I have taken my car there a few times through the touch cad wash. Everytime I come out, my car is clean but it seems the shine on my car is less and less. Also the dryer doesn't stay on long enough to get car even half dry. Definitely nothing to right home to mom about.

Been here several times. Love the self washing especially after they added foam guns. The foam smells great, clean your car pretty well. This place allows you to pause the timer whenever you want so you can wait for the foam drips and brings the dirt to the ground. One thing I wanna complain is the pressure of the foam is kinda disappointing. I really hope you guys can increase the pressure so we can get thicker foam.

Do not use the automatic car wash at this place! I paid for the highest (triple wash) and upon finishing my car was not clean. The dirt was still visible as if I only sprayed water onto to car. I drive a brand new car so it wasn’t that dirty to begin with however this car was sucks ! I brought a towel from the dispenser and by the time I was done wiping off my car the once white towel was black ( my car is beige) . Makes me wonder if when I let the people in the inside wash it does it really get clean. Zero stars. And the dispensary for supplies took my change.

The bays are well maintained and all the nozels and sprays work well. This was my first time using a self wash as I usually wash in my driveway, but my car was caked in mud from some time off road. The high pressure wash rinsed it away like it was nothing. Easy to use, pretty cost effective for what you get, and the facilities are nice, and open 24 hours. Can't really ask for anything more.

This car wash includes both self service bays and touch free automated cleaning. I did the self sevice bay which included 4 different tools to wash your car, including a high pressure hose, foamy brush, dryer and waxing tool. The drier was not very effective. However, the high pressure cleaner worked great and the ease of washing your car was apparent. The vacuum, carpet cleaning and fragrance station were also an incredible touch that really added to the place. Its a wonderful car wash spot.

Excellent car wash. The proprietor keeps a very clean establishment and all of the equipment is in great condition. There are lots of options to wash your car by hand. But I love the laser wash the most because it has a ceramic wax option that makes my car look spectacular!

Just used the touch free car wash, bought the max wash $16. my truck is only a month old, only slightly dirty. The triple foam only did one side. When all said and done my truck still has about 75% of the dirt i went in with and now also water spots. So much for the spotless rinse. Don't waste your time or money.

Did not disappoint! This was my first time using a laser touchless car wash. I was skeptical because the brush car wash always misses spots on my car at other places. This place not only hit every spot on my car but the shine on my car as I dried it off is something to be proud of. My car has a hyper-white paint job with iridescent flakes in it so you can tell when my car shines. I'm going back to get the monthly membership. I will post photos soon

Water Works Catonsville used to be my go-to after class, but quality has dropped. The tri-color foam is weak, and soaps often run out and don’t get refilled for days. The touch-free wash needs maintenance—a bird even pooped on my car while drying because of a nest inside. The self-serve bays are great, and staff is friendly, but the membership sticker they put on is a pain to remove. Disappointed lately.

My husband and I googled this place we usually use suds Ville cross the street but they had great ratings on the laser wash.We will be coming here from now on the vacuums actually work really good and give you a whole five minutes the laser wash was one of the best washes you can get for laser for automatic wash. There prices beat anyone around basic is 10 next level 12 and top tier is 16 which anywhere else is double that only thing the dryer on car wash stopped when it had 17 secs left but other than that this def a go to spot they even have the monthly rates and u can pick what level u want for the month

I was happy to find this place with mamy positive reviews, but i am disappointed by the results. I paid for the $14 touchless wash and my car looks almost exactly the same as it did before. Not a spec of dirt gone.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an incorrect charge during my car wash. During the wash, I followed the on-screen instructions and pressed the “Stop” button twice on the credit card terminal to end the timer. The display clearly showed 5 minutes and 8 seconds, and I was charged $5.50, which was reasonable and expected. However, 20 mins later I noticed that my statement showed a charge of $16.00, which corresponds to the maximum time charge. This indicates that the system continued timing and charging me automatically, even though I had successfully stopped the session as instructed and saw the timer end on the screen. This is clearly a system bug or a malfunction. Unfortunately, there was no staff present on-site and no clear way to report the issue at the location. As a result, I have already initiated a dispute with Chase Bank regarding this charge. I am writing to formally report this issue and request a correction/refund for the incorrect charge.
