Hi y'all, Nice people here. The wash doesn't get all my dirt, I expect more for the $15 wash. I Like that their vacuums work and they have a dust blower for tiny spaces! They do have member specials on their pricing.

It's nice to have a location near. They don't even have the same number of wheel sponge thingies as other watersheds I have seen I think it's due to the smaller lot size. This one uses hardly any soap and I just got a new car and I hear a thud on the bottom of my car. I never heard a thing in my suv. For all I know it could be an issue with my car I'm not sure yet. However, I prefer to drive to 59th and Penn it comes out way cleaner. The people are really nice hard workers at both of those locations! Always nice to see smiling faces.

Went in last week to wash my truck and I was satisfied with the service. The only thing that I didn’t like is the bug prep which is located near the entrance to the place. Apparently, you need to get it ready there before you come into the wash bay as the packages don’t include that. But other than that, I really loved having towels available beside the vacuums! It really comes in handy when you forget to bring a towel to dry off the vehicle!

Vacuums are good and service people were great however $15 for a car wash that didn’t even remove all the dead splattered bugs off the front of my car, windshield, or backs of the side mirrors is disappointing.

This carwash is trash . Don't waste your money. The vacumes hardly work and the water for floor mats almost never works . You gotta ask for towels and the tag reader pure garbage never works have to wait 6 minutes and wait for someone open gate . This car wash makes money they need to fix their equipment and quit being so damn cheap.The watershed on 44th shields . Don't go to this car wash 😡

The quality here has gone down in the past year. The bug and tar pretreat was out of service. They didn’t have any towels and the vacuums didn’t have the pressure they used to have. Not sure if all locations are this poorly run, but I will not go to this one again.

Probably worth it if you get a subscription. The spots the washed missed I could run off with my finger with almost no force at all and only about 30% of my wheels got touched, I’m sure if you went consistently your washes would be good. The biggest issue I have and honestly a deal breaker for me, is you can’t vacuum between your seats. Every vacuum has the same bulky angled head making it impossible to get even close to getting between there. Other than that great place and staff

My family and I have been a frequent Watershed guests since they opened & have always received exceptional service. Today, I witnessed Maegan leading and coaching her team of 3 as I went through the gate & waited to get our vehicle on the tracks. When I see outstanding performance at any local business, I’ve got to call it out. Her determination to move business along while handling training and working alongside the whole team, & being there to greet each of us Watershed members too, is deserving of serious consideration for growth within Watershed management. She’s able to do the work it takes to keep things moving upward for the business, w/o question. Guys, you’ve got more than a regular manager over there, her entire team included.

It takes me 3 times as long to get the car clean and it's still a worse result than club car wash. No one pressure washing, so you get to scrape the bugs off yourself, hope you brought a rag, cause they ain't got em. The car comes out soaking. The bottom half is covered in soap scum and dirt that wasn't removed by the wash. I have fresh damage to my rims because there isn't enough time to straighten your vehicle out before you hit the tracks. I could go on but I will stop here.
