I had a horrible experience with Angel. I bought a membership that day and cancelled it within 20min. My car would not go through the wash, this kid talked down on me and had poor communication on how I was supposed to exit the wash and I almost hit another car. I requested a refund and cancellation since I didn't even go through the wash. I was never refunded my money. Avoid at ALL cost. I ended up going to Club Carwash and the service was EXCELLENT. Great wash and vaccums were amazing. My bad experience with this location and Angel ended up being a blessing in disguise. Skip this location and head to Club Carwash.

This place is awesome! Friendly staff, good wash and the vaccumes are great! Towels and air to help detail your car. And I can’t say enough about the friendly staff! I will definitely keep coming back!

My main premise/request: Please change/secure the vacuum heads & increase the suctionnn 😬 There was a previous car wash here that was replaced by this one earlier this year I think, & I loved going to it! The prices/wash quality were the same but the vacuums at the other car wash were so much better (it wasn’t a Watershed, btw. They tore it down & placed the Watershed here). All Watershed locations have those wide vacuum heads that just don’t do enough. The hose will detach from the vacuum head attachment while using it & there’s not enough suction at all to clean your car thoroughly. The attachment is super bulky & wide so it can’t get between the seats- it sadly doesn’t do the job for me. A plus here though are the towels (I took a pic before they could refill it lol disregard) they let you use, & the attendees are always very kind & helpful always!! I tried out the free membership for a month ($10/month) & I appreciated it a lot. However, I’m particular about the inside of my car & if I pay for a wash, I generally will want to clean the inside too every time. I don’t think I’ll renew my membership this time, but maybe later in the future due to convenience! Okie Express is way across town & there are so many Watershed locations here in OKC (no shade at all bc I do like this place)!

Spend your money somewhere else. In the past I’ve had pre treatment even when selecting the cheapest wash and always prepared and happy to tip but today the employee was too busy on his phone to even guide me in let alone pretreat for the wash I selected. When I drove around to the vacuum stalls I saw my car was just as dirty and the same employee was still perched up focused on his phone. I’ve had better pricing and service at Charlie’s Car Wash so I will continue to go there.

I love this monthly membership and bought a new car with the same license plate I attached from my old vehicle. They changed it in the system easily and it was no hassle like I thought it might be. Strongly suggest going here especially if it's on the way home. Plus, there are several locations . No excuse to have a dirty car that's for sure 👌 💯 🙂!

DO NOT use watershed if you care about your car. I had been a loyal customer for a while until I went through and their wash destroyed my side view mirror on my 2022 Tesla. I felt one of the rollers smash into the side of my car, tearing apart the mirror and leaving a deep scratch directly under it. I filed a claim with their corporate and they are refusing to pay because according to them, damaging customers cars is normal operation of their car wash. I will not ever be back and I suggest no one who has a nice car, or cares about their car at all ever use this carwash. The fact that this happens so often that they have a claims team in their corporate office should tell you everything you need to know. BEWARE

If anything I would give all these 5/5, because the only car wash which keeps pressure air hoses to remove water from side mirrors and front grills, vacuum and cloths to wipe inside out. PS:- people please stop stealing their cloths, they are slowly reducing the number of cloths to be kept at station. 2. Pic could be from another location same car wash.

It's a great deal to pay $18 and wash your car an unlimited number of times. I live in a condo. My parking spot is right under a tree, so if the tree isn't shedding something that completely covers my car, the birds cover it. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. Vacuuming is free. REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR FLOOR MATTS W U. I LOST MINE HERE.

Updated review. Not able to easily login and cancel membership online. I left a voicemail for rhem to call me about the memebership and login. Will update once this has been resolved. I was able to cancel at rhe carwash location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Car wash is okay.

Not very happy about the quality of the car wash I received. I felt like the whole car wash lasted maybe 30 seconds if that and the car is STILL DIRTY. Like I still have bird poop on my windshield
