I was involved in an accident at this car wash location, another customers vehicle died in the front of the line and the person behind them was pushed into them by the conveyor belt and I was pushed Into the back of the person who had a hitch on the backend. This situation could’ve been avoided had the associate working pressed the emergency stop button. Its been almost 2 months since that accident and Chip the manager has since been supposed to provide me the police report and let me know the outcome of the claim, however he is now avoiding calls and text messages and I can’t get anyone at the car wash to answer the phone. I would love to have this resolved without involving a lawyer however that seems like my best course of action.

I've been going to this carwash for a few months now. Never had any issues. I had great service from Treazore. An employee from there. She was helpful with getting info and with getting the vacuums to work. The place is also never busy when I go so it's a quick wash and back to the rest of my day. 18 Feb 2026 Went to Washplex again for a car wash. I was trying to use their vacuums and got some assistance from one of the employees named Javonte. He was awesome. He got the vacuum system I was parked at to work better then it was when I got there and got me a rag to wipe down my car after the car wash. Great job!

I visited this car wash on April 2,2023 for a quick wash and left with serval scratches all over my truck at that time I had only had my truck for 30 days. I made an incident report with the company. I met with the general manager on April 19,2023 who told me that the placement of the scratches indicated that the damages came from the carwash, I was then told that the incident report would be sent to the financial team and that he would call later that night with an update, but I never got an update. After that meeting everything went downhill, I couldn't get anyone from the store on the phone and when I did no one could give me any information, then the store number was changed to a call center. I've been calling trying to get updates for two months now. fast-forward today I called for an update and was told that my claim was denied without an explanation from the call center associate. I asked for a number for someone else who could explain to me why my claim was denied. and was told by the associate that she had to way to contact anyone outside of the main store. I voiced my frustration for the lack out communication then the associate had advised me to visit the main store which i did and it was pointless the two men that were there tried to use a double team tactic by convincing me that my car was previously damaged when I drove it off the car lot 30 days prior to the incident. They laughed at me when I told them that the general manger said otherwise which infuriated me and I cussed. them both I also let them know that i had proof which they didn't like.

I had up my favorite car wash spot but not anymore!!! Went through their tunnel and it ripped off my black trim of my car. Was told I’d hear from the manager within in 72hr. Well that was Saturday, here it is Tuesday and still haven’t heard from anyone…smh now that’s i put a review up they don’t want to replace my part. That’s ok… public and God see all. Y’all stay blessed don’t go to this car wash… I would not recommend. My car was fine when it went in car wash brushes damage car… better off going to a hand wash place or do it yourself. Stay blessed and away from this car wash spot!!

Update to owners response: it's disappointing that despite my requests, neither the manager nor any of the workers could provide me with the insurance information. the business has my phone number and information so if they decide to provide that information please send it to me or provide it on here (which everyone reading this knows they won't). This lack of transparency raises significant concerns about their accountability. The photos clearly showcase the exceptional condition of my vehicle, with no visible cracks on the visor and the metal components holding the visor in excellent condition without any weathering or corrosion. The damage caused by their machine, tearing off the visor, is evident and unaffected by the vehicle's age. Their assertion of taking full responsibility as a small local business feels disingenuous given their refusal to share essential details. It's evident that their primary focus is on financial gains rather than genuine customer care. This is further highlighted by the numerous similar claims with dismissive responses like 'pre-existing damage' or 'your own risk,' indicating a pattern of avoiding responsibility. It's crucial for businesses, regardless of size, to prioritize transparency and accountability rather than profit maximization at the expense of customer. If your car gets damaged in any way here they won't take responsibility they'll come out and take your information like if they actually care but it's all a show. Ultimately, this car wash like many others is a come in at your own risk. The photos attached was the damage done. Their response was that the vehicle is old and looks like it was cracked already so they won't cover it. This visor is part of the vehicle and was held in place by metal. The damage done isn't a result of a crack. It is the result of their spinning flaps latching on and ripping it off. Look at the photos, that is a result of shear force ripping it off. You can see how the metal bent that it was done by a rotational force. I dare them to post the video of my vehicle entering the car wash so everyone can see it wasn't damaged. In conclusion, they will avoid taking any responsibility. If your vehicle gets damaged here, the best thing to do is get an eye witness that's there and write down their information. If you want to hold them accountable you will have to take them to small claims court.

The car wash was good. My car needed a bath. My only problem was paying in cash. The attendant could not make change. I had to wait for a "manager" to start her shift. It wasnt a big deal, but if you accept cash, you should be able to make change.

The car wash was not good. My car still had dirt and grime on it. I was also disappointed because I told my daughter that she would see a light show but there was not one going like the last time I went through it. I noticed swooping scratches on my car after and so im pretty upset about that too.

I’ve been a member for a year now and I’m not disappointed! If there are lines they move quick! I get standard wash’s because I come at least once a week and I’m satisfied! The vacuum service is a perk and plus! Sometimes I don’t vacuum right away and am able to come another day which I love that option! Give it a try you may just become a member like a did!! Theodore cares about his customers and great customer service will always have you coming back!

Spent $19 on a car was and the first brush to was windows was not working. The sides of my vehicle were still dirty following careash. Most of the brushes did not touch my vehicle. Equipment not maintained and overall wash was pathetic.

Be careful, I used to love this car wash, owner has changed this new owner is unprofessional. My complete car paint was damaged by typhoon wash. OVEE USE OF CHEMICAL. Be careful everyone. Owner has denied fixing my car and i am going to see him on the court.
