Thank you Jason for washing the drivers side mat. Jason offered to clean/scrub all four of mats. Jason even dried the mat for me. He was very informational about the car wash. He told me a lot about what the car wash machines and what they can do. Jason gave me a nice coupon that I will use. I am very grateful for the free vacuums. I love how they are on both sides and that there is enough room. This place was very clean. As a young woman, I felt very safe. Overall he was very nice, always ready to help. I go to a lot of car washes and none of them are this clean, helpful, and convenient .

This business has been next door to me for a long time without me noticing it. Then I went to Yukon and tried Okie Wash. When I found this is a different company (like 711 vs OnCue) I changed membership! The mix of service, self-service and automation at the right price. The only problem is to ask attendants for towels and a few vacuums do not work.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU- especially if on an automatic payment. This is a nice car wash! I really enjoy having a membership there and come very often! However, when I signed up I was told it was $20 a month, and happily signed up. They’ve been slowly raising it every month and I just noticed this month I was charged $29. When I called to ask why, the gentleman was nice but explained that it will continue to go up Everytime I’m charged basically, and that should’ve been explained to me when I signed up. Well it wasn’t and I’ve actually never heard them explain that to anyone, as my friend is who suggested this car wash. Feels very very scammy. Would not sign up for any memberships, just pay as you go.

I have never been more disappointed. I pulled up to the car wash and couldn’t figure out the prices. Before I knew it it was gonna charge me $25 for a wash. Wanted to leave but there were cars behind me. So I went on through, I had had a lot of bird poop on my car especially in drivers door once through the wash I looked and it was still showing quite a bit left. So I called them and asked for a refund. For 3-4 weeks I kept getting the run around. I didn’t want a free wash I wanted my money nack. Was told multiple time I would be contacted in 24-48 hrs. No one ever contacted. Finally someone said I should receive my refund in 1-2 days. Again no refund. Last time I called I was informed they do not give refunds. I could have a free was but couldn’t get my money back. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

The Staff at Watershed has always been Respectful to me. I take at least 5 cars thru for a wash daily. And not once has a vehicle been damaged. Car lifestyle has a commercial account with Watershed. My advice is to get an unlimited wash for the month. Save yourself money and Ride clean...Thanks to all a The Staff that makes it happen. Happy New Year 2025

15-dollar wash and the windows aren't even clean. The top roller brush didn't come down, and the attendant said it was because I had a crack on my windshield. Said if it had come down, it could have spidered my windshield. That's risky if your top roller creates that much down pressure. You might want to remove any attends or sunroof equipment if that is the case. This is not your place for a 15-20 dollar wash.

I thought I loved this place even though the car wash wasn't as thorough as it should be. My thoughts have changed because of the problems I had today. I posting pics of the wash job and a new towel policy where they don't put towels out for you to use. You have to walk/find an employee and they will go a retrieve 2 towels for you. Huge hassle. Inferior clean. I'm gonna try Zips.

Be careful, buyerbeware, they tell you. You get unlimited car washes for $16 a month, and then we'll secretly upgrade your plan to a hot wash and start charging you $30 a month. They secretly have been stealing money from me for the past four months and won't return my money

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Car Wash and Exceptional Service!** I recently visited ,and I couldn't be more impressed! The car wash itself was top-notch, leaving my car sparkling clean. What truly set this place apart was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. It's rare to find such a combination of quality service and genuinely nice people. Highly recommend watershield car wash to anyone looking for a great car wash experience!

I have used this carwash frequently on 23rd St. It has been mostly satisfactory; howbeit at times I would have to spot clean some areas. I always get the basic wash. Well last December 2024, I went through and about two weeks later I noticed on the passenger side a long streak/scratch from the front to the rear passenger door. At first I thought I was keyed or sideswiped, but that does not explain the consistency of the scratch on my car from the front to rear. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I would add photos, but my car is white and it will not show the damage very well.

I don't go to this car wash often as it is not near where I live, so I haven't been here many times. For the most part, I have had a positive experience with the interactions I've had at this car wash. I did like that the car was was fast. BUT NOTHING makes up for the damage done to my car. After completing what I thought was a routine car wash, I found that a silver accent on my car had been torn from the door. The weather stripping had been pulled out and torn as well. A scratch or two here and there, yes, that happens at automatic washes. But this, to deface a small section of my vehicle, NO. I went to the car wash the next day to see if perhaps we could find the accent piece or figure out what could be done, I was advised that they would check into it after closing and contact me. That did not happen. I went again the next day to follow up and was given a "sorry, ma'am". I am sorry. I will be sure to advise everyone that I know to stay far away from this place unless they wish to risk car damage.

So tired of having to complain over and over and over and over that they continue to leave the damn music playing when they shut down overnight and we have a bedroom that faces that car wash and it keeps my son up at night. Just not acceptable. I am going to be contacting corporate this time. I'm tired of it.

Changing the review, their machine ripped my tag assembly off my 25k jeep and they are refusing to compensate me. Now he wants to waste my time explaining in person why he isn't liable for damages to my vehicle, citing a small dent that didn't affect the functionality of the tag assembly. I'm unhappy with the conversation I had. He made excuses, despite an employee assuring me on the day it happened that it would be taken care of and that I'd receive a call by the end of the day. When a company representative sees what happened and promises coverage, I expect that promise to be honored. Your machine knocked my assembly off once before, which I had repaired. After about 10 washes, the machine ripped it off again, destroying the assembly, the light socket, and my tag. His response was to accuse me of backing into something. I recorded the call, where he gave three different excuses for not paying. I don't see the need to discuss this further and waste time being blamed. If the answer is you're not covering it, I'll pay for the damages and have the shop that repaired it last time provide a receipt for that day as well, and my lawyer will contact you.

Hate to do this to my once favorite carwash But the brushes that touch the car have severely chipped my Mercedes benz top coat! This is the only carwash I've used in a year. Yes i started at another location, but im talking collectively! I use to get car washes 3 to 4 times a week but it's chipping my top coat paint! I have a monthly subscription and I have had to sign up my membership 4 times now due to system problems. Its nerve racking to have a membership fast pass and can't pass thru. Also ive noticed scratches on my back spoiler as well. Guess i will have to find a touch less car wash!

Water shed is a good car wash with good vacuums at $18 a month. If you don’t get in there more than one time a month then you’re paying 18 for one wash they don’t keep towels out because people steal them so you have to go all the way to the bay and ask for them

Its a great car wash as long as all there brushes are working but also Zachary Daniel one of the guys that works here is always smiling and very kind and helpful wouldbe even better if people would help take care of stuff more there like the bug prep put stuff back instead of leaving it on the ground to get broken people

One of the nice things this family-owned car wash offers is microfiber cloths that are moistened for effectiveness. But, they are ofen less generous with them than they once were. I know that people steal (or maybe accidentally walk away) with them, but it is a standout feature in this area. My vacuums usually work. I love the high-pressure air to get water out of the creases of the car. Anyway, it has diminished some. The happy hour wash keeps me coming back, but the work is harder.

The cheapest wash is $10 and it isn't worth it. My car is always still dirty after. I have been here several times and the more expensive washes don't do any better, they just spray wax and make your windows oily. I only went back bere because i still had money left on a gift card.
