brand new truck. First car wash the car has had. The workers dried the truck and did a bad job, leaving streaks on the entire body, and on top of it, the wash left a nasty, circular scratch on the rear passenger side door. Terrible experience for $20 with tip, and now having to fix scratches on a brand new vehicle. ***just wanted to update that even though the company reached out to “make it right”, they never responded to me and did nothing to solve this. Stay away from this business.

I did paid for $57 dollars to full service and they never vacuum my trunk and seats. This is not the first time that this happens. I went there again today hoping to get different results but nothing changed. They didn’t vacuum my seat and under the seats. This is why I cancel my membership. Disappointed.

Important to say, this is review base on what I used to interme of car wash in Israel. This is my first time experiencing car wash in the USA, I didn't know exactly what to expect for so paid the fully detailed service(which the basic indoor&outdoor in Israel) I Paid more than twice where I come from. looks like it's more like wiping service not cleaning. My seats and doors left with stains, And the outside wasn't clean fully too, and this is a new car!! One more thing, they don't open the back door, like it's not part of the car 😂 Very poor service! *The Windows were cleaned very nice from the inside so I'm adding another star.

I just like to share when I went there that evening. The manager told me that he had no responsibility of understanding that I had a blue membership and I told him I needed my math clean and my windows clean so I don’t care. Have a great day and I’ve been with them for some quite some time. Never experienced this in my life. Thank you for asking my experience.

It’s really not worth at all. Very very bad service. I selected car wash and interior vacuuming. Car wash was good but interior vacuuming is THE WORST. Very very disappointed with the result

Are you kidding me they changed $30 for a full Service car wash is inside and outside, which is a bad cause you could use as many times but they have no help so you have to wait 40 minutes to get your car washed. That’s crazy.

After the first wash of my car, I was upset that my wheels were full of mud and not cleaned even after I paid $16 for a single wash. I got in the line again to have my car washed again. They supposedly cleaned it. The two pictures: after the first wash and after the second wash. What is the point of car wash if I am paying $16, getting in line twice but having to leave with dirty wheels with wheel-tire washing service?

I had a great experience at Waterway Car Wash in Pepper Pike thanks to Heather. She was friendly, professional, and made sure my car was spotless before I left. You can tell she cares about the customers and her team. The whole process was smooth, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back—thanks, Heather!

Upon entering the Waterway Carwash I asked about cleaning my wheels. I was steered towards 2 options The Whole Thing for $44 or the Wheel Deal for $32. I chose the Wheel Deal. The picture shows the condition of my wheels upon completion of the wash. I indicated that I had expected a better job. I was told that they were unable to clean any further and suggested I go to another store to purchase a wheel cleaner. The lesson I learned was, don’t bother paying for more than a basic wash at Waterway.

Great experience and great wash. Lots of people helping dray cars and even though busy they moved along at a faster clip than I expected them to. I will use them again and only wish they were a bit closer to my home

My go to place for carwashes. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Had an issue where I had a little damage. The manager was very responsive and helpful finding a resolution. It is the only issue I have ever had and go a few times a month.

These kids are working for crumbs in Inhumane freezing working conditions. These kids are out in the freezing cold 🥶 touching water, wiping cars down with frozen water stuck in the towels. While the owner is a millionaire Atleast build a fully indoor heated facility for the kids to work in the winter The machine touch wash materials are also ruining the cars, make it touchless while utilizing the workers to whip the cars down still using leaf blowers to dry the vehicles, if any towel must be used, use quality PLUSH towels. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I got the “The Whole Thing”, which includes a full exterior wash, several protectants, hand drying of the exterior, interior vacuuming and wiping down of console, dash, steering wheel, and mats (plus a bunch of other stuff). I asked them not to use tire shine, which was also included in the package. When they were finished, there were crumbs in the cup holder, dirt still on the front, back, and side of the car, and the floor mats were basically untouched and covered in salt (see photos). The streaks left on the interior of the windshield made them dirtier than they were before the wash. They also used tire shine on the drivers side but not the passenger side, even though I asked them not to use it at all. The manager on duty was great. He apologized, sent me back through the wash to get the remaining dirt off the exterior, and gave me a coupon for another free wash. This manager is the reason I didn’t give one star, he was genuinely helpful. For a $57 car wash though, I expected better.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the interior Cleaning service. I purchased the "everything" package and while the outside of the car looks fine, The inside of the car barely looks touched. You can tell the door frames and car mats (which was an Upcharge) were wiped down, but that's about it. For $55 I would expect them to at least use a vacuum on the car seats, but I guess I was just hoping for the quality of waterway past. I don't plan on going back to waterway, there are much better, less expensive options elsewhere.

Do not wash your car here! Came for full service here, paid over 60$ and I’m just shocked how little care they put into cleaning the car! They didn’t power wash it, all exterior stains are in place, there is mud in door frames, windows are also stained, don’t even get me started on the interior of the car. I would give 0 stars if I could! Outrageous!

Don't go here for interior unless you have at least 1 hour. They assume everyone knows their format, but I did not. The line wasn't to the road, so I went for it, but as I exited the drive-thru portion I didn't know where to go for my interior cleaning. I picked the end lane since it was empty. Then as I gathered my stuff to wait in their bldg, I was I was told to pull up to a station with no vacuum ~ I asked how is the interior going to get cleaned with no vacuum? At this point they looked at my receipt and said I should back up into a different lane. But all lanes were filled 2 deep, so they then told me I had to drive thru the wash again and someone would direct me to the vacuum area as I exited. Having just come thru, I knew no one was stationed there so I asked where am I supposed to go as I exit? After 3 tries to get the answer I was finally told to go into any lane except the end lane, but because of the kerfuffle they'd take my vehicle right away. Nope. Not only was no one there to direct me, I was told it would be at least another 25 min or more to wait on interior, since I was 2nd car in my vacuum lane. When I asked how will I know when it's done, I was told they'll pull my vehicle out to a line. When I saw my vehicle at the line I went out, but it was obviously not done, as my floor mats weren't there! So back to wait more. Finally a nice young man came to say it was done, but for the results I got vs time spent, it's not something I'll do here again. It truly took an hour just for exterior (x2!) and a half-baked interior job. I will say they did fabulous on my floor mats, but I'm not impressed by their communications, etc. If the experience had gone smoothly I would have felt it was reasonably priced.

Very disappointed with the service at Waterway Car Wash in Pepper Pike. I paid about $60 for the full-service interior and exterior package, including interior cleaning and extra charges for my floor mats and trunk mat. Despite the five-day clean guarantee, my car wasn’t clean when I left. The center console, cup holders, gear shift area, and door handles still had crumbs, dirt, and debris. My floor mats were power washed but still had debris stuck to them and were put back into my car soaking wet, with puddles left behind. This is my third or fourth visit, and every time there’s something that hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I always end up finishing the job myself. My car was not excessively dirty to begin with. I’m also constantly pressured to sign up for a membership, which doesn’t make sense when the basic service isn’t being done properly. I won’t be returning.
