This car wash is useless, half the brushes don't even touch my car. I drive a honda CR-V .The only reason I come here is because I had a gift card. Pics are of my car after the wash.

Reasonably priced drive- through car wash, vacuum worked perfectly. No issues. The 2 employees there were friendly and helpful. The area itself was well-maintained, very clean and a good location. I went early on a week day so only a few other customers were there at the time. As a result, there was no waiting, plus it was nice and quiet 👍

As I was lining up to enter the wash, my car runner was up. When the machine clamped to my tire, it tore my runner off. After reviewing footage they claimed that it was my fault and that they are not responsible for after market parts, my automatic runners came with my SUV from the factory . In addition, it also messed up my wheels. It cost me $650.00 to replace the parts that was broke going thru this place.

I had a membership, but just cancelled it. This location was great at first, but has gone downhill drastically. One of side spinner brushes has been missing several rows for several months now. However, the past 2 days I’ve gone through it doesn’t even do half the stuff I pay for on the level of membership I pay for. The past 2 days I’ve had to go through twice and it still not washing my car. Yesterday I exited the car was the first time with soap still all over my car.

I like this car wash and I'm very happy with the location. I will say that if you buy the subscription it's a good deal; however, it drives me insane that I have to press buttons on the screen to say "no" to the upsell questions - just let me in to wash my car! They have had significant turnover as well and some of the attendants need some more training.

I was looking for places with free air for cleaning the inside of my car, and found this places and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to put in my number for a free wash, which saved me for sure. The two young men working Friday at 11am 05/06, specifically the one who was running the entrance booth, were extremely pleasant and proficient (and didn’t judge my yucky car lol). Very great and will totally come back

This place was giving free carwashes today for they're Grand Opening, so I decided to pull in since we had a lot of snow latley. The attendant gave me her sales spill and was very kind in doing so. They're prices are SUPER REASONABLE from what I heard. I drove through the car wash and It did its thing. My truck was pretty dirty from all the snow and salt on the roads latley and this carwash did an extremely good job and even blow dried it off afterwards. Will be coming back for sure.

The car was smashed my running board. Still waiting to hear from the business. The employees filled out an incident report and said they would take care of the damages. Have not heard a word from them, poor business practice. Used the one on N W 39th and Penn Ave. Horrible experience, terrible business practice.

I’m not gonna tell you to go here or not…however my car looks amazing compared to the cars that didn’t. Results, drive, passion is what drives this car wash and makes them stand out from others. In every step of every worker they have a special something that makes you feel at home but a place to have peace while pimping your ride. The price is right!!

I went by car wash today 1-31-26 didn't have sign up that's closed. The bug station you have to always tell them to turn the water on and the brushes are trash and half the vacumes don't work and I'm paying $35 bucks a month not even close to being worth it but it's Southside but should be better than this

I am absolutely mortified with my visit today. First of all, the car wash machine ripped off my windshield wiper and left scratches on my car when I pulled into the vacuum station. There was no towels to try to check the scratches or wipe the water off. The vacuum strength was so strong. That I couldn't vacuum my car, and all there was was a girl spraying the concrete down with a hose. This was the absolute worst experience out of all the locations, and it's to the Point that i'm just dissatisfied to the point.I'm canceling my membership

This review is on the company and not the actual workers... Every time I went to one of these carwashes the employees were great! The business practice however is not great... Keep an eye on your bank statements because the company will charge you twice a month for a (Monthly) membership fee. I am currently dealing with this and have had multiple months where I have been charged the monthly fee twice. Another Issue I am having right now is cancelling my membership... The workers will create an account for you while at the carwash, with your phone or email for monthly withdraws. However, you have to go to the actual site to have a login portal sent to you. You need access to this portal to change or cancel your card. Only issue is, you have to submit that you forgot your password since there was no password setup at the creation of your account. the catch is, when you click "forgot password/don't have password" it says that it will send you a password reset link to your phone or email but no link ever comes through... even after multiple attempts, so you are stuck locked out of your account. I'm sure you can go to an actual carwash and have them cancel it but I I'm not sure as I didn't try this... Just got lucky and had a new card issued, so just leaving the cancelled card on file.

The employees were very nice and helpful, but my experience with the service was disappointing. This was my first time using them and the wash ripped off my antenna cover. It’s upsetting that I didn’t notice the antenna cover was missing until after I had already left.

I'll give one star only. Because at least the staff was nice, helpful and courteous, but the car wash itself sucked one of the worst ones I've ever been to. It didn't even clean. my car at all, there was dirty brush marks.. I ended. up finching it off with a wet RAG.
