My local GO TO laundry Mat. I do mine, myself but occasionally, have had them do it by the pound...which is extremely fair, considering how well they do things. For a laundry mat, with a steady - packed flow of people, the employees, do a great 👍 👌 job keeping things clean. I see how hard these girls work @ times.....and they handle the customers with respect & professional. I give this laundry mat my respect & business. I have 2 options, even closer to home, to do my laundry...But I tried before & they gave me a negative experience. I think it's priced fairly, considered dryers are for free (With purchase of wash). I have a couple technical difficulties from time to time. Each time the employee was able to assist. **I JUST WISH PEOPLE WHO BRING THEIR LAUNDRY AND BEGIN A WASH....PLEASE ITS 21MIN TO THROW IN DRYER & 40MIN A DRYER. IVE WITNESSED CLOTHES LEFT IN WASHERS & DRYERS WAY TO LONG. *EVEN THE EMPLOYEE'S HAVE TO STOP WHAT THEY HAVE GOING, TO BAG UP SOMEONES WET CLOTHES, FOR THEM TO SHOW UP HOURS LATER, TAKE UP A REDICULOUS AMOUNT OF DRYERS & LEAVE AGAIN UNATTENDED FOR EMPLOYEE'S TO BAG THEM AGAIN. PAY THE WASH FOLD PRICE $HITBAG. CONSIDERED THE GIRLS MOVE TO MULTIPLE TIMES. LEAVE UR CLOTHS IN DRYER....GOOD WINDOW TO WATCH FOR A HOODIE, FOR SOMEONE HOMELESS, THAT NEEDS MORE THAN YOU. Wash 🌎 World can't control who has common sense 🤔. People just assume everyone has the basic knowledge & common sense. It's rude to automatically assume someone doesn't & tham have to wipe their Bib, as they do their job. WASH 21min, DRY 40min, GO HOME & FOLD THE WRINKLED BAG 1ST or Use wash worlds 🌎 big tabletops to FOLD. Their always clean, being cleaned or About 2 be clean, once a customer is done with it. They supply sanitary supplies, to help the spread of Covid-19. Masks are not inforced, but highly recommended, in this warm, moist air, inside the building. For roughly $16 I use 1 giant GIANT WASH to cover bedding coats hoodies jeans 👖 underwear etc. I get a smaller wash for my whites. I bring my own supplies, but they do sell a variety of products there. *Smarter to BYOS* Energy-efficient brands work best. The washers are all NEW & takes less soap 🧼 than old style washers.

Do not go here ! I brought two loads of laundry ( im 9 months pregnant ) put 20 dollars in there machine then put 5 to use one big machine and a little machine . The 20 dollars didnt get added to my card. Was told the manager would call me the next day i got no call so i called them . They said there was no extra money in the machine and they wouldnt check the cameras for me ! Wasted my time going in there and wasted money that i never got back or got to use !!! There machines will take your money then the employees will take the money saying you never put it in the machine !!

Usually always busy when doing your own laundry always have to wait for a dryer and wait can be from 20 to 30 minutes dryers sometimes don't work all the time even after leaving your clothes for 99min they sometimes come out damped and have to switch to a better dryer

I’ve been going here for years and all of a sudden at 9 o’clock today. The lady told me I couldn’t wash my clothes and that they close at 10 for people that work I rely on internet it still said 11. This is ridiculous thanks for updating your business information now I packed my car for an hr to unpack it and pack it again tomorrow night. Wow. What’s going on over here. Not very convenient

Free dry with every wash! Also place is clean and kept well. Machines were all working and I had a problem with a dryer so they dried it for me and all I had to do was pick it up later on. Great staff very kind and helpful.

This place is awful. I have never gone to a business to spend money and been treated so badly. It's bad enough they don't allow you or your children to use the restroom, but they have a machine that changes bills and if it steals your money you have to wait days for an arrogant manager to get back to you. Most of the dryers don't dry the clothes. All of their products cost way more than other laundromats. Don't waste your time or money.

They helped me pay for an extra bill and they save the bag you put your clothes in, so when you come back later on, they saved it for you to pick it up ...however there's a bathroom but it's out of order but the service there is great! the staff listens and help you pay for the bag you need, just in case if your bag is broken, they give you another one To those think that Wash World is full of mean staff and don't give you your clothes back, maybe cause you start an argument first and not expect the change of money that you need I recommend this laundromat cause it has free dryers and full of staff

Washers range from large to huge. Free dry makes a difference in your pocket. Plenty of options if you need detergents, etc. Overall savings is very noticeable. Equipment is kept in excellent condition. Staff is sweet and friendly. Location is easily accessible by car and on foot. Cleanliness is above others. They also have tanning beds for those who want to get a tan. There are video games and snack machines. Highly satisfied and will return.

With everything going with the pandemic, you are required to wear masks, but not gloves and only ten people in the store at the same time, but I never saw more than 4 or 5 anyways. As always everything was clean and nice. Everyone there is super respectful and helpful when needed.

I'm done with Wash World at 2 Rodney French Blvd. For starters this place rest room has never once been available for its customers in the two years I've been going here. I've had washing machines finish its cycle and my clothes soakin wet, I've had dryers leaving my clothes wet, (and I'm not even putting a full load in). I would break down one washer to 2 sometimes 3 dryers and still get damp clothes. Today I went to do my clothes and I go to put money on my card and their machine takes my money and not credit my card. The attendent takes my name, number and card info and tells the manager will be back at 5pm. So I had to take more money go to another machine and add the cash. I go back at 5 on my way to work and the next lady say no manager and nothing can be done till Friday. REALLY. I have to you for your machine error. This store takes its customers money and gives it back if I get it at their convenience? You mean to tell me your workers is not trained or smart enough to go in the system and research my money and situation. Especially when the machine is right up under a camera for your store? Lady couldn't even give me managers number. She says she don't even have it. REALLY Worse place ever to do your laundry, your doing your laundry at your own risk. Attorneys General is my next stop.

I haven’t been to wash world in probably six years today was my first day coming here again. The attendant was very nice and helped when I asked. One of the washer machines wasn’t working she didn’t know the answer to fix it and called her boss on the phone who told her how to fix it. Then I went to dry my clothes and they didn’t dry the first time around I went to try and do it again and it wanted to charge me almost $9. I told the attendant she went and got her card so I didn’t have to pay to dry the clothes. All in all it was clean the worker was very friendly and if I need to come back and do my laundry again I will.

Great place for XL washers and dryers but I don’t like the fact that I have to explain to someone “Her” that works there why I have to use a washer again Let alone why it would even be a question if I’m paying there should be no questions

Don't go there most wahers don't work properly and if you complain they say they can't do anything about it. For example if the buttons don't work properly it will select the wash cycle the machine wants so if your clothes are not washed properly with that cycle they won't refund or give you another wash. Hope it helps

Finally. After not going here for well over 2 years the last 2 out of 3 experiences were great. All while TIFFANY was working. The ONLY one in well over 7 years of going here didn’t have an attitude when YOUR machine was broken and not working. Or talking with each other having you wait till they finish their conversation. The other bad time that I returned the dryer was broken. Pulled my clothes out and one dryer was SOAKED out if 3 I had. No sign …: no nothing. I had to dry it again and be late for WORK. As I know you also know that's highly frowned upon …. Correct… being a manager myself this is highly unacceptable. It wasn’t just the fact the workers could care less the equipment I’m paying for isn’t working . The attitude I got was typical and disgusting as to why I stopped coming here two years ago. Meeting Tiffany these last two times has been an EXTREME PLEASURE. She works hard and she works alone. ( would never EVER happen in any of my stores) I have manages for well over 20 years and owned my own business. I truly hope you realize the diamond in the ruff you have. It’s a prime example of what that means . I truly hope you know how RARE it is to find employees like that . But I will gladly take her with full time hours starting well above minimum wage. Hi lol came back after I wrote the above and looked at reviews lol I can see by your 3.5 stars and the horrid reviews including the manager idk how is still employees unless she knows the manager type of things ( some buisness advice … don’t put your buisness at risk for people who don’t care if you even have cost you money and buisness.) the FIVE STARS IS SOLEY FOR TIFFANYS SERVICE

They do not take cash you have to pay 2 dollars for a card then add money to use it . the washers are expensive and don't give you much water and the dryers it says free dry but it is not free exactly... if you need more than 40 minutes and 2 dryers they charge you 4 dollars for each 40 minutes you dry your clothes and sometimes the dryers are cold so you end up spending a lot more time here than you expect so for 1 bag of laundry you'll spend about 25$ if you want it really clean and dry The employees are really nice tho

The customer service is great, but the fact that there is no public restroom for paying customers is unexceptable. I feel like it should be open to paying customers. Have a lock key set up or something like all other laundry mats. Sincerely, A paying customer

Compliance Officer thats used this service/business over 3 years and looking at whats happened over the past 9 years , I'm obligated to tell you this will all come to a stop. After eating my funds and not replacing them after even addressing which laws are being broken; I will no longer reach out to Paul but will reach out to the Massachusetts Attorney General and demand an investigation be held at this location for deceptive practices and violating the consumer protection act.
