Went to this place because I had to get a new battery for a vehicle that a dealership just gave me and met a awesome character by the name of Jonathan was able to go ahead and beat their competitors price as well as install the battery for me, we'll definitely be coming back here and super thankful

Came by to drop off used motor oil and was turned away. "The tank was full and it won't be pumped for 2/3 days." So I kindly asked if I could leave the 5qt jug with them and was refused and told to go to AutoZone. Don't mind if I do and I'll also take my business there to. What would have been nice and should have happen is that they offer to take the oil, dump it in to the tank after it was emptied, and then recycled the 5qt jug. But it's easier to turn customers away and not go above and beyond what your duties are but I digress. So needless to say, I went across the street and dropped off my oil and purchased some auto stuff from AutoZone.

Went there for a few small items, 4 employees walking around 1 at the counter doing checkout and phones. Drops my change on the counter falling on the floor , end then forgets to bag my things. I asked he handed me a bag and then proceeded to watch me bag things at his store. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore , and proper training on how to clearly not either.

Wrong parts 3 times! Ordered through the website using the vehicle parts match system and wrong parts where given. Went in to exchange and had to return my order because an exchange isnt possible with web orders. So lost my discounts and perks rewards. Sent me off with new parts, all where wrong. Went back with the parts and they gave me more wrong parts. Returned them. Ordered from O'Reilly's and got it right the first time. So strange, provided the same VIN to both companies and no dice with Advanced. Waisted 2 hours!!!

Depends on how you get I give 2 🌟 & that's for the 2 ppl there who know the job enough to work there. A couple have potential butt but they don't want to be working there. I actually purchased a set of pads on the cheap there & soon as I seen the box was old & tethered I know they wouldn't fit I'm thinking I'll bring them back if not. Well my back went out during a useless procedure & no big deal I ordered a much better set from Amazon for $13 literally half but that's besides the point. What led me up to deciding to give a 2 🌟 rating is the way I was treated for returning the wrong pads. I'll never walk in this place while the old Muslim guy & the manly looking lady with the braids are working again. I think this place should teach there employee's the limits of the business insurance before one of them cross a expensive line. Waiting a wopping 2 day's for the pads from Amazon to have the right ones without being treated like I was stealing. If someone fisicaly was to touch me I would have defended myself fisicaly & legally.

Workers are very unprofessional. They seem to have very little or no knowledge what so ever about repairing vehicles. The manager was very rude and was not willing to help. He pounded keyboard when searching for products to show his anger for having to look up parts. They were not willing to do much of anything. Employees have no knowledge of parts or mechanics. i will never buy from this store again. If you go here you will be worse off then when you started. Go to Autozone right across the road, employees are more professional, and have better understanding of mechanics and vehicle parts

The 2 young men were extremely helpful in finding a bunch of items i needed for my new car. I had to exchange the steering wheel cover. It was the wrong size and they were so helpful. I am disabled and they went through the covers and were so patient with me.

Store not laid out well like their other stores. Also the counter staff not to intetested helping people purchase what they want quickly. They had a ton of staff but only 2 checking people out. But one guy kept walking away

Unlike their competition across the street, the employees here knew what a Starter was and sold me one. They also sell alot more brand name parts than their competitors which is nice. Some of the ultra cheap off brand parts sold at some part stores are just not worth the small savings in money.

I went in for a gallon of antifreeze. Found it no problem. Store is clean and well organized. Had to wait behind one customer who had several questions abd issues. As there evidently was only one person working in the store my wait stretched out well over 5 minutes. Nice store that needs more counter help.

I was looking for the stuff that helps cool your ac. I grabbed the wrong one. Without me saying anything the person behind the counter realized I had the wrong one and helped me get the proper kit. Very nice guy and I was thankful I didn’t put the wrong stuff in my car.

I have never done a review until now I am giving a review for a Gentleman that works at your company named Carl a driver for your company i was stranded in freetown massachusettes my tire had blown and i was on the side of the road with my 8 year old daughter road side assistance told me it would be there in a hour i could not wait it was verry hot outside i waved down your driver and asked him if he could help me with putting on my spare tire and told him i was stranded with my daughter your driver did not hesitate and helped me put my spare tire on i tried to pay him but he would not take my money i gave him a bug hug because he was a life saver he was only one who stopped to help meanwhile my daughter was in the back seat crying because the poor thing was hungry carl walks over and goes in his pocket and hands my daughter $10 and says here you go you can have Mcdonalds on me if its ok with your mom i could not beleive that there are still good people in this world i could not thank him enough he just got a new customer for life and i am sure my husband will stop by sometime to thank him i just wanted to give carl a good review because i feel like he deserves it Thank you Carl and thank you advance for having people like him at your store

Went to your location this week and was verry pleased at the help i received i asked for all there names so i could give them a positive review Ragan Peggy and Karl and Leslie were all awsome i was having a hatd time getting parts for my car and these 4 went beyond to help me i have never received this kind of help from any other auto part store who ever trained these employees deserves a medal because you done a fantastic job on teaching these how to take care of there customers thank you and i hope this review is seen and your employees deserve a 5 star .
